It needs 1 confirmation, up to 25 bitcoins, 3 confirmations, up to 250 bitcoins, 4 confirmations up to 1,000, and 5 confirmations for more.
(Considering you sent at least 0.001 BTC, less than that will be considered as a donation made to their system.)

Their official representative here was last active few minutes ago [banned mixer] (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=772666). Send him a PM (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=772666) or post in their Ann thread mk4 linked to above. They usually respond and fix such issues in no time.
They've faced some technical issues but according to their last update this is supposed to be fixed! Anyway, if you have downloaded and saved the letter of guarantee you should be fine.

This is your main key  to solve your issue there OP.  Which mixers always remind its users to saved it for future use in case something happens~like this... Well, if by unfortunate  you didnt save it, feel free to give all information you have to their support, like your transaction id.

How many confirmations did it has in the Bitcoin Block explorer? Is the deposit address the same as the one you got from [banned mixer]? Do you download the letter of guarantee?

• If there are no confirmations then the problem is on your side, try using RBF.
  
• If there is more than one confirmation then the money is not with you, make sure deposit address owned by [banned mixer].
  
• If [banned mixer] has the money, contact our support team.
  
• If they don't have them, you have been scammed.
