You question is not clear at all.

Did you send bitcoin on a centralized wallet or exchange using email to another person but which was a wrong email?

If so, contact the exchange or wallet customer care.

Base your explanation is either you send the Bitcoin through Coinbase, Binance, or other exchange sites that allows sending of crypto through email of users that you both use the same platform.
From what I know this type of transaction is almost instant and there's nothing anyone can do here except if you contact the account owner for a refund or the exchange maybe you'll be lucky.

In the meantime, you answer this question so we can to the bottom of this. Which platform do you use to send the transaction?

Bitcoin network transaction do not involve email addresses. The only way you could have made such a transaction is if you were sending it to another account user via Email/Phone or pay ID.

Last I checked this feature was avaialble on Binance. I suggest you contact the support. They are the only ones who can help you recover the wrongfully sent funds.

Only Coinbase that I know is able to send through email but only Coinbase users and it won't be able to work outside Coinbase.

If you created a wallet from Blockchain with your email and sent BTC from Coinbase through email to the blockchain it won't work.

Are you dealing with someone who told you to claim a free reward and told you they already sent a reward to your email address?
Be careful there are lots of scammers out there telling you to claim free rewards but the fact is they only need your email for collection and use for marketing in the future.
