So Bitcoins have started recovering as we can see from the charts.
Yesterday Bitcoins were at 17k USD and now currently it has crossed 20k USD. It’s now at around 20,800 USD and it’s still increasing.
It’s not yet late to buy the Bitcoins, those have panicked and sold their Bitcoins, now it’s time again to buy it.
Don’t know whether it’s the end of the bear market or not, but still the price have given us the Bitcoin traders a great hope.
Hope soon Bitcoin recovers it’s price, and we all will end up with great profits.
What are your thoughts on this?

Bitcoin price should recover, but it may take months until that happens, so you need quite some more patience.
We're in a bear market now and this is the part where trust and patience uses to pay off.
If you lack these two you will most probably give up, since the price may or may not remain over 20k until the bear market ends.

That's why incremental buying (DCA) during a bear market like now is very necessary. so that when the price goes up, we won't be left behind. because we have bought from below. and when the price goes down again then we are also in profit because we can buy again little by little (DCA).

I'm not sure yet if it has already recovered, it only stayed $20k and it's not moving yet, I'm afraid that what we are seeing is just a bull trap. As of the moment, I'm still not convince that the bear market is already over, if it does recover, I believe it will not hold for long.

you are all right that the price of crypto will not be stuck and slipped on the abyss of bearish. We know that every period there is an increase even though it is very thin.

I hope it recovers further but the problem is that the bear market is far from over.Everything is increased in cost in every area and so has the cost of living in general with the inflation in reality being near 33% from the paper that US and the world tells us that is only 8% now.This depressive mood in all the active markets in the world seems to have somewhat hit also Bitcoin hence the massive crash it has experienced in these last days.It may crash even further to below 10.000 dollars before recovering but the bottom line is it will recover as it has done always by reaching a new all time high,we only don't know when but we know that it will.

I believe you anyone really wants to invest in Bitcoin, all these low prices are a good place to continue to buy considering that looking at multiple Bitcoin chats, it seems that Bitcoins price is close to the bottom even if we cannot really claim where that is and understanding that Bitcoin investment is best for a long term. Yes it did come back up from $17k+ to trading at around $20k+ now but we don't know if it will drop again or steady out for a while but in whichever case, these are good prices to buy and HODL.

Bitcoin isn't recovering, we're still in a bear market. After a big decline, the market will usually have a few sessions of modest gains again and investors will believe that the bear market is over and they will start buying again. Then, things didn't work out as they expected and bitcoin fell again after the rallies. However, I believe price is just a price trap, this bull run will not last long and bitcoin will soon fall dramatically.

I'm thinking that it is still early to jubilate about bitcoin possible rise or recovery in price. It dropped early last week to around $17k and gained some weight towards the weekend probably some investment during the weekend happened to push the price a little high because we are still not off the bear. Currently though still looking bullish and selling at $20,480, maybe it could flatten down to $20,000 or higher than what it is now.

I really doubt this, most people doesn't really understand what the difference between Bitcoin and shitcoins, all they do is trust random CEO words claiming they're better than Bitcoin with non sense explanation. Moreover they're promise the price will increase x multiples and the APY will reach x price etc, that's make them convinced to invest on shitcoins especially the coins worth less than a dollar. This will make them earn more since if the price reach $1, they could become a millionaire.

Of course, buying now is never a late decision but i hope you don't think the bear is over because the bear will still last some months though it makes change side to bullish at some point.


Bitcoin will recover its price but not now and the current great hope in price is just temporary. Besides, after the end of this bear market, it is altcoin season 

I made an idea in which I predicted that Bitcoin will bounce back towards $28k level before going back towards $16k or below.
The correction is not over yet, count this up as a pullback according to me. However, I can only predict though lol.

People who lose hope in Bitcoin just because there was a change in value relative to fiat don't really understand what it's all about - because realistically they're only interested in Bitcoin for profit, and they're far from the idea Satoshi made Bitcoin for.

