We just released (on the 24th of May 2022) Semi Smart Contracts for Snowflake Network! The only real difference is that 'Private Tokens' can never hold any value and should not be on an exchange. 'Private Tokens' can be used in private groups like a book club or in game nights to reward each other with tokens.
