Title: Human nature and managerial roles
Post by: odunybiz on August 07, 2022, 06:07:26 AM
Out of all creature, human being is the most difficult to manage. We remain adamant after being corrected several times. This human nature can still be seen online especially in various bounty Telegram groups where

👉👉👉 same questions are being asked Everytime by hunters.
👉👉👉 hunters spamming project Telegram groups with irrelevant messages after several warnings.

🥲🥲 This human nature can be something irritating and so frustrating but this is still being repeated often and often. 🥲🥲

As a bounty manager, how do you manage this human nature?
How does it help to strengthen your managerial skills?💪💪💪

There are always those who want to sabotage the project. These are special groups of people who pretend to be naive as if they are participating for the first time. And in fact, they are old, experienced hunters, with real and fake accaunts. One for hunting, and the other for joking with others..

Like you aptly observed, it's quite difficult to manage humans and I'm believing your thread is not just restricted to bounties, as even
In our secular settings, such individuals are everywhere.while In some cases, it's advisable to follow such with a patient but firm approach, in some others, you act according as the situation fits.

As it's difficult to manage a person, family, friend or yourself same thing is applicable to managing strangers that work as a team to achieve a goal in a project. Management is always easier in real life compared to online. But, a ruthless manager will gain his goals whether online or offline. People tend to learn from punishment and moderation especially on the internet. However, if a manager celebrates failure with his team they're possibility that they'll win someday (applicable to offline). Always love the people you manage, family, friends, or co workers and don't treat anyone different from others. Care for everyone of them equally if you expect positive results.

We mistake control for management. Managing a person doesn't mean they will  adhere to instructions neither will it limit their spamming that is why reward systems helps put all things in check. Everyone does what pleases them the only time people try to get co-ordinated is when incentives get included then we see a certain level of co-operation. If we are to judge it from a fair point even bounty managers are only committed because of the incentive the get.
