I do not really understand that, but on the exchanges that I know, USDM is used to represent future trading which you can leverage with stable coins while Coin-M is when you can only use the same asset that you want to trade with to leverage. With USDM, you can leverage with other assets like USDT. It means USD margin.

Are you talking about adding a small "m" letter next to the trading pair, or about the trading pair assigned with the name XAU/USDm ? I found a coin with USDm  but it seems that it is not active so I don't think you will find it listed on any trading exchange.

other than that you can talking about feature market and m is for margin

it would have been better if you had mention and exchange or broker which had such trading pairs but as far as I know the suffix "m" in the exness platform had something to do with the account type - standard account type

So the reward would be calculated differently.

Just to dumb down what @Bitcoin_Arena have said, the suffix "m" indicates the type of account you are going to use in order to execute a trade of a particular trading pair -- which in this case is associated with  "Standard Account"[1].

In other words, it's just regular trading account that has access to any type of asset with no commission fee as described ny their article.
