What do you think is the most promising coin right now for investment?

If the previous days did not prove to you that altcoin are bad as a long or medium term investment, then there is nothing to prove that.
Altcoins may be good for short-term speculation, but it is a high-risk investment.
Invest in bitcoin until you have enough experience.

Go for big projects, because they are good for long-term investment such as ETH, ADA, BNB, SHIB, XRP, etc. You could search for more that suit your budget. Everything is in the dip right now so buying is a really good choice in my opinion. I just wanna remind you that trading in stock means you have a lot of patient to wait for the right time to sell for you to maximize your profits in the long run.

There are lots of promising coins that will explore in the future. Gmt,Near,Ape,Ust and the most important Luna. The market is down and all these coins mentioned below are in a serious dip, they will still pumped back but it's just a matter of time. For me, the two top alt coins I'm going to bagged are GMT which was $4, has dump to 0.9 cents. This is the time to bagged more coins and hold your position. Luna is the worst of it all, for a coin that have surpassed $100 have dumped seriously to 0.02 cents and it's still dipping. These investments might been considered as long investments because these coins mentioned will not just get up and pump, rather it will take time before it go back to it's ATH value.

To be honest, I would not advise looking at altcoins now... You can see for yourself that now the market has certainly surprised everyone.

Although my advice may seem absurd, I would recommend investing $50 by buying a Luna coin, which is currently trading at $0.004. It is possible that you will lose this money completely, but if the UST problem is solved, then there is a high probability that you can get a profit of thousands of percent.

Now the market is red as hell, once it starts recovering, you can search for your dream alt coin to invest.
Another great investment option for you can be investing in Bitcoins in the current price point.
Bitcoins are now in the bearish phase, once it starts recovering it will might break the all time high price.

Why invest if you're not willing to do the work and make the decisions yourself? If you're just going to ask around for what to buy then simply don't invest and spend your money for something else you're interested in instead.

I think the current situation of the market if you wanna really a secure and trustable coin for investment, I will personally suggest you to invest in BNB. It is one of the best and trusted coins in the cryptocurrency world and there is no doubt about its future. If you look at the chart of BNB it has touched 650+$ in 2021 and the current price is below 280$. After the bearish market, it will replace its price. If you are going to really invest just invest in it. You don't have to worry about the profit .

why alt coin go for the Bitcoin. I think who are the real holders they don't miss this dip. Even then if wanna invest in altcoin then you should take the top coins for investment. it can be- BNB , Polygon (MATIC) , ETH , Lite-coin they are also in a great dip for making profit by investment.

That is not really a bad advice, investing a very low amount of money on this coin that has been crashing could be an opportunity and I have been thinking the same myself, now in the case nothing gets resolved then you only lose a minimal amount of money that you could afford to lose, but if things get resolved then the profits can be decent even with such a small investment, however this is an advanced move which I would not recommend to newbies as it is likely they will invest way more money than what they should.

The most promising coin is bitcoin no doubt as the first so far but that doesn't mean it is the only because there are others too apart from etheruem. Investing in BNB is also a valuable project. Binance is partnering with twitter and that is going to solidify bnb more in the cryptocurrency business. Ripple though is not my best investment coin but for whatever reason it has stayed up there despite the challenge.

If it's for the altcoins, I'll still go with Ethereum. Yeah, fees could be high sometimes but I think that despite of all the market situations, ETH is remaining to be a strong candidate on top of all altcoins. That's what I think and I wouldn't buy Luna and UST as they're attractive to buy because they could go nearly zero and could plummet for more. Just for the sake of my own money to be in a safe altcoin, that's what I'm going to choose and maybe if there's another one, it could be BNB.

Seeing hiw the market coindition right now, I will prefer to choose only Ethereum and also BNB.
I am not sure 100% that they are promising, but at least they are much better than others. Additionally we have seen how bloodbathing the altcoin market right now following BTC.

I would assume that the best one right now would be the one that could go up most with assurance given by the people. Like if you trust bitcoin, and you think that it will recover for sure, then it is the best one.

I believe it is bitcoin but some believe it is also eth, and bnb, and some others. Look at the drops, the coins that do not have truly strong support will go down a lot more, like how bitcoin dropped a lot less than SOL for example, which means that people trust bitcoin more than they trust sol which is normal of course. So, whenever you invest, invest into a coin that is better than all others and trusted to go back up, just like bitcoin.

