Ok, this is kind interesting as these three people appears on so many projects across the internet, each with different roles and names, which kinda reminds me of Johnny Sins. For example, they're featured on MERF (https://www.merf.org.ph/about-merf)1 in Philippine, A photographer (https://www.davidcliftonstrawn.com/projects)2 in Georgia, a one Patrick Oates Insurance agent (https://www.themvpinsuranceagency.com/contact)3 in Wisconsin, a mining company (https://www.jagotambang.com/home)4 in Indonesia, a climate justice and feminist heroes (https://en.klimaactionmalaysia.org/siapa-kamy)5 in Malaysia, a public forum and citizenship (https://www.dialogosocialpr.org/en/quienes-somos)6 (?) not sure about this, they're now Puerto Rican, though, and many more that I am somewhat think those pictures must be a template from a website builder.

Additional notes:
I think, at this point and sadly, it became a rule of thumb that a project using Ukraine as one of their aspect --be it a pure donation project which actually only distribute a tiny portion of the total fund to Ukraine, or project with working features like this-- should be approached with caution as mostly are scam projects from people with zero morals and ethic who tried to reap benefits from other's suffering.

A note that I think worth considering though, for anyone who actually really interested and moved to donate to Ukraine through crypto, I would suggest to use Binance's Ukraine Emergency Relief Fund (https://www.binance.charity/Ukraine-Emergency-Relief-Fund) as the fundraising is --yes, is, it's still ongoing-- hosted by a very reputable crypto organization with a --IMO-- transparent fund distribution and unless I am mistaken, the entire 100% of the fund raised are allocated to those in needs, no 80% investors bullshit, or 19% transaction fees are for the refugee, or anything like it.

The latest iteration of Ukraine donations scams we are seeing now includes an element of absurdity, because the people perpetrating it are impersonating the very philanthropic developers who are out there trying to solicit donations for charities and humanitarian efforts. If they really want to help Ukrainians affected by the war, why not set up a legitimate fund or partner with an existing legitimate charity to help? It is easier, cheaper, and more effective. Why use a fake crypto project at all?

P.S. Do not be fooled. No charitable work is carried out by "New Ukraine Coin" owners. They are pathetic scammers, who are using the disaster as a pretext to try and make money at the expense of the victims. Do not fall for it.

Yes, most likely they are. These pictures of their team members are stock photos that are available for purchase from stock photo galleries such as Getty Images and iStock, which is why they can be found on so many websites. This is just another example of scammers taking advantage of the Ukraine crisis to create fake charity donation ICOs. Pretty lazy one, if I may add.
