Title: Need help answering a Bitcoin Related question ... Post by: bitstarter on December 08, 2011, 08:01:37 PM I started a convo around a service someone is offering and asked him to include a bitcoin related button so people can "bitcent" others when they either like the enagement or content being passed to them.
Here is the convo: http://www.avc.com/a_vc/2011/12/engagio.html#comment-382318653 I suggest BTCinch might have a solution but does anyone else know of a button that can be placed so people can give a few bitcents? Thanks. Title: Re: Need help answering a Bitcoin Related question ... Post by: evoorhees on December 08, 2011, 08:08:20 PM Yep, BTCinch.

Post by: nmat on December 08, 2011, 08:08:46 PM There was a recent question at Bitcoin SE that might be relevant: How can I accept Bitcoin donations on my blog or site? Title: Re: Need help answering a Bitcoin Related question ... Post by: Stephen Gornick on December 08, 2011, 08:34:36 PM There's another service in the same space ... PayBitBack.
Simply mention a person in a Tweet and then also mentioni @PayBitBack and the service will reply with a bitcoin address for the tip jar. The funds received into the tip jar can then be redeemed only by that person. http://www.PayBitBack.com for instructions I've tried it ... and it worked fine when the recipient understands bitcoin. For others, it didn't go as well. I doubt the tip I sent to a photographer ever got redeemed. YouTipIt has "escrowed TipIts" which work the same way -- you initiate a tip to any Facebook user -- and only that user can redeem the tip.