I've read this argument when somebody has said that those people that have been telling about investing at the top altcoins, should think specifically.

I'm hit by that argument because I'm also suggesting the top altcoins. But with confidence, if the market is like this, nothing beats buying bitcoin. Then next is ETH.

Anything except meme tokens, tokens with non sense APY, All of tokens in the luna ecosystem, and luna token itself. Luna was the worst coin to invest right now. If you are investing on it and you will be loosing your money instantly. It's better to stick into the top 100 or 200 CMC.

Currently to invest is very risky because the market conditions are not good so we need consideration to hold a coin, so to find a safe and want to get profits in the future then altcoins that have high potential is the right choice and currently they are ranked at the top of cmc, then there you can choose yourself and more confident for you personally because not all other people's predictions will happen as expected.

I don't think there's any at all right now? Especially if you consider the long-term aspect, most altcoins tend to perform rather badly in the long term afaik. Not to mention that there's a shtton of altcoins out there so picking out good ones would prove to be rather difficult (since honestly, altcoins are like a lottery imo.). I'd say Eth since that's always, most of the time a good investment for an altcoin I suppose, not really following any new coin so far (and probably will not since I mostly DCA on Bitcoin). Anw DYOR, and I guess just avoid putting all your eggs in one basket.

Ethereum and BNB. By having those two coins plus bitcoin, I think that is enough for you to make a profit in the future, especially if the market situation can change into a bull market. You do not have to invest in the other coins besides those two coins because I think those two coins are good to invest in. But in the crypto market, there is always a surprise to see one or more altcoins can increase because those coins have good progress so people see that project is promising. But be carefully selecting the coin because we never know which altcoin can survive.

I would guess that the type of risk you take when you are buying Luna right now is so high that, the reward should be that high in order to justify it as well. Imagine the scenario where they are telling you that you are buying hot shit, and there could be some farmer who may want it or not, a regular person wouldn't pay a lot for it, but a few could find some farmers.

This is the situation, it’s a hot shit right now that you should stay away. I personally believe that there is no price that I would spend even 25 dollars on it, I wouldn't really spend any single cent to it if you ask me, but at the same time it would be something very profitable if you do right now or maybe you will lose all of your money.

To the OP, I would say Bitcoin. There is no other coin that is better than Bitcoin in terms features and decentralization, which is what crypto should be all about. Therefore, Bitcoin should be the most promising coin and the best investment choice.

To the title, I would always recommend those coins which have already proven their worth in the market, those coins that have been there for a long time. New coins may seem promising but it only takes a strong bear market, a bad development team decision, or a single technical problem for them to succumb. Old coins like Ethereum (ETH) and Litecoin (LTC) are some of the best altcoins. They’re old and gold.

For current market conditions, only ETH and BNB are the safest to buy, because they both have a trusted development team. So it is impossible
for the development team of the two altcoins to destroy their reputation that has been built in the long term. Therefore ETH and BNB will recover
if Bitcoin price starts to bullish, but in a bad market condition like now we still shouldn't forget to invest in Bitcoin too. Because Bitcoin is indeed
the safest coin to buy when the market crashes. So the capital we have can be used to buy 50% Bitcoin, and 50% can be bought altcoins.
But remember after buying BTC, ETH and BNB we have to hold the three coins until the market returns to a bullish trend. But if it turns out that

While several other people might tell you that this and that altcoin will be the next big thing, the truth is nobody know for sure that an altcoin would be able to compete with that bitcoin has already done these 12 years. Hence it has been stress tested and time tested.

You will even get a discounted price if you buy bitcoin at these lows, or you can wait for an even lower price.

If that coin is altcoin, then I suggest you to DYOR because we will have different coins to invest in. But I recommend you to take a look at ETH and BNB since those coins are at the top position on the altcoin list. But many other altcoins can be your investment because we do not know what altcoins can rise later and we can only guess. Many of us suggest you have BTC, ETH, and BNB because this is the best investment that you should have, especially having bitcoin on your list. But you should research as I say to find the coins.

