Well, Depends on What OS you are using? If you are using HiveOs, I recommend you use HiveOn Pool (https://hiveon.net/) with 0% Mining fees. 2Miners (https://eth.2miners.com/) and Ethermine (https://ethermine.org/) is also very popular mining pool for ETH. Both of them charge 1% of Mining fees.

Profitability wise Flexpool, 2miners and Ethermine are very good, for less withdrawal fee I choose Viabtc and 2miners, if you also want to get paid out in BTC this is why I love using Nicehash OS or miner.

I don't know about your hashrate, but I suspect if you're a beginner you have 1 or 2 cards and using windows

I would use Nicehash first, simple and easy to understand: https://www.nicehash.com/cpu-gpu-mining

After that you can learn how to use Ethermine to receive your payments in Polygon network, believe me, this is a good and cheap way to receive and transact ETH outside the main network: https://ethermine.org/

But it's your choice, there are some good alternatives, like Flexpool already said

As you are new to mining i would recommend that you learn the Basics first before you start your journey and experience !
Choosing the right miner software and to know how it all works is important and can help you if there are problems .
I would say you should be start with https://ethermine.org/start (https://ethermine.org/start) for the beginning.

Use this site to find the right pool for most coins. I would also recommend 2Miners and Ethermine because they don't require registration and I had no problems with these pools. Pools pay consistently.

Even if you haven't told us your equipment and your os i would say that for start,to begin you can try ethermine or binance if you want daily payments

Binance pool
2miners pool
Viabtc pool

All these three pools do something that others can't, they have the lowest withdrawal per day and you don't need any withdrawal fee, these three are the most convenient pools for new and old crypto miners.

Viabtc pool loses a lot to other Ethereum mining pools. 4 Tx, they don't even rank in the top 20 pools

I watched an interview with their representative, he said that they are more interested in bitcoin, so they do not spend resources on competition in ethereum mining.
