Again, folks, BEWARE!
The web address given above is legit  but -- the telegram address is probable scam!
Nowhere on Canaan's website do they make any mention of using ANY social media sites for ANY reason.
Common sense should tell anyone that if a manufacturers website makes no mention of using social media channels then they sure as hell would not be using them as a sales channel. Canaan even goes as far as to state that they do not have sm channels like Telegram and warn you to NOT use them...

When and if Canaan starts using SM channels it's a safe bet they will list the Official contacts/channels on their website.

Actually, there is already a Telegram portal which on the right side of the official website, here you can try to click it :D https://shop.canaan.io/

Which make me confused that why you guys use different url for your shop. It's easy for us to think it as a scam.

Yes, it could be a scam.

Its 100% a scam becarefull.

There is nothing confusing about their domain. Focus mostly on the canaan.io If anything comes in front of that domain name like shop.canaan.io or developer.canaan.io then it's a legit link.

1. The Canaan Official Online Shop and the Telegram Group are authorized, which can be found on the official website. So we are not so-called scammers at all.
2. In response to your request, we are required to refund the designated account he gave instead of the original wallet because "HE DOES NOT HAVE THE ACCESS TO THE ORIGINAL WALLET" which we cannot satisfy. Refunds have always been refunded in the same way. If there is a problem in this regard, it is not our responsibility, and we will not rashly remit money to unfamiliar or unsafe accounts.
3. Within 12 hours of this incident, we have been doing our best to communicate with all company departments to help customers get refunds. But you kept verbally abusing and attacking us, which was disappointing. Nevertheless, we still are working hard to help customers complete refunds.

Stfu scammer i don't care what you claim. I don't have access to my hardwale wallet because it is broken and you know it. Don't put excuses to hold money that's not yours. You think you will steal my money just because my ledger is broken and i need to receive my refund in wallet i have access to ? :D If you want me to make you famous scammers, go ahead and ruin your business for 6000$
Of course i will abuse and attacking someone who hold my money against my will? I have provided each single verification needed and just because you don't have anything to say, you stick to that you want to refund my btc to the original wallet which you know i don't have access to, because my ledger is broken.
Nice excuse, but people are not stupid. You are no one to hold my money. You know i have issue with my hardware wallet but you read and put only things you can twist and go for your own benefit. Your customer service is awful and i won't be surprised if you scam my 6000$

After investgating, this crazy man is a real scammer, he used at least 3 Telegram accounts at the same time. 2 fake admin roles to scam our real customers, and 1 fake customer role to contact us. We got all the chat history from our real customers till now.
1. Canaan online shop admins never scam customers, we are here to support real customers.
2. Scammers always change their fake IDs and use different kinds of names to scam real customers.
3. Never trust those rumors from a mad scammer. Anyway, be careful and never trust scammers.
4. If you have any questions or doubts, never trust anyone who PM you first, you shall contact us by email customerservice@canaan.io
5. If you have placed an order from our online shop, never share any order information with someone who PM you, our admins never request your order info because we already have it.
