Title: Can anyone explain me here about the Lightning Network?
Post by: crashedanon on June 26, 2022, 04:18:54 AM
What are the basic technological changes/differences in the LN from the Bitcoin Mainnet Network? I want to know more about the technological aspect of it. Please suggest a YT video worth the watch time.

I'm not fond of Youtube video tutorials so I can't suggest any but you can start with the Whitepaper: lightning.network/docs (http://lightning.network/docs/)
The link to the whitepaper is labeled "The Bitcoin Lightning Network".

As the "Mastering Bitcoin" book by Andreas Antonopoulos and various other contributors is a good read on Bitcoin L1 I expect the Lightning book https://github.com/lnbook/lnbook (https://github.com/lnbook/lnbook) by him and peers to be an equally good read for L2. I haven't read it yet though.

If you insist on youtube I suggest you visit the channel of Rene Pickhardt https://www.youtube.com/user/RenePickhardt (https://www.youtube.com/user/RenePickhardt), a developer of lightning.
