This is for personal use as I'm paid in crypto. The reason I do not want to just deposit to a fiat bank is because I reject fractional reserve banking as morally legitimate. So I'm selling crypto as a form of political free speech to promote freedom. I spoke with a lawyer, and he said as long as it's for personal use (at spot price with no profit) then I don't have to KYC buyers
Here's some of the ways we can reduce the scam/risk: 1) I am happy to use an escrow service, like AgoraDesk. I will pay the 1% fee 2) I am happy to talk on video chat via Signal. You can then see my image on my large crypto employer on their website. 3) We are doing small amounts. So like mail $300-500 in a birthday card every week. |
