As a software company, we have some available crypto assets we can lend. We can lend money for a business, personal funds, or another investment.

Terms:
1. Collateral is needed for each loan we lend. We are open to collateral not only in crypto.
2. We can accept or reject any loan application.
3. We can use escrow for the accepted loan, but escrow fees are yours if they are any. Another way is using a smart contract provided by us or provided by you and reviewed and verified by our team.
4. If you fail to repay on time then we can negotiate a penalty rate in the range of 3-6% depending on your delay.
5. If you don't pay on time and we haven't discussed a reprieve your collateral will be sold.
6. If the loan is requested for a business you should provide financial reports or other documentation for the income and growth.
7. Loans can be lent in  BTC/USDT/ETH/ADA/MATIC/TRX.
8. Loans can be lent from 1 month to 36 months.

It depends of the amount and collateral, we can consider micro loans

There is no minimum, the maximum we can issue is 65 BTC

Will you ever issue loans without collateral?

No. But we can consider different types of collateral. You can offer anything and if it’s relative for us, we can accept it.

Do these terms apply only to newbie or to all forum members? Most lenders give unsecured loans, but only to members with merit

This looks like nothing but an attempt to scam people out of their collateral, or obtain identifying documentation for nefarious purposes.  If you're looking for a collateralized loan, you won't have any problem getting one from the reputable and experienced lenders on this forum.  I suggest you avoid this shady offer, made by an obvious tool phishing for a scam (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5415046.msg61016965#msg61016965).

Minimum and maximum one can loan?

Minimum 0.0001 BTC or the equivalent in another crypto, maximum is 4 BTC.