ETH, SOL, BNB, ADA...
They are among the top 10 altcoins and probably the most recommended altcoin to invest in. I don't recommend new projects nor to look at the bottom and I don't consider the price really matter that we need to invest in those coins that are too cheap instead, we have to look for the potential. It was indeed the price of these coins are a little bit high but the risk is less compared to the others.

I myself am not too brave to make predictions about the best investment coins by looking at current or future conditions, although this is the right time to start because the market is still giving discount prices. there are so many variables that go into the ups and downs of a particular coin/token, but in the end, the market will decide.

At this point, its way difficult to predict which coin would be jumping back to their previous ATH or even to the break even points! I mean one might say its good opportunity to buy at this point and earn big loads of profits since they are very low in value and would jump up easily, however this may fail in case of Altcoins.

I assume you want to buy them because they look very cheap and right to the point as compared to the bitcoin. However, its also important to check whether they have proper economical model or not. Many times devs will leave the project unattended once they are in loss. So be careful and mostly go for bitcoin.

If you still think you want Altcoins anyways, then just go for those coins which mined and has limited circulations. Will help in the long term projection. 

If you will invest into one altcoin only, it would be Ethereum.

There are many altcoins to choose from TBH but I'd rather go for a slower but less riskier strategy than thinking of a short term and having a higher chance of losing your money. Pick the top altcoins if you are conservative but if you are aggressive and you can lose your money if things don't go your way then go for the lower market cap altcoins or maybe some meme coins if you want to.

The market is still in bad shape and what happened to luna taught us a big lesson, not every potential coin or top 10 on CMC is safe, will recover when the bull market comes and make a profit.

After Luna's crash, I mostly only believe in bitcoin, ethereum and bnb, even though the market dropped a lot but I only dared to buy the 3 coins I mentioned. All the rest are now very cheap compared to the original ATH but I can't risk buying them.

The right investment is also to choose the right coins to keep with.
But because of the number of shitcoins that exist in the market, it makes us, some people made a hard decision about which are really good coins. Perhaps, it wasn't really hard if we spend time searching and getting familiar with the market.

This is where most of the cryptocurrency users fail, because with the failure of a single altcoin we shouldn't come to such a conclusion. The market is running on the trust, so these are part of the market. Even with the top cryptocurrencies like bitcoin we have experienced hacks that result in crash. Ethereum once experienced freeze of funds. So, technical elements fail and for the same we shouldn't be conclusive.

Believing in bitcoin, ethereum and BNB is good. Even with these investments we've got risks and we should understand. If someone have ignored bitcoin and ethereum in the past, the market would've never been this big now.

i am trying to buy NFT project that will do alot developtment in their roadmap it could be trigger for price movement. bitcoin price maybe already bottom,it touch around $25k in few days ago and accumulating good altcoin will start now. Beside btc and eth as main investment we could find another project that have potential for long term investment,maybe GMT PYR could be my choice

It's really hard to choose a project whose price will definitely increase. Especially in a situation where the entire cryptocurrency market is in a downward trend.
In my opinion, it is safest to invest in projects that are completely new, i.e. their price is so low, that there is simply no way to fall.

Seriously Market have been down, all  coins are down including bitcon, if you are investing in any coin, I will advise you to invest in bitcon and if you are investing, make sure its a long term investment. Bitcon is the best coin which I can recommend for you but if you still prefer altcoins then I will advise you to invest in Ethereum or Binance coin(BNB), but if you are investing in any coin now always make sure its long term investment because it might take time before coins will bounce back again.

I think ethereum and BNB are one of the biggest altcoins can think of going for long-term investment,  this coins are reliable to invest on . They are profitable coins for investment that comes with good profits. Still make your research to know what you want to invest on.

At the moment, PSTAKE is one of the crypto coins with good potential considering what the project is addressing in the crypto ecosystem.  PSTAKE is currently ranked 620 on coingecko and has good prospects of joining top 100.

It is very clear now because everyone can see and judge which coins can be suitable for long-term investments because basically everyone has to see how many coins are in circulation every day and how many coin holders are, because with both things it will always be placing coins in a better ranking and it can be seen how much demand there is in the market and the three coins you say for now I think it's still very feasible to be used as a long-term investment because of some of the considerations I said.

