A little bit about Bitcoins future. Hope this will be helpful for those who are new at crypto.

# When Satoshi Nakamoto created Bitcoin he put its supply at 21 Million. And already 19 million Bitcoin has been mined. For this limited supply the purchasing power will increase day by day. Bitcoin follows the low of supply and demand. when the demand for Bitcoin increases, the price increases. Now Bitcoin is accepted as currency in many places. From donating to a church to buying a Lamborghini, everything can now be done with Bitcoin. That means its acceptance is slowly increasing. And its good for Bitcoin.

# Bitcoin follows gold. Like Gold has limited supply on earth and its becomes harder harder to mine new gold. This is why gold has been able to retain its value for more then 6000 year's. And same as gold Bitcoin mining will be harder then before because of the halving event. And If we look at the previous chart of Bitcoin, we can see after each halving event bitcoin break its previous high. So it is expected that bitcoin will break its previous high again after the next ( May 4 , 2024 ) halving event.

# We moved from using Web 1.0 technology to Web 2.0 technology. Still using Web 2.0 technology. The biggest advantage or feature of Web 3.0 is the integration of Blockchain technology. Blockchain technology is all about cryptocurrency in the transaction process. So the future of Bitcoin is bright.

The future of Bitcoin is certainly bright as the cryptocurrency is currently preferred in almost all countries. Because most of the work can be done online and in the shortest time, it is the most economical due to which Because now people are using virtual currency more and more due to which Bitcoin is the most demand at the present time. Bitcoin is being used by people in almost all countries.

For me, the future of bitcoin seems completely unknown, although I see the advantages and possibilities of this technology. It seems that the days of the "wild west" in the field of cryptocurrencies will sooner or later come to an end. An example of this is the story with tornado cash. Therefore, it's certainly great to inspire new arrivals, but you also don't need to lose your head and be aware that any outcome is possible with bitcoin. Despite how much people would like this technology, it is not known how it will all end. It is important to consider the risks and not become a blind fanatic.

Cryptocurrency generally is absolutely bright and especially bitcoin. Because since i know Bitcoin it has being passing towards many challenges i know from the government.so from my basic knowledge and understanding the only thing that will keep the future of bitcoin paint is government, but right nowhere some of the countries has accepted it.

It's amazing to see how optimistic people can be with an online currency that is brand new.

Do we really need to talk about bitcoin future as a post, more that a ship loads of post like this has been made already. Regardless Bitcoin isn't how it was 4 years back and beyond, the topic on Bitcoin is far broad and I read that we would also be seeing more billboard showcasing more about Bitcoin.

Also I must stand to differ with your comparison on Bitcoin and Gold. Gold is a natural resource from the earth crust, and even the most experienced Gold miners can not determine the maximum supply or availability of Gold, but Bitcoin is fixed at 21 million. They also differ in their system of mining.

Wow... 21 million of a digital asset as you call it that's already suffered countless hacks, most of which people are completely unaware of. Exchanges, as well as the most experienced individuals having their digital currency stolen or seized by hackers and governments. Public ledger - I can see exactly where  vs. you not having any clue about where my precious metals are. 6000 years of a physical hard asset that you can actually hold when the lights go out that has lasted through every collapse known to the world, vs a 14 year old man made invention. And if history is any indicator of who's going to be correct, let time and experience show you yet again.

Lastly, you won't see anyone using bitcoin or any cryptocurrency for that matter unless computers, phones, mining equipment (which require those natural resources from the earth's crust) in order to work are used in that equipment, so in that aspect the precious metals are used constantly to supply you with computers, and ALL electronics equipment. Without gold & silver being used, you have no bitcoin - as simply put as I can explain. Those precious metals are what make your crypto-currencies possible. Pay attention to the bigger picture, and not just some narrow minded view because you want to see bitcoin move a certain way.

No Gold & Silver = no electronics = no bitcoin. So lets review whats more important here. Precious metals are limited, but what we do know is that they are constantly used and dumped and can never be re-mined. Which means those precious metals are gone forever. Opinion: I prefer to hold and feel something in my hand vs looking at on a computer screen, if my internet, power, or miners have problems good luck transacting.

Gold and silver are only formed when a star explodes, lets see a person try to replicate that. The universe determined that's what actual money is. The governments and banks know this, every situation in history the government always wins against their populations - so why wouldn't you do what they do? What do you see them hoarding and buying in record numbers now more than ever?

Bitcoin had survived more than 11 years.It’s not easy for the digital coin,to survive for this big years.From the beginning,when the price of bitcoin around 10$ .No one believe the bitcoin as the investment tool .Even they are not ready to accept the bitcoin as the assets to inverse their money like the stock market.

