A mining pool or what are you trying to achieve? Your question is way too vague to give you an adequate answer.

Why studying? if you don't have knowledge about programming then you shouldn't enter the mining pool business and you need to host it to a fast VPS server if not then your miners will stop mining in your mining pool due to ping.

Anyway, there are lots of open-source mining pools on Github you can start studying them here https://github.com/topics/pool-server

But if you are looking for ready to host you can try this one https://github.com/tpruvot/yiimp

Pool of several cryptos like what?

You should be aware that open-source pool servers for various altcoins are particularly rare to find, so there's only a guarantee that you will find those for BTC and ETH (although with Ethereum's POS hubbub, it is questionable whether it would be wise to set one up at this time).

Second, you had better be ready to suppliment your pool with your own hash power, because nobody is going to mine at a dead pool that won't find blocks.

According to this (deleted?) post (https://ninjastic.space/search?author=lordfox8&board=41), OP plan seems to be to get some easy money by doing nothing.
I guess that he doesn't understand that he needs:
* fast hardware and internet
* a lot of know-how (if an user has troubles or the software doesn't work properly, that must be handled good and fast without affecting users' income)
* trust (users won't just send hash rate to you if they feel that your pool may not work, may not find blocks or may not pay the rewards)

So there's a lot of work there, and just starting with looking into existing pool software may be far from enough.

Hey guys,

I'm from Brazil, I've seen that only eth pool here in Brazil, I want to set up BTC, ERG, RVN, ETC pools in Brazil, I have good knowledge in hardware, and network, linux. Logico is not enough to be a genius, but if I try hard enough I can do it.

What Objective with this, to create options of pools here in Brazil and for South America, to be able to mine, since most of the pools are from the USA, Europe and Asia.

Well, you can use any pool. Of course you may get unlucky with late shares if you're too far away, but it's not really required to have a pool be local.
I do generally endorse having more pools to help decentralization of hashpower.

Keep in mind if this is about Altcoin mining pools, your thread is in the wrong section.

1. Obey the overall rules of this forum: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0

2. This section is for BITCOIN MINING and related discussion ONLY. All bitcoin forks and alternate cryptocurrencies and discussion of them should be directed to a dedicated forum for those, or one of the altcoin subforums on this forum. All discussion regarding them will be moved without warning to the altcoin sections. If your topic is related to multiple currencies, then unless it is primarily about bitcoin it will be moved. Even if it is about sha256d mining but not about bitcoin it will be moved. BITCOIN mining is done today ONLY with ASICs, and any discussion of mining with CPU, GPU or FPGAs will be moved to the altcoin mining section.

Technically no, this is in the wrong session, as I intend to mount BTC as well.

Alright; so to answer your question, to 'create' a pool, you need to deploy some pool software on a server and get people to mine on it.

A quick browse in the Mining/Pools (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=41.0) board already brought up a very similar question by the way:
Costs for a Mining Pool Provider?[/url]

So this was about the costs, nevertheless BitMaxz already had linked the software you'd need over there. I also remember there are more similar questions popping up every now and then; as long as a thread isn't too old (necroposting), feel free to comment on one of those instead of opening a new thread with a question already answered elsewhere.

"BTC as well" still means off topic in the BTC section of the forum.