I am an optimist by nature, but I am slowly losing hope when I see how few people believe in Bitcoin and how easy it is to manipulate them - either with FUD news or the fact that they have handed over their BTC to various companies who start to crumbling like towers of cards.

The 17k price that bitcoin was at presented one of the best opportunities we have seen in years for people to join the market and for others to buy more. Although many may not have seen it as such, an opportunity i mean, they may never be such an opportunity again. It is good news at the moment for all those who bought at 17k, if the price continues to go up, for those who panicked and sold or didn't buy, regrets may soon follow as the prices gets better. Really feeling sad for the ones who got panicked and sold their beloved bitcoins.
This only proves that they doesn’t have any trust on the coin.
If they have shown some trust the coin and gave some time to it, then might understand the value of it.
Sadly those people failed to hold their coins and sold those to the buyers.

They are tested and proved to themselves that they belong to the weak hands. If bitcoin will recover and start to pump, they will surely regret selling their bitcoin at a very cheap price, the thing is, they don't follow the right timing of buying and selling their bitcoin, when the market dump, they should buy instead of selling, that's why some people lose their money because they do the opposite of this simple technique.

The price of bitcoin have been recovering slowly. The price that was around $17k have reached close to $21k. This doesn't look like the transition from bear market to bull market. Users who lost hope on the recovery can understand the reality of the market. With bitcoin investment fear accompanies relative to the market moves. If one have got patience then it is possible to overcome the fear over the market.

if you're used to the study of how the bitcoin price moves with steady speculation you will have to understand that it start to rise from the first day of the week which is toward the end of Sunday and once it's Wednesday then it fix to a particular range and keeps revolving round about till the next week and so on.

My thought is that we're still quite far to the end of this bear market. A sudden rise is pretty normal after it has been dumped a lot. Still can go sideways as that's the normal thing that bitcoin does. But I agree to you that it's not yet late to buy and keep on dcaing so that you won't have any regrets when the market rises again and you've done your part of accumulating as it plunged to $17k-$20k. Well, still a price that can be good for buying if you're aiming and had a goal to see bitcoin back to its former ATH and more than that within the next few years.

Many people panic when Bitcoin downgraded to seventeen thousand (17k) and all hope's was lost over bitcoin going down often. Even till now some people don't want to believe bitcoin upright retrace, what everyone had in mind is Bitcoin values is retracing to downwards is might be approximately ten thousand (10k) since it has Fall below twenty thousand (20k). • If you bought at $50k and above, you have no choice than to hold firm and continue holding. If you are a good trader you can use the chart to buy and sell as bitcoin is consolidating. You may make good profits before the bull

well, you sum it all up. it depends on which category you fall into. but hey, those who were crying that they missed the train, where are they now? i hope they are slowly accumulating some satoshis. because we may hear that same sentiments when btc starts rising again. $10k level, i don't think we will go down hard. but ok, everything is possible but for me, that possibility is low.

Bear market comes with a big test as who can stay and keep their faith in crypto, while some have eventually lose their patience and give up in the market. I hope people will realize that this is not the time to doubt the market, but trust the market even more by investing more most particularly with bitcoin as it gives us great opportunities to end up with huge and decent profits.

My thoughts are that I first off agree with you, it is time to buy bitcoin, but that’s been my feeling about it for a long while. We have no idea if it’ll hold above the twenty thousand mark or if it’ll drop all the way down to ten thousand or more. That’s why DCA / Dollar Cost Averaging in over the next Tera or so would like be one’s best bet as for buying.

That was not really a big relief though as it was just a small spike, was too far from becoming stable growing high, maybe at least.
And even though there is no such pump, I'm not still losing my hopes as I know that Bitcoin will recover somehow at the right moment (someday).

We can't really hide the fact that despite the dump, and panic selling, we can still see that many people aren't losing their mind, selling their crypto during a hard time but instead, they keep their trust and hold.

Anything that gives a positive move on the market is good as per the prevailing market situation. It is the past days, people sell the holdings all of the sudden out of panic. The same is being used by the Whales and profit pushing the market forward.