What happened to LUNA was indeed very shocking and I never thought that LUNA could be like this now. Though I think LUNA will be a very good
long term project, even one month ago LUNA managed to reach the price of $119, but now the price of LUNA is under $1. It was very sad for LUNA
who was in the top 10 coins before, but now LUNA ranking on coinmarketcap has dropped drastically. But like you said we can learn from what

did we still accept luna after current dumped due ust unpegged. personally i am not believe anymore with luna dev team except i am buying with small amount and pure for speculation only. i will take risk for 25$ and let see what will happen after halving.

of course bitcoin and ethereum. only these two coins have a good history with 3 years ago. Even in these 3 years those who plan to replace bitcoin or become the ethereum killer none of them have succeeded. Precisely in the bear and bull markets, these two coins can always adjust to the conditions, they are always able to survive and grow even in extreme markets. I always prioritize these two coins for long term investment.

One of the best alt coin to invest into currently is GMT because it has made some bullish movement in the past weeks and trust me, it's still going to make more moves. It's has given me Hugh profits and I have made 3x of my capital. Bought it when it was 0.19 before it hits its ATH price which was $4. The coin is currently dipping base on the unstability of the market, not just GMT but other coins follow. I'm still holding on GMT because I believe it's going to pump in no time and give me profits. Perhaps there are other coins in the market other than GMT. But is the only target presently for me, I so much believe in the project because the roadmap of the coin is a good one.

Third coin good long term investment less risk than other altcoin because can happening like Luna crash drop and loss much if invested there, I believe with Ethereum although still drop to $2,000 have chance back above $3,000 in few months later when bitcoin have stable on top price. Still hold about 100 BNB coin right now and hope one day later can reach all time high again above $600 and I really miss with BNB can pump to higher price, still waiting with BNB have new launchpad trough holding can get new coins.

I wish this question had a clear answer. I do not think that this question, which has been asked by everyone for years, can be given a clearer answer or a definitively misleading answer. I think everyone would be rich if that was the case.

BTC, BNB and ETH are indeed worth having as an investment.

Maybe you missed ATH BNB at that time and didn't sell it, maybe that's also a good sign, if you are able to hold it until the 2024 BTC halving, maybe the BNB you have today will give you a big profit. I don't bet on few months but years.

I don't mean don't trust the market, I know Luna's crash is part of the market and this isn't the market's first bad thing. But the market is in the red and to limit the risk, I think we should focus on the 3 coins I mentioned rather than other altcoins, they are much more risky. 

Cryptocurrencies are very risky and our investment in crypto means that we accept the risk should it happen but we can also limit the risk our way.

I would say if you are not invested in Bitcoin, that should be your first option because we know this is the cryptocurrency market determinant and only after this I will personally look into investing in coins like Eth and BNB which I have for some time in crypto investment also conclude to be my next best ALts for investment. There's nothing wrong with asking, although everyone always has different and varied answers, it's just a matter of whether someone is rich or not it always depends on what job he is in and how much income he can earn, so that's all that determines whether someone is rich or not. Nothing but bitcoin and ethereum. In recent years these two coins have always been in at least the top five on coinmarketcap, it has proven the community's trust in these two historic coins. By looking at their history, of course everyone will say bitcoin and ethereum are very good coins to invest, the risk is less than investing in coins that still have a top 100 rating.

We have to consider the top ranks altcoins upon choosing for long-term investment. They have already been tested and those who are here during the 2018 bear season witness how these coins suffered a strong decline but still survive. I will never recommend single coin because crypto is full of risk and every coin has chances to crash like Luna. It's better to buy at least five coins.
Bitcoin is also low risk investment and price is now low and it think some fund should be added in this.
Etherium has some good news in future so in this bear Market it should not be missed.
Gmt can be next Axie and can reach 50$. Small amount should also be added to Shib and Doge.

according to my personal experience trading on new coins is even more has a high risk.

ADA and XRP aren't good coins to invest in. While the rest of the market was giving huge return last bull cycle, neither gave a good enough return. This project are basically dead. XRP has a lawsuit against them and got them delisted from many exchanges as they're been called a security and nobody wants to be associated with them or risk getting investigated as well.
ADA is basically useless as we'll be having better layer 1 projects and nobody is using the cardano blockchain, we have Solana, polygon, Ethereum and even Binance smartchain that are better than the cardano blockchain.
