I have been asked by a few to do a group buy - basically, if we get at least 14 or so notes, we can avoid the shipping charges we would incur if we each placed an order separately. These will be shipped to me and I will give to minerjones for reshipping, unless you wish me to ship direct - either way, shipping will be handled later and most assuredly will be cheaper than whatever jmbullion would charge.

Yes I just read that, it looks like they are fully backed by the Federal Reserve, this is a
strange one, the fact they are endorsing Bitcoin of sorts.

This is really no different than the Thug Bills Kialara created, as long as it doesn't destroy the note/bill, it is still considered legal tender as well as it's not illegal.. this is something that was of much debate at the time that Max/Kialara released his Thug Bills.  He worked with his personal lawyer about this topic who confirmed that what he had done was not illegal and the bill still considered legal tender.

can you tell me, how is the bill done? is it painted over? or is that simply a sticker/laminate over the top?

It feel like a Genuine $2 Dollar bill , Not A sticker .  I believe it's oil painting in the front . 8)