The understanding and learning about cryptocurrencies have varied alot than the past. This is the reason why people doesn't walk away selling the holdings. They trust and have hope on the progress of bitcoin. Maybe this gets delayed, but the growth is assured.

After we dropped below $20,000 before, my significant support level is now the $15,000 level which is really ugly and worst.  If you observed, Bitcoin easily falls below $17,000 after it drops to $20,000 so the same case is $15,000 if ever we will go back again to $17,000.

Overall, I don't want to happen it anymore, for me, the recent dump is already good for me as pullback from the huge run last year.

in my opinion is not crossed yet it still testing on fibonnaci 1.272 which mean still in bear  :'( Stochastic, RSI, Ichimoku and MACD still show bear too  :D but you guys dont lose hope  8) if we able to turn around $30K we safe,

Now the long-term support has been the new resistance and if it stays above that price for some time, we might see it going either higher or sideways. Well, it's the psychological support for others so many already set their target buying price at that point.


Nahh the bear market has just started and it takes months to possible a year before it will end. It's obvious that the recent recovery of Bitcoin doesn't mean that we are at the end of the bear market already. What I can say is that, buying Bitcoin right now will give you huge profits in the future. Feel sorry for those who panicked though because most of them sold their Bitcoins at a loss.

Maybe lets wait a few days to weeks into what will be the price movement of Bitcoin because this might be a false breakout. Like I said, if it stays above $20,000 then it's a good thing at least but don't be too optimistic because we are still in a bear market so there is still a chance that it might go below $20,000.

I don't expect the bearish market to end soon. The crypto winter will continue to 2023-2024.
The Bitcoin price is recovering from the extreme FUD storm and the extreme panic, that was dominating the crypto markets in the previous week. That doesn't mean that the BTC price will go back to 30K-40K anytime soon.
This might be a "dead cat bounce" and the price might soon go down to 15K-17K USD.
I expect a decent bull run back to 30K in the Q4 of 2022 (assuming there aren't any crypto exchanges collapsing and no big FUD news).
It's too early to get excited about a small bounce back of the BTC price. However, I'm still bullish in the long run.

It's good temporarily but worst has yet come. Best or worst, good or bad, it depends on standpoint of each person.

My thought is:

• It's good for me if Bitcoin drops more to $13,000 to $15,000 or even dips to $11,000 to $12,000.
• It's best for me if it fluctuates below $15,000 for a few months. I will be very happy if it happens. Because it will have months to accumulate more Bitcoin.

As I said, it depends on standpoints. For others, if it happens, it will be terrible. I don't say they are right or wrong. They can be right with their standpoint. Bitcoin is oversold now and it's going towards bottom range.

But the definition of bitcoin price that we are looking at right now is still around $20k and will this give support to rise above $20k or fall below that and this is pretty good for us to take one point up because it still ends at $20k.

That is true, but it does not mean that we have to obey those who actually want to move it into the field of investment, and discourage people from using Bitcoin to pay for goods and services. As for the change in the price of BTC, I'm already used to it and I don't bother with it too much - although most of what I spend comes from the time when the price of BTC was below $1000. Bear Market is gonna stay for a while. as per my prediction. bitcoin will stay between 20k to 22K for couple more months unless a big news a big support for it pop up. i heard that this recent pump back to $20k was because Binance invested $2 Billions in Bitcoin to help it's price stablize and prevent any possible market disaster.. but that is not enough. we need more support like that. only $2 billion won't help this.

Big question is, Is bitcoin price finally hit the bottom of this bear market? Well still no one knows dont be to hopeful that this will be the final bottom, what if its just another fake reversal and another big crash is incoming? I hope this is the bottom and we are now in uptrend again but this is not really sure.

As we already know, it will gonna recover back its price once the whales are buying again one after another and when you have bought from its last dip price, you are one of those who will gonna earn a decent amount of income in the next months to come once the price will gain back its original price a few months ago. As we experienced in the last few years, Bitcoin price will gonna increase after some time even though we thought that it would not gonna happen again. It's a temporal recovery, if anyone is planning to hold for long term its wrong to start buying now, we want more dips and it will happen, this is just the first phase of this bear market, next year will even be more worse cos of inflation and recession.

