I would like to post some threads with my thread designs on them, I need 1 merit however to post my images, how do i get this?

You have only be posting 'bump' and 'online and taking new orders!', which worthy post would anyone merit? Post the link so that I can merit it. I found none to merit.

Find a way to concentrate on making posts that can engage you in this forum and you would have done something constructive. I checked too like @_act_ did for any post I can merit in your profile but none there.

You are a newbie you won't be able to post any image but only the URL of the image. The above is optional if you want to instantly be able to post image you need to pay for copper membership.

Getting merit is not easy you need to be constructive or helpful and reply some useful response to every thread/post if someone found your post helpful I'm sure you will earn not just 1 merit but more than 1 merit.

Normally I wouldn't send a merit to this type of post but today i'm in a good mood. Now you need 1 more post and you'll be jr member rank and able to post images. Good luck!!!

Actually you now need to make 21 additional Activity points to make it to Jr. Member Rank (>=30 Activity, >= 1 Merit) and post your images, but going over your posting history, you’ve seemingly got a fair share of backtracked Activity that you can recover by simply making 21 (decent enough) posts, surpassing the 14 Activity points that is normally capped per fortnight.

You have been here since 2020 and you haven't even made 10 posts yet. If you continue posting in a similar fashion, you need a few more years to become a Jr. Member. Try and get involved in some normal discussions about Bitcoin and your activity will increase and so will your merit count if other members find what you share worthy enough. Thanks to yahoo62278, at least you don't have to worry about the merit requirement anymore.   

Eh, some people are here just to do business, which appears to be the case with OP.  This wacky community we have is probably as diversified as any forum around, for better or worse.

The latest post has been made after a period of 581 days or say 19 months of period so expecting the rank to grow is like day dreaming and it would have been of little effort to push up to the junior rank within these two years.But stiil he has not made even 10 posts but if want it now then he has to make some regular posts and will gain the required 21 activity within a month and then he will be junior rank member on the forum.

Yeah that would be best in case he has got his doubts cleared and work on his posting that will make him rank up on the forum to promote his business and add images to it as somehow he got his merit criteria fulfilled and it was his lucky day also.So now thread should be locked.

Wouldn't it be easier to just buy cooper member rank and feel free to post pictures as much as you want? Then you don't need to wait for the accumulation of activity for jr.member.

It is a good idea if he can by copper membership, but I see no need for that as he got one merit already, he has 9 activities already, his last post was over a year ago, posting 21 posts should get him to 30 activities as soon as possible. But I am thinking the user is only trolling, let us wait and see.

Quite the opposite: Copper Membership is priced in dollars, and due to the fall in Bitcoin price it's more now. I've seen 0.0004xxx BTC last year.

As for the images: ask someone to quote your post, so they'll show up. If you use img tags, they'll show up in your post once you reach Jr. Member.

In addition to what other persons have contributed so far, I advice you focus on your ability to add value to community and do not spam the forum as a result of chasing activity/merit in order to post your images rather take it slightly and show full working (You need Research , Learn & add value) so when people visit your profile (including me) and see something impressive they would have no option than to leave merit with you and in the end you would realize that it's more easy to get merit than you think now.

He isn't using the img tags in his threads from what I can see. He has a services thread started in 2020 where he didn't even post the correct image url. The posted image begins with "http://https://". His other thread from 2020 is similar. Just a bunch of image urls without the correct tags. So even when he collects the required activity points, OP still needs to post the images correctly for them to show up on the forum.

I checked one of his service threads, looks like the OP has posted the url correctly but since he's a newbie and his activity isn't enough then the forum won't show it.


After all if you check the post history, then you can actually see the image is rendered correctly. But on this one (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5285308.msg55479672#msg55479672), you said something right.

I reckon you're better off sending him a PM. Chances are that he'd see the Merit, get overjoyed and overlook your request :p

Yes you are right that 1 merit is enough to reach Jr. Member Rank and enable to post an image but What DdmrDdmr said you need to have an enough activities to Rank up. To earn more merit you need to make a constructive, and helpful post to gain merit also you must remember that don't try to copy from someones good topic and post it here it's prohibited.

Like what @yahoo62278 said that he is in a good mood then he gave  1 merit to Op. And also made me thinking That, why I am not creating a topic like this so that I get 1 ;D

Yeah he has embedded the url link within the [img] tag but as he lack the activity it won't show up but only down he has been quoted for visibility and I think that's fine for him till the time being.

But seeing his no response it's unlikely that he will try to make more posts to gain the 21 activity as he has not made any Post after this thread and following his old style of huge inactivity period so we should also put full stop to any further discussion about him.

I would have said that OP itself is enough to hand out merit, it must not be a long post before it could recieve merits. The reason OP needs merit is genuine and then should be able to get one from any merit source. Yahoo62278 already did and that is cool.

OP, with 1 more post you can be able to post images but it doesn't mean that you cannot buy copper membership again. To me copper membership is more than to post image, it shows me that the account is a business account. You can still get it.

Looks like the OP got the merit and didn't know about it. Since August 16, he has not entered either topic to implement his plans.

OP, just look at the kind of society that greets you. People are more concerned about your future venture than you are. Being here with such a wonderful, friendly, good-natured community, I do not doubt that your business can grow.

I saw this and noted that the account had just 9 post and 9 activity counts on it which got me wondering how the account needed just a post to be Jr. Member. Unfortunately, the thread that brought you at OP into the spotlight and gave you 1merit, also exposed your posting style as, the moderators became aware of your posts and now, you've got over 23 deleted posts.

It's important that you know that, all that you do in the process of attaining your growth shapes you real good for the future. Ensure your making the right kind of contributions as most of what we do here is share knowledge. Being too hasty and posting random spam messages just gets deleted and you don't get merits.

Keep up the discussion that can be accepted by many people, good comments, don't get off topic. One day you will be given merit.
