Auto Forward Received Payments
If someone overpays, is the refund process also covered by the 1% fee that you charge for incoming payments [+ another 1% for auto forwarding], or do we have to do that after receiving everything [1% fee + 1% fee + another TX fee]?

Current network fees
Bitcoin BTC - 0.0004

May I know which platform you're using to estimate network fees [you're "overestimating (https://mempool.space/)" it]?

Care to explain why you have misleading stats on your website [it shrank, but I still don't believe those stats]?

Hello,

Thanks for paying attention to our platform!

Let me answer your questions.

If someone is overpaying an invoice, the amount overpaid remains in your account (in case of not using a forward address), if the invoice has a forward address attached, our charge is 1% for the API incoming payment + 1% for using the forward address feature + TX Fee ( Thanks for your specification about network fees, we have changed them)

For example: Receiving 0.005 BTC payment on a callback address, from this amount we charge 1% (0.00005 BTC), merchant remains with 0.00495 BTC. If the callback address has a forward address, another 1% (0.0000495 BTC) is deducted from 0.00495 BTC + the TX Fee (0.00003 BTC). The merchant will receive at his personal address 0.0048705 BTC.

Withdraw network fees are changed, we will try to keep them as low as possible.

About the stats, as we are a new payment gateway on the market, the numbers are different and at this moment displayed stats are for marketing only. You don't have to believe them.

We have added to our tasks to add more features about overpaid or underpaid invoices.

Have a great day!

Greetings,

Testing Instant Payment Notification IPN on developing.

Merchant is now able to test their IPN handlers with a feature added to the Merchant API section.

Test IPN is a new option for merchants to send demo instant payment notifications where they are able to set the status, address, amount, and cryptocurrency POST Data to be sent.

This feature helps developers to test their system to receive the status of payments.

Greetings,

Changes were made for LTC and BCH for withdrawal network fees:

Current network fees
Bitcoin BTC - 0.00003
Bitcoin Cash BCH - 0.00002
Litecoin LTC - 0.000041
Dogecoin DOGE - 1

The withdrawal operation has no minimum, you can withdraw 0.00000001 paying only the blockchain fees.
The withdrawal operation is automatic.

We are trying to keep the blockchain fees as low as possible.

We recommend trying the system before adding a comment about its functionality.

Any recommendation from you is very welcome!

Isn't the minimum amount allowed for a transaction to be made across the Bitcoin network not more than 0.00000001 BTC. I don't remember the figure but it's way more than 1 sats. Something like 560 sats. Let me look it up

Edit, the dust limit is 546 sats
