Is this a good portfolio in general and during bear market or do you think that 8 coins are too much and i should try to reduce the coins?

edit: SOL is not in that list because it has been so unstable recently

8 coins is enough in my opinion, but why is Bitcoin not in your portfolio? have you stored it in another bag, or did you not keep it. I saw your previous post and actually I forgot to ask that question, there are other things too that you should put the rest of the money for other hype.

How about Oasis Network (ROSE)?

I like the list above but I'm not sure about the token I created "dots". for example Apecoin, I know they have a large and solid community but Apecoin is a new token and only relies on hype, it doesn't really have a good potential for long term investment imo.

Acala Token (ACA) and Astar (ASTR) can fall in price very much. The reason is that these are relatively new projects and there have not yet been strong declines, when early investors are fixed. So buying such new projects now, especially at such an uncertain time, could leave you stuck in "perpetual investor" status for a long time. When a new project comes out, it is preferable to wait until the initial unloading of large volumes by early investors and then pick up such projects at the bottom, rather than on a HYIP.

For me personally, the choice is enough to reach the 5 coins. The rest may not be analyzed too deeply. I do not really like to divide the portfolio into many divisions. Apart from avoiding the swelling of certain values from 5, you can still take short-term profits and shift them to Bitcoin.

Your selected coins have a huge potential so it's a great choice to invest on those coins. You can add Dogecoin to the list as it's going to pump hard again. Xlm is also a great choice to buy in bear market.

I probably like these five coins  Solana(SOL), Ethereum (ETH), Apecoin (APE), Acala Token (ACA) Polygon (MATIC) to invest with because these are giving you profits in middle and in long term of investing . Six is enough for me and the last is the mother of crypto currencies  which is bitcoin I want to invest. Bitcoin is for long term investing you can gain more profits in the right time so without a doubt that many people will choose to invest btc.

I only find 3 on your list that looks solid and could be a best option in the bear market to accumulate and wait for the next bull run in 2024.

Nevertheless, this kind of strategy can work as well with other coins, but you have to be very picky, not those meme or shit coins or those that is being used for pump and dump.

Although Apecoin is on my radar, I'm not totally sold on it to be honest.

there are no good coins in a bear market. I prefer stablecoins and staking until the market really recovers. because whatever you buy in the bear market is not profitable. wouldn't it be better to keep holding stablecoins until the market is better. I'm the type of person who buys when the trend is confirmed, rather than trying buy in dip which is very hard to do.

In general i think that bear markets are a great opportunity for everyone to buy into projects that are big and established already. I usually avoid investing into projects where early investors already made a x50 or even more with it, but when a real bear market hits and those projects are down more than 50% of their ATH again then it might be a good point to invest into them. Of course you never know if those projects keep on falling a lot from the point where you bought in but we just have to live with that as it is almost impossible to hit the perfect time for investing.
I have to say it think that all of your listed coins are ok for an investment, i personally would not invest into ApeCoin though.

The best coin to buy during any market period has to do with personal experience or personal knowledge on crypto although there are people who believe in taking advice from all this Crypto influencers or expert, but let me tell you this very moment there are painful prize to pay using this method, with all this said my best coin to hold in the bearish market season and infact any other crypto-currency market period is Bitcoin, if you have noticed bitcoin has shown the most consistency in the crypto space and history has proven the bitcoin has a higher chance of surviving any bear market than any other coin.

I think that the lists of ETH, AVAX, Matic, and also SAND are worthy enough to be on the lists.
Why don't you consider about:
Bitcoin?  This is the most promising coin.
And also BNB? I think that BNB still has a big chance to rise up highly.

Stable coin is what the best to buy and hold during bear season to avoid loss since all tokens is losing value during this period. Just buy altcoins if you see the sign of reversal or the bottom already show since it will hep you to enter on much better price near the bottom.

I suggest $PLY Aurigami which just 2 days old and currently listed on Kucoin, Bybit andHuobi. It is the largest defi on Aurora protocol but there token is just:12M MC with the current price. Avery good buy once the crypto recover.

In the list you provided i might go with Polygon as the valuation i think is undervalued considering the use case of the project when other shitty projects are having a much better price valuation. Then the majority of my investment will definitely go the BTCitcoin during every major bear run and it will be a tradition moving forward for majority of the investors.

I can go with Ethereum and polygon as i consider them undervalued. Avalanche is useless.
The most interested one imo is MoonBeam which is a unique concept among other tokens based on the WimbleMimble protocol.
Note that during the bearish market, it's the best occasion to fill our portofolio. Everything may have a value after a correction.

The coins you listed are not really a bad coin, but i notice the coin which is suppose to be the first on the list is not their which is bitcoin. if you are to mention coins to invest in during this dip i think bitcoin should be the first then other coins can follow. Also i think having 8 coins in your portfolio is not really too much, but as a newbie if you  think you cant handle that number of coins in your wallet then you have to reduce the coin to the amount you can manage.  

Bitcoin have higher price and not worth with small funds for investing, maybe bigger investor only make listed with bitcoin as worth for investing but for less assets they will take chance with altcoin still have lower price. I think from 8 coins list looks risk with several altcoin ever on higher price and drop more than 40% right now. I think he was forget with BNB coin listed as best coin to buy in bear market and have potential back to higher price faster than above coin named list by OP. But depending with personal investor maybe still interested with coins listed by OP depend bitcoin have been drop nowadays.

