Solutions you are providing that already exist on the market. So it will be tough for you to gain market. If the project with tokens then you may raise funds. But whatever you do needs marketing for that and it wouldn't be free. You should have the initial marketing budget to make it popular and reach crypto Audiences. I don't think you will find partners this way from here.
