Title: Dice.ag - The privacy-first crypto dice website.
Post by: DiceAg on May 20, 2022, 09:18:10 AM
Hello! We're happy to announce the launch of Dice.ag, a traditional crypto dice game but with a focus on player privacy. We offer what many other dice websites offer, such as a 1% house edge, a provably fair algorithm, and no withdrawal fees, but we go a step further to protect the privacy of our players.

We don't require any personal information and we don't even know your email address. Instead we generate a unique login token to identify you. From there players can instantly deposit Monero, which we believe is the perfect cryptocurrency for online gambling giving players a high level of financial privacy. Inactive player accounts are deleted after 6 months and we don't store information longer than we need it for business purposes.

You won't find any shady bonuses here. We give every new player a maximum of 20 free rolls using real XMR to test the site out, no deposit needed. We also have an affiliate program which pays 15% of the house edge of every bet whether they win or lose.

We have also opted out of having social features which are designed to keep people gambling. There's no chat box, leaderboards, and no public display of your activity.

Security is also something we take very seriously. Crypto wallets are never stored on the website server so player funds are never at risk. Each roll is cryptographically hashed and verification takes place before withdrawals are processed.

We'd love for you to check us out! Please let us know your thoughts or ask any questions you may have :)

Please be aware that this is a BitcoinTalk.org forum. I understand that your service is about gambling, but unless you plan to introduce Bitcoin payments as well, you don't belong here.
I recommend moving your service announcement to Altcoins section (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php#6).

^ The comment above was right, we are here a BTC gambling community not an altcoin, probably you can move this to the altcoin section if you want. However, adding BTC also fits into pseudonymous as XMR does to care about privacy. But if you will not, you are supposedly not here because the Bitcointalk forum and this BTC gambling community are for that gambling industry that supports BTC.
On other hand, you need to purchase a copper membership too so that your announcement thread looks professional by adding images that are catchy to the gamblers.

If you casino didn't accept bitcoin as means of deposit and withdrawal then better move this thread on Altcoin section because this is the right section where you can post altcoin related services.

Also your platform launch on this forum is so boring you didn't even place a good thread which can make people turn their interest about what games you can offer to us so maybe start with availing the copper membership so that you can post some picture on your thread and create more better than this because this will not give any good impression to the site you try to offer here.

You have a good dice game that is dedicated to privacy something we want in our community but unfortunately, like all the other co-members posting unless you include Bitcoin to one of the coins of usage, your thread does not deserve to be in the section.

Your dice game will have a good chance in this section since this is one of the busiest sections here in Bitcointalk but you need to add Bitcoin or better get at least a Copper account so you can promote it effectively in the service announcement of the Altcoins section.

It's true that in this section there is a lot of interest in the gambling section, if the OP wants to keep it then Bitcoin needs to be added to his platform I guess it's not something difficult so this thread can still be here to start his promotion.

Actually dice games are also more interested in this forum, but if the OP still wants to be in the crowded section here then it needs to be maintained, and what we suggest is to be done immediately.

All casinos accept Bitcoin if I did not miss anything. They can accept altcoins or not but Bitcoin is a must if it is a crypto-accepted casino.

I strongly recommend the Dice.ag team to consider an integration of Bitcoin on your site for dicing. If possible, after deployment of Bitcoin, you should move next with some old altcoins that are commonly accepted on casinos, Litecoin, Dogecoin, DASH, Ethereum.

If your site does not have Bitcoin, Service Announcements (Altcoins) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=197.0) is a relevant board for this topic.

How?

This dice game is very interesting for those who love the privacy and the many annoying things in the interface this is a dice game worth playing, its just unfortunate that this thread doesn't deserve to be here, I would like to ask OP do you have an option to add Bitcoin, I know that it will take time to configure the script but I recommend that you do it, its worth it on the marketing side.

Adding Bitcoin to gambling is the most important thing if you only list altcoins it will not be very good for the development of a casino. The reason is simple where the goal is to prioritize privacy but it will not go far with crypto payments, and to complete a crypto gambling Bitcoin must be on the list. Otherwise, it will taste bland. Bitcoin is more private whereas altcoins are not. So if with the title of privacy, Bitcoin is the right match.

This is simply untrue. Any cryptocurrency with a public ledger of transactions and balances cannot be considered private. We do not support any cryptocurrencies other than Monero for this reason. I suggest reading up on what Monero is first.

Hi. I strongly recommend adding Bitcoin as deposit & withdrawal method. Your website looks nice, reminds me of primedice also I really like the concept of "unique login to identify" users. Is this feature similar to the one Mullvad VPN is using for account creation?

It's the same concept, yes. Players only need to fill out a captcha to register, that's it.

Reading the website's belief and aims for privacy seems they will only accept privacy coin~s so it's safe to say that bitcoin integration is a no no to them.

So, moving this thread like what other keep saying above is simply the best case of this. I know most crypto people who are fond of DEX, mixers, monero and other privacy coins will really love this. Good luck.

Welcome to Bitcointalk forum. To have a presentable ann thread it is better to buy copper membership or rank up to jr. member. Many of the casino, sportsbook and dice site start their own signature campaign to promote their site. There are some people who want to be able to use the crypto they want like for example, I want to use either eth, Bitcoin, dogecoin or whatever crypto I want and also a responsive customer support if ever a customer wanted to ask question or inquire.

Although this is debatable, it is not relevant to the topic at hand.

We do not support any cryptocurrencies other than Monero for this reason.

Such a stance clearly indicates that your service does not belong to the Bitcointalk Gambling Board. Please move your topic to the appropriate board as already suggested in previous posts.

Welcome to the forum, though the thread is not that catchy better to edit it and make more attractive just like the other Dice site thread here. Anyway, any plans to accepts other cryptocurrency in the platform since many wants to have more options when they gamble, especially some gamblers don’t have XMR since you can’t see this crypto in most of the site right now. Also, I suggest to have a good promotional campaign here and better to hire a good manager to handle that, you can be more successful if you follow the top site on how they market their site.

Although this is debatable, it is not relevant to the topic at hand.

It's entirely relevant to our website and the design decisions we have made. All Bitcoin transactions are public, all Bitcoin address balances are public. The opposite is true with Monero. We can't know if the player has a million XMR or 0.1 XMR. We can't know where they've spent their coin, the amounts they paid, or when their transactions were made. When a user withdraws their winnings there's no blockchain website displaying "Dice.ag Hot Wallet" showing they've made a withdrawal and how much. Monero is private by default, and that's why it's at the heart of our business.

No withdrawal fees really? So that means if I won 10 usd and withdraw it on my wallet, I will get all the 10usd? Unless of course if the price fluctuates but that is understandable already on anyone's side. It was nice then if you offer such feature but this feature isn't found anywhere but every gambling site do always have its own set of fees and sometimes they are going overboard which is a turn off for most gamblers. Dunno why they do that. Are they too hungry to earn?

And are not contented to what they are earning when gamblers lose their money on the game but good luck to this website. Chances for it to be successful is high since you also care for the privacy of the users which is something that other sites cant offer.

Of course. We earn a profit from the house edge (1%) and that's enough. Monero has low transaction fees so there is no cost to us when users withdraw their winnings.

Monero is private by default, and that's why it's at the heart of our business.

And that's why you cannot advertise your gambling website on BitcoinTalk's Gambling board. And that's what I was trying to explain to you from the very beginning.

I offered you helpful advice in good faith so that you wouldn't violate the forum's rules as a newcomer to this community. However, you chose to play stupid and arrogant. It's all on you, you know.

In case you haven't noticed, the moderators have already moved the thread to the appropriate board. You're welcome.
