I have traded many coins in the past. I have an iphone with metmask and when I go to buy coins on metamask it send me to the new release downoad the metamsk app instead of just added the bnb coins to my pancakeswap so I can buy them.  If I click on the open it will put up the wallet display with trust and wallet connect and metamask and whether I used the wallet connect or metmask symbol it still won't load my bnb coins so I can buy the new altcoins.  I turned the wifi back on and off and turned the phone on an off.  I have too many coins to download the app all over again and custom add them back on does anyone know what this is?

Have you tried with other devices besides Iphone or can you use another computer to connect to the market? I don't use an Iphone but it seems the app with the new update you downloaded is not working properly. But for this problem You need to contact official Zendesk tickets.

Actually I dont find any issue on that. If its not working on apple using the metamask app then probably the problem is on thr system of apple. Cant find this problem on an android phone. Hence, I thin Im gonna try to use desktop instead of the app, maybe there was something wrong in the apple format.

I contacted metmask support and I'm waiting on a reply to those who are new I have done this last year and the best thng to do is not panic or reload the app because if you have lots of little coins you have to manually reload them all over again.  I am going to just wait this out and hope they resolve it. :) get you those little baby coins homey :)

I think you know that metamask on Apple is not safe to use. Metamask saves a backup to iCloud.

Looking at your post history, it appears you really have issues using Dapps with your iphone. You should probably find a different device for your crypto transactions to avoid future inconveniences. If you insist on using it for security, have it your way.

I have the wallet option turned off on my icloud on my iphone but there is no specific "metamask" icon on the backup apps section.  Does this suffice? my icloud is full and right now I am not adding to it. thank you.

Have you tried switching networks?  Some Pancakeswap connection problem is solved by switching network several times before connecting with the Bep20 network.  If it still fail maybe you can use the built-in swap function of Metamask to sell your coins until you find the fix to your issue.

I think the best thing to do is precisely describe the challenges you are facing and include screenshots plus error messages that you are seeing.

I hope you are aware that some of these so-called Dexes have started restricting people from other regions. Make sure you are from a region that is not restricted.

Have sevveral countries not allowed connected metamask with BNB chain by problem IP address, my country need VPN for access to metamask using BNB chain, but with different network success access without use VPN. Maybe your country not allowed with Local IP and need use VPN.
I think will working when you access Metamask wallet trough VPN because usually I use add on chrome metamask and need VPN IP when make transaction with BNB network chain. Maybe you need try with my step recommended and check keep worth or not.

Buying BNB directly from Metamask has nothing to do with Pancakeswap. You have to get it first on your Metamask wallet. Since you said it drives you to download a new release page, have you verified you are running the latest version of the wallet?

Also buying BNB on Metamask is getting thorough from Transak or Moonpay, have you also verified that those platforms are supported by your country?

I already have the bnb on my account it won't load the pancake swap when I go to buy the coins, it is not getting to the point where I can see the bnb that is in my wallet on the pancake swap exchange to buy the coins

I'm not an IOS user, but some wallets with IOS have had problems lately, it seems they also announced that there was indeed a bug for their IOS application. As far as I'm using the extension from chrome, and the android app I didn't find any problem everything went very smoothly. Maybe you can try it, using another system like chrome or android extension for a while.

Can you show some screenshots regarding why it won't load?

Did you use the Metamask browser feature? And have you checked if the connected wallet on Pancakeswap is tied to the address that has the BNB?

Sorry if I am confusing by adding to the problem but can you do 2 things here?

1> Look up your address on public explorer like bscan just to confirm that your wallet is safe and your BNB is in there (this is just a lookup not going into your wallet.
2> Do you have your seed? If so, you should be fine. Try using Browser MetaMask extension and recover from there until you fix your app/iCloud.

it's obviously not updated bro, and probably you keep installing the same version.. If i were you if you can install another browser on you iPhone that has extension such yandex or whatever it is, i suggest must try it and for sure it work correctly.

Dont used the app coz maybe it's not compatible anymore in your device. If you have Desktop or laptop it will be a good idea as well.

You will be fine if you continue to save BNB without buying other coins at this point because BNB is also a very good coin for you to save and also to use on any job you need right now. So you don't have to worry or worry about the assets you have.

I think OP not worry with his BNB assets but asking why not load when access Metamask trough iphone, usually I use Metamask trough android only and most active access with google chrome add on Metamask. I don't have iphone mobile and little knowledge about problem faced by OP why can't load BNB network on iphone mobile access. I think have trouble with IP network usually depending have several countries can't access by metaamsk add on chrome without use VPN, but still can't understand yet the OP trouble if not show about his picture where are trouble and can't load BNB network.