Try beating trading bots and miners, or how about those government regulations that are crippling the digital space... Bitcoin is improving it's position if we check its past history.It is now considered some how as a currency & it has an impact on economies but it is still not accepted as an official Currency in many countries except two or three countries.. In current senareio you can say its future is good. 

We've existed for more than 10 years already, also still fairly young, but it seems that the future is bright. Specially with how the world is turning, inflation and so people look for ways to hedge against it so bitcoin will be a good choice for us. Although the price  is like -70% from it's all time high, it can still bounce back in the next coming years. And then we haver government like El Salvador who put BTC as legal tender, so there is no stopping this revolution.

Bitcoin is the future and no matter bad name is published about it, it would continue to grow more, as the whole universe is revolving and technology holds the keys to it.

And the unanswered question,

Is why did Satoshi desert bitcoin?

Did he realized it contained a fatal PoW flaw and choose to leave without informing the community.  ::)

Finally someone here that's actually critically thinking without the cult mentality. You are 100% correct. The mentality here is "I'm going to ride it up, then sell to someone at a higher price than I paid"... Let's see how well crypto's age vs inflation, hacks, unknown exploits to the general public, the NSA's involvement in bitcoin - already reverse engineered, people think their online funds are safe, sad mistake that the herd will soon realize - if you don't hold it, you don't own it!... :D Some people are about to learn a hard lesson in economics. If bitcoin is worth $1 trillion each, lets see the look on peoples' faces when a loaf of bread is $20 trillion...

Actually, whether it's bright or not, we still can't know for sure something like that, but when you look at their movement from the start until now, it's clear that there is a big chance for bright to happen, especially with the longer the fans are getting more and more then this clearly adds to their strength. be brighter in the future.

Certainly the future of Bitcoin is bright. We can see the future of Bitcoin by looking at its past.But it doesn't take much time for Bitcoin to get into a good position as Bitcoin will set a new all-time high within a very short period of time.Many believe that Bitcoin will be in the $100k range between 2023 and 24.But that day is not too late and I look forward to seeing these days very soon.But those who are ready to invest in Bitcoin can do so soon.Because surely Bitcoin will set new records very soon.

Bitcoin have been doing well and will continue to suprise lot's of people, Bitcoin future is bright we all know that, the current bear market is giving lots of people opportunity to accumulate more bitcoin before the bull run start. Bitcoin adoption is spreading rapidly and lot's of people are beginning to know about bitcoin, some countries have already adopted bitcoin, some companies or stores accept bitcoin as payment method which is very good. Some people talking bad about bitcoin are having bitcoin in their wallet address, some of them do talk about bitcoin just to dump it so that they can have opportunity to buy it at a cheaper price, nobody should panic about the bear market and bitcon will be great in the future.

We have once thought that Bitcoin is proven to have a fortune despite the negative talks and volatility. In fact, as we can see that there is a growing number of adopters and investors making Bitcoin more known to the community. That is why I don't make myself confused and I keep my trust in this technology believing that this will gives benefits and a new lifestyle.

Though we are not sure how long this still exist due to possible new discovery and market development but as long as it was still circulated in the market, I could assume that people are grateful for this.

Of course, Bitcoin's future is bright. And the darker fiat's future grows, the brighter Bitcoin's future is. One of the most compelling arguments for Bitcoin is fiat. The more one understands money, the more he/she will probably embrace Bitcoin the moment he/she knows about it.

Bitcoin is somehow likened to gold, yes, but the big difference is that gold's new supply is directly correlated with its mining efforts. So while difficulty may increase, the more miners mine, the more gold there will be. This isn't the case with Bitcoin. The rising number of miners as well as the fast development of mining gears do not in any way affect the amount of new Bitcoin added to the circulating supply.

Not completely different but its main difference is that like you said it's only virtual but the rest of the currencies (fiat) has their own physical appearances. Many countries now legalize the use of bitcoin but there are some who are still foreign to it so they don't join the bandwagon for a while but others have banned it for some reasons (can be personal).

I think those countries can change later on or when the time that bitcoin have became really stronger and are now being preferred by many countries to use on daily transactions aside from fiat currencies. The world won't be completely modernized if they will ignore bitcoin/crypto and the blockchain tech.

we also need time to digest what surprises bitcoin will give us in the future. there is nothing to regret because time will also go on. Obsoletely bitcoin will be more successful in future because there are large number of individuals who select bitcoin for investment. However the precursor history of bitcoin stipulate that it always gave its user very good outcomes and has proved that bitcoin can never make the people sad but the way is that he never sell it when the rate is down than that of buying rate.

I have not heard nor read about these companies holding that large amount of Bitcoins, not gonna lie. I thought that these companies especially Coinbase would hold various amounts of large cryptocurrency. I am also curious to some popular companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and Apple on how much crypto are they holding right now considering that Microsoft even allowed Bitcoin payments back in the day (though I am not sure if they are still allowing it to this day). I would not be surprised if there are unreported popular companies that are obviously a "whale".