Do you think the next drop will be lower to be worth buying a potential altcoin, I've been waiting for a bear market for a long time because I want to see the market at $30k to renew my portfolio with a high ROI when the market recovers. Bitcoin keeps dumping even harders. This is the worst thine that you must take a look at. I will not those are bad but during this bearish market and almost all of altcoins are very bad to invest at this moment. Bitcoin is really unstable by the way. Any top tokens in your list are worth to invest except solana. Yeah i see that and it's caused by how garbage this blockchain is. It's getting shutdown so many times and becareful with this token. This can be down a lot when people are starting to distrust this blockchain caused by this blockchain is always going offline while people wanna try to do a transaction. As a decentralized blockchain and this is the worst thing that has ever happened with solana. The dev didn't do something to save this blockchain. Matic was not comparable with avax. Matic was a second layer solution while avax was first layer solution. If you wanna try to compare avax and this is in the same tier like binance exchange site. Polygon was a side chain only for ethereum and the community behind it was not so big lika avalanche.
Matic is not better than avalanche. Avalanche has very big ecosystem and some blockchains that act as native and side chain.

I think before buying a coin you should first assess what the lowest point of the bear market may be. Because maybe you bought coins after seeing the current market condition but after a while you realized that the market has become more bearish. Then maybe there will be regret. So you have to keep an eye on the market when it starts to rise and buy coins at the beginning of rise.

Are you sure you didn't include BNB? I think BNB is still holding strong in the bear market this time, even BNB continues to grow well. lets be frank here, assessing for a lowest price point is kinda impossible and doesn’t really make sense since none of us could really figure the real lowest point otherwise some of us would’ve been as rich as warren buffet.
instead, if you think the price is already suitable with your investment preference and it seems you already have a good market position then maybe it’s the right time for investing.

Nowadays bitcoin still not worth option for investing after drop lower price today under $33,700 and have bad memories with Mei months always bitcoin drop drastically. Although you were true without listed bitcoin on OP recommended but they think Bitcoin have bad thing right now keep drop price on this week. Not have chance for bitcoin can break out higher price on few days later if always have new lower price on every day, will $33,700 as dip price for bitcoin in this month or will create new dip price again until $30,000.

There are varities of coins in the space which are suitable to buy survive and explore in the nearest future. One of the best investment I have done in these dips is to buy GMT worth $200. GMT project have pumped for the past week and investors and whales are investigating in the case, Bitcoin pumped and dumped any time. Bitcoin is in a very bad dip because it can continue to dip and your portfolio will fall down. It's not always advisable to trade Bitcoin with high capital just to avoid liquidation in your futures account.

In my perspective above six coins are most potential. The current price of these coins are really less according to it's ATH. If anyone waiting for buy the dip, it is better buy right now but definitely need dip observation and research before buy any coin. 

Almost all the coins that I hold drop in a few days, BNB, MATIC, Terra, CAKE and so on experience sharp corrections, when it's a bear market it's best to be patient, if the market opportunity continues to fall then immediately switch to stable coins to avoid bigger losses, if you want to buy then wait until the market starts to stabilize.

The Polygon network has a lot of potential, same with projects like Avalanche and Polkadot, they're all at a discount currently. As mentioned before bitcoin and eth are always good to have imho, especially btc.

I don't really interested with Polygon or matic coin after drop drastically last several months and hard reaching higher price, different with BNB although price keep going down we have another option by joining launchpad on Binance exchange, we can recovery losing with BNB price down trough have way by getting profit when earn launchpad coin. But BNB keep profitable with faster recovery and wake up to higher price after drop. Depending with investor decision to buy or not BNB coin and have option with invest on Ppolygon coin trough still have lower price now.

From what you're suggesting it only points to Bitcoin, it means the others won't be good if Bitcoin continues to be as bad as it is now, so why are you suggesting Polygon, Avalanche, Polkadot and Ethereum ? If indeed in the end it is for Bitcoin.

It could drop more because right now BTC isn't trying to get its shit together, it looks like a free fall to me, the next strong level is 27,000$ which looks like it may fail to hold at this level again, I am looking into Oasis Network too and I believe it will be so cheaper once BTC loses to 20,**** range.

I think it's too risky to take the coin with bear market conditions. It's not that the bear market doesn't end, if we enter the start of a bear market a lot of different communities and the media spread FUD makes all coins can drop much lower it will worry us. I prefer to put it in USDT, if necessary put it in the staking binance feature, so there is no worry about price speculation. but if there's a good moment I'll jump right in to take advantage of it.

It's better to buy top altcoins in bear market because they have a better chance of growing big in future, bear market only creates new opportunities for smart investors, only smart investors knows when to buy cheap and never get tired of holding, Luna gets high as 100$ and now its 60$, if in near future Luna loses value and turn 10$ per coin its definitely a good buy.

I only believe in eth coin, many new alcoins have appeared but have not been able to compete with ethereum coins even though now bnb coins have appeared but I believe bnb coins cannot replace ethereum coins.

The best coins you can buy in a bear market are bitcoins while you can also buy altcoins as an option because after all, bitcoin will give you a bigger profit than altcoins. It's just my 2cents, I'm going based on previous events and the market history. When the market takes a hit bitcoin usually recovers first. Followed by ETH and the alts, generally speaking. I like the Polygon project because of the network's use case right now and how it participates on taking some of the load off the main net.