Bitcoin is still make a bullish run up in the market, it's just a matter of time. Bitcoin currently at $21k, experience traders are still holding while the impatience and newbies who haven't learn and study the market fully have sell theirs. But the smart ones can still keep making Profits from the dump and pump of Bitcoin in this past months and weeks. Bitcoin is predicted to dump further to $10k, but we still hoping for the top coin to break all resistance and suppy before retesting back to $60k. If this is your first bear market, You should be ready for another worst round of drop. Bear markets in crypto are brutal and I myself have experienced it the hard way last bear market. I'm expecting more in the following months, There will be a trap occurrence in the charts that will make people confident but eventually crush it.

I like bitcoin and I do hope people recover some of there losses but I also believe in market cycle. I do think that if we are in a bear market, We should not think that the price will increase dramatically just like we experienced on the recent bull market where every coin is skyrocketing.

Right, most of us will want to see things go that way but we understand that even if the price of $17k was the bottom, it doesn't translate automatically to a V-shaped recovery of the market and it might even be that as some have speculated, the market might still drop below the previous low of $17k which is possible but in all, these are just good point to add some more to the bags.

Yeah, so even if we've seen the lowest low for this year at around $17,500, still a win-win as this is a golden opportunity to add more on our bags and continue to hold. Perhaps it was not that good to feel and see that it went below it's previous all time high in 2017 and this is the first time that we have seen it, nevertheless, after that the price shoot up to $21k, this might be a good indication that the lowest low has been reached and could have validated some of our TA already.

I wouldn't  jump the gun just yet. We haven't felt the full economic impact of the Russian invasion on Ukraine, and crypto will follow what ever happens with that. Combine that with the aftermath of the pandemic and maybe we are abour to hit a recession. And crypto was never in onr. So let's not celebrate just yet.

Bitcoin crossed $20k those not mean the bear market is over, I believe bitcoin is still going to go below $17k in the next few days, but no matter bitcoin price, I can never lose hope in we all know that the price is down and nobody knows when the bear market will be over, but am sure bear market will be over one day which we don't know when and bull run will start just a matter of time. if this your prediction will come to pass, that means Bitcoin is tracing to fall back to the point of starting in 2017 and 2018 if I'm not mistaken. The lowest support point is still at $17,700 and this is a strong support point, if it breaks it will touch the $15k area as you mean. Maybe Next years Bitcoin again going to moon, What do you think.

Currently, bitcoin price has dropped again into $20,063 and it will fall even more once the bear market continues. But isn't this a very good time to buy and hold?  Bitcoin may not be able to recover again this year so we can expect that we can see a new ATH by next year, or the following year, no one really knows. That is why we should always do the right thing this time, accumulate more bitcoin and then hold. After all, we won't be selling at a loss but definitely for great profits in the future.

Certainly bitcoin will always recover even from its deepest fall, we just don't know when will it happen. But as much as possible, why bother of thinking for price recovery when we are not done yet with our bitcoin accumulation. Bitcoin price could even be more great if it drops more as it opens another opportunity to buy. So just enjoy the ride for now, soon we will witness a new ATH when the right timing comes.

The price that went above $21600 have experienced a price below $20k and now moving around $20100. This is how the market will continue for some time period. Right now users can make some profit out of shorting, and for this traders needs to be very careful.

As the thread title says don't lose hope at any instance. The market is bearish for some time period, have trust and surely it'll progress. Until then if you're good enough to take risk you can make some earning out of the fluctuation. If not, just hold with patience.

I think it is too early to conclude, we still need a bit more observation to conclude that uptrend have started. However, the signs are there and I remain optimistic that the uptrend is on the way. And how is the tax payment issue over there? I imagine it is not very controlled and you pay with Bitcoin just as you pay with cash. Or I don't know if there is a special law about it.