Nice try, but OP needs to research more about Bitcoin before writing more details. I am not getting how Bitcoin follows the gold anyway. Both are different, not following each other. Gold is a physical asset and Bitcoin is a Digital cryptocurrency. This Means Bitcoin is a currency for us who believe in Bitcoin. Yea, some organizations treat Bitcoin as a digital asset, but still, both are different and the path is different as well.

There is a paradox in a certain way with the topic of bitcoin in that it has a "bright future," because bitcoin will continue for many years and has an extended use every year and the price will rise, blah, blah, blah, but its basic and simple premises , they will continue(?), we will have control, we will be free to decide what to do in the administration of the funds, etc.

It seems that these premises are increasingly lost or put aside, to advance in the line of success, I feel that there is a different journey in time in qualitative and quantitative terms.

Don't think too negatively when the market is experiencing Bearish or bear market, don't just be caused by conditions like this you are fooled by the future of Bitcoin. I am very sure that Bitcoin will be bright in the future, now it is true that the market conditions are not good ( Bearish ), many people are selling their Crypto Assets either because they panic or because of other things.

Nope. Bitcoin doesn't follow gold and it is better this way. We shouldn't compare bitcoin with gold. These are two different things. The only similarity is that we all accept that gold and bitcoin has a value and will have a value in the future.

I don't see many other investments which has gained so much value after its inception.  Bitcoin has not only achieved great returns, but had shown remarkable resilience in adverse market conditions, and that even against so much of skeptical publicity. I see there will be mass adoption of Bitcoin in near future, and Bitcoin is going to show another big bull run.. so it seems to be ideal time to invest in bitcoin

What about the pump and dump coins? You know, the meme coins and the shitcoins. There are lots of them actually. They can start with a very tiny amount and then pump later on but as their name says, they can also dump and never recover again. Bitcoin on the other hand can also pump and dump but it won't dump in a greater extent and when it dumps it is still possible for it to recover.

The mass adoption that you are talking about is I think will occur once all of the countries made btc a legal tender but before that happens it will be better if we can stock more bitcoins now in our bags to be able to experience that massive bull run.

Yes, its future is on fire and during this dim time, it will even shine higher when new ATH is reached when comparing to current time now.  This is a good time to build wealth.

Trust and Faith are what we have towards Bitcoin and despite the dim situation, the downs, and market attacks, Bitcoin is still able to rise and that was also possible because of our continuous support.

I don't know what the future of Bitcoin will be, because the cryptocurrency world still has a mystery for its future, but I think it all depends on the community that actually holds Bitcoin and how it will depend on everyone's demand. Marih thinks positively that Bitcoin is still needed worldwide and there will be a lot of market demand to buy and hold Bitcoin so the future of Bitcoin will look bright.

What is needed now is patience and a strong hand because indeed for now we still have to wait and wait.
Bitcoin is going to shine again and this is something I really think will happen. We know some of their gains in the past few years and obviously now it's also likely to be like that but it will take some time to get there.

Bitcoin as at now has broken the barrier of many boundaries. What I mean is that more countries whether legal or illegal have adopted its use. More businesses use it. The creators whose talents were concealed for reasons of country limitations now use it as well, see NFTs...  So I can understand that it not be restricted to a certain country, as if it was founded by them, makes it unbiased. We have seen other coins come into play, but somehow, they struggle after some time to gain composure and that is if the coin isn't a scam or it collapsed somehow. Bitcoin has been able to lead the unemployed with its insight and opportunities into wealth, thus making poverty as useless as those who are ignorant of its vast applications. More persons who have its knowledge know that it has a proven track record and have seen how the governing theorem of its investment is assured. It is the future. It only pains me I didn't learn this at an earlier age, but with my kids, this mistake won't happen. Bitcoin is the future of currency, trade, and investments.

Hopefully, those people can have patience and a strong hand because I see many who can't do it. After all, they panic when they see the price rise and vice versa. I don't know if they bought late or sold late and made a loss so they decided to sell quickly. If they know that bitcoin's future is good, they won't sell their bitcoins too quickly but instead, hold on to them until the price reaches a new ATH later.

The future of Bitcoin is really bright. But for those trying to hold bitcoin long term I would say hold their bitcoin long term.And new ATH will be created very soon and then they can sell their bitcoins.But I think the day is coming soon when Bitcoin will break all time records and set new records.But hold on to your Bitcoins and wish Bitcoin a bright new future. In this year not much good news has come to Bitcoin so the price increase in Bitcoin still hasn't happened significantly although I also believe that the price increase in Bitcoin will obviously happen again to form a new ATH again. I agree, mine has been 3 and I can tell you that there is always a crash after a big increase, but there is always a great increase in price after every halving as well, takes a while but it gets there.
