Google's cloud unit announced on Friday the formation of an internal team that will create services for blockchain developers and those running applications based on the technology. This comes amid an explosion of interest, activity and adoption of cryptocurrency and Web 3.0 tools by traditional sectors of the economy.


Google isn't the only "Big Tech" giant to have set its sights on the future of decentralized infrastructure. Major industry players such as Meta and Amazon have also started to enter this space with involvement in the metaverse and interest from NFTs.

As an example, investigating further, it was revealed that the Italian brand "Gucci" is also part of the project based on Web 3.0 for its payment methods.

is this just an expectation from you?
In the most extreme cases, it is not possible to cancel the company's adaptation to the reality of technological changes. I mean, it is only a matter of time for the company to realize the extent of the benefit from adopting such technologies.

They should and everybody or business who have internet presence should too. That is the future, just don't expect it will be too soon since web 3.0 is just in the early stage. Although there are already websites existing (blockchain related websites) but there are still room for improvement.

               Something like this happening is like sunrise and sunset, inevitable. This is because the recent events that took place this past few years have drawn a lot of people into the internet specially social media platforms thus increasing the speed rate of mass adoption. Not to mention that tons and tons of people are looking into other ways to earn and invest their money. If these big companies, individuals or institutions still continue to be stubborn and refuse to adapt to the changing times, they will be left behind and they will lose lots of opportunities to capitalize on these new markets that are likely to take the world by storm just as how bitcoin did in the past.

The early birds will benefit from this. This is a partial cloud recruitment in disguise. web3.0 the future internet is where the world is heading. I see many strong tech firm gradually getting ready for the next big opportunity web 3.0 is going to offer in near decade.  It will be nice if bitcointalkers join this team of innovative minds by acquiring the right skill

Still trying to understand Web 3, as I need it broken down so as too be understandable. But the little I know is that it's an upgraded version of the internet and social media accounts can earn from it.
It shouldn't be a one way process as it was, taking our data it now a two way process, we get to earn from the internet also.
