I am not familiar with rugdoc, so I am not sure how credible they are --and departing from it, how credible you are by using their service to prove yourself-- one thing that caught my attention though, the claim of no transfer tax , which from my intepretation, is withdrawing or depositing something into a wallet. It seems you both have a different  info. And further, am I understand correctly that 10% from some activities is allocated for you? Where is this from and why?
