In other to receive more information about the current situation with your coins, you will have to provide more details about how it all happened, the type of wallet you use, how you got your coins into your wallet and who introduced you to bitcoin, this will gives more insight in knowing if you're just been scammmed by the same person that introduced you to bitcoin or you let your keys out for a third party out of careless or you're the one inexperience enough to know how to access your coins from the wallet used, we don't even know maybe you had a change in device used? All these will give us more insight to suggest or advice you on the probable situations around your wallet that could have led to what you experienced.

there is no bitcoin transaction undo feature.
there is no central bank to refund/ chargeback the transaction.

if you dont know who stole it.. you cant chase them.

try to find out the cause.
was it a bad wallet from an unknown(not commonly used wallet)
did a friend or family install it or have access to it.

did you download any weird other programs that might have had a virus/trojan.
did you store the privatekey/wallet seed in a place someone else could get to

the only chance to get it back is to find the scammer that stole it.

so only option is find who done it and try and get it back by catching them

that may then involve police/court involvement.. or a hammer to their fingernail .. not advising. but its an option.

(its like someone pickpocketing your bank note wallet. the wallet does not have legs to run back to you. so you have to chase the pick-pocketer)

Nothing.

bitcoin transactions are irreversible, which means that it cannot be reversed and the only way you can get what was stolen is for the receiver(receiving address) to return your bitcoin which is pretty impossible.

How many bitcoin have you lost? It would be better also if you can put some addresses so anyone can examine what happened.

Hacks can happen due to these common poor OpSec.
- exposed private keys/seed phrase
- infected machine/pc with malware
- phishing

How on earth did you lost your BTC just by leaving it on a wallet?
What type of wallet did you use?
Does anyone know about your passphrase/private keys?

We need more details on how it did happen and why you didn't seem to care to look at it for a while. And now it's too late to get those BTC back since Bitcoin transaction isn't irreversible once the transaction has made. This might be your hard lesson but most importantly you should know who you are trusting especially with your investment/money.

This is so sad to read OP, you should have been more careful with the device where your btc was stored and trusted less friends. Unfortunately your bitcoin is long gone and nothing can be done to get it back. One thing seems certain though that the person who did it is most likely someone you are very familiar with, someone you informed that you were into crypto currency, trust and usually let your guard down to. That is another reason to be careful of the people you tell that you are a bitcoin hodler and watch the company you keep.

OP yo didn't give us the value of the bitcoins you lost, but I presume regardless that since you were not paying so much attention to your bitcoins and it took you a while to find out that your coins had gone, if it is not inexperience in the field, then it sends a message that you have another source of income and can bounce back from this temporary setback on your investment. But in the future OP, be more careful.

Sorry to say OP but they're gone forever and no way to recover it. Is this on exchange or from your wallet?

Do you remember the apps you've downloaded and the links that you've signed up for? It's likely that you've downloaded a malware or you've been phished, either of the two.

Or, someone who you know personally stole your private keys and he took it and robbed your bitcoins. Although even if you tell more details as long as it's already been sent, no reversing will happen.

If you are using a wallet from exchanges like Coinbase or Binance the Bitcoin that you deposit there is automatically sent to another address it's normal if you check them in block explorer but your funds are still in your account.

Unless you are using unknown wallets and funds from your account are gone. If you can provide more details on what exactly the wallet or website you are using maybe we can give you more insight about that wallet/site there are many phishing sites and fake wallet apps out there that you should avoid. If you are using one of them there is no way to recover your funds back or if you are using well-known exchanges the only thing that you can only get is the IP of the last login who transfers your funds from your account to another wallet.

Immediately what you are going to "get" is only information related to the Txs, but your bitcoins are gone, even starting to investigate will only serve get experience so that it does not happen again, you do not mention the amount, but regardless of this, it only remains to reflect on future security measures for the devices used and even for your social or family environment.

I'm sorry, but bitcoin transaction is irreversible, with that said, you can't get back it back so consider it a loss already.

It is personal wallet though or exchange wallet? Maybe your machine is infected by some kind of malware. So it's better to check everything or even format your pc/laptop just to be sure that it won't happen to you again.

Your bitcoin can never be returned. Bitcoin transactions are a thing where you can never find out the address of the recipient. If you are not familiar. Since you are someone you know in some way, you do not see the possibility of getting this money back. However, you can post the transaction of your account on the phishing site.

So sorry about your loss. As you already know transactions on blockchain can not and never be reversed. It is gone and gone forever but however, you can trace the transaction and wallet to know if it is a third party wallet so as to know if the wallet account belongs to a exchanger or so. This can aid you monitor the transaction and movements taking place on the wallet.

If you are new in blockchain, I would advise you to go do a little research on wallets so as to guide you through to making a good choice of wallet to use, guiding you on how to setup a wallet and measures taken to safely protect your digital assets when using the wallet.

Are you sure about what you're saying?  It looks like you're not familiar with how it works.  The recipient address is the part of the transaction where you can see it.  Yes, you may not be able to determine who is the owner of the bitcoin receiver especially if it used a mixer.

You don't know what you're talking about, why would he post the account transaction on a phishing site?

OP, your money is likely gone forever but I would like you to provide more information so we can have an idea of what happened to you.

Is this a personal wallet or an exchange account?
What wallet or exchange was?

Your information could help other potential victims to avoid losing their money too.