I mean in most of the world for every payment you make in bitcoin you should report it on your income tax return, and pay capital gains tax if the price at the time of payment was higher than at the time you bought the Bitcoin, which is a hassle.

I imagine that most of the payments, especially of low amounts and P2P, are not declared by anyone, but if there is a company involved, I suppose you will have to declare them, otherwise the company could pass the data of your Bitcoin payments to the Ministry of Finance of your country.

We aren't out of the woods with the fed yet. Several coins are pumping from people buying the dips, but my guess is that we will see another selloff shortly hereafter and prices will take a hit. These small ralleys will be great for buying and selling the waves if you don't mind STG.  But long-term investors I think maybe should think twice about FOMOing in to these pumps.

Bitcoin, we know that the price of Bitcoin goes down a lot, so now we can buy Bitcoin and when the price of Beacon goes up, we will sell Bitcoin. When the price of other tokens goes down and when the price of Bitcoin goes up, the price of all other tokens goes down.

Bitcoin never failed me back in 2017 and regardless what happens, I do not mind buying more of it. The technology proved me more than the current price anyways although I understand that some people are panicking over a low price it went, but trust me, you should hodl now.

Yes, Bitcoin price is increasing but that doesn't mean it is the right time to buy. I am not sure if it is a sign that Bitcoin price is starting to recover, too early I guess. We are still in Q2 of the first year of the bearish season, why do we need to hurry to buy Bitcoin now? I prefer to wait for Q3 or Q4 of this year to consider buying Bitcoin or some altcoins. If the market is still in a huge drop, maybe Q1 of the next year is also a good time to buy. So, there is still a lot of time for buying, no need to hurry or panic buying.  ;D If the scenario will be as usual 4 year-cycles of bearish-bullish, we still have about 2 years to fill our wallets. The BTC price recovery will begin in 2024, that probably the first year of the next bullrun.

At the time of creating the original post, Bitcoins suddenly went to 21k usd from 17k usd.
That’s why in a rush I made the post thinking that , this might be the time when BTC will gain gear and starts increasing in its price.

Even though the Bitcoin price is currently experiencing a price recovery and is back to the level of 21k USD, it is still very early to buy it at this time because it is better for us to wait on the weekend when the market starts to open. We're always doubting Bitcoin whenever the market crashes but we're already aware that it could recover later on. I would not be so certain that this will only take a couple of days. I would be happy if it would be so quick and then back to better days, but "hope for the best, but prepare for the worse", you know... this bear market may still take months...

Surely, it will take a couple of months for us to see rational changes on the value of bitcoin. We really couldn't think that the current price increase will be start start of it as it is still fluctuating within the 20,000 USD price range. But still let's look on the bright side, the price of bitcoin is kinda settling in within the 20,000 USD and we don't see any sign that it will dip anytime soon.

It's my opinion but in this case I don't think opinion is as strong as fact. The fact is, we are just above 20k now, so to drop to 15k, we need only a 25% value loss. To reach 50k, we would need 250% value gain. And in this economy?

I wonder if anything major like that would happen anytime close? I mean sure we had pandemic and lockdown and then the war and all of that impacted the world quite bit and that looks like something that will worry a ton of people. But to me, it feels like we are in a situation where it is not going to be that easy to just say "it’s all over, now we can go up" because people are waiting for another crazy thing to happen, or at least they know that there is a possibility of such a thing.

I think if current weekly candle closes above 20,387 which is a pivot point then we can expect a relief rally in July,22 that can take Bitcoin price to around 25K. The reason of being optimistic is 2 consecutive weekly green candles, crossover on MACD day chart as well as crude oil price has come down from $120 to around 110,(hope this trend will continue) that is the main driver of inflation world wide. You are absolutely right, Bitcoin need to hold around 22K before it moves further up but unfortunately it again broke 20K yesterday which is sign of weakness in the market due to shrinking volumes. Bitcoin has shown strong co-relation with US stock market during the past month which is against its perception of store of value and hedge against inflation.
