Its not verified yet that OP is part of mbit team and newbies or the past scam victims of this casino should be more careful because OP might exploiting the incident and try to catch the attention of the victims then act to help them up then ask some amount from them to recover their funds or even work with it. That's a good observation we have seen that happen a lot in the telegram channel, you know random people messaging you and asking you about the issue your issue then go on scamming you by pretending they are one of the team, there is a similarity on this, he must first prove that he is part of the team and if he is not he has no right to create a new announcement thread as there is already one existing.

He is from the marketing team which I don’t know if he has the authority to answer complaints but he can forward the issue to the team so that they can send representatives to deal with the problem. AFAIK they already inactive in the forum since there’s a lot of complaints posted here. I’m rarely seeing there old thread bump or have an activity which is the reason of creating this thread.

Creating a new thread while there is an existing fresh accusation is bad timing, he should see to it that the management will address that issue properly or you will get tagged and this new thread will have a flag including the old one, what are your plans on creating a new thread if you are part of the marketing team are you planning to be active here or create a marketing campaign like signature campaign, but you cannot do that if you have an unresolved issue.

Having their issues unfixed could ruin their reputation which has a huge impact on their trust rate. It could make other gamblers think of their site as a scam if they will just ignore their user's complaints. Its rampant there but this incident not only happen on telegram channel since this kind of attempts usually happens when there's a scam platform came out and this scammers use the same platform then pretend to be their representative so that they can convince those unfortunate victims that they can help them towards on their issues, but turns out they get scam again for another times so those victims should be aware on this since for sure this kind of scenario will surely exist everywhere.

You already have a red tag on your account you're not using a referral or tracking link on your link so there's a possibility that you are part of the marketing team but a promoter doesn't look good here if they are tagged because of the scam accusation, it's better to let the management know of the issue, the answer that we've seen on how they addressed the issue is not satisfactory to many of us here.

There are complaints that you have to answer guys. I hope that you'll help those players that have shared their situation with you. If they really are eligible for their withdrawals, just let them do. It is their money and they're even willing to cooperate with you for providing kyc if you're asking them to do so. This is more than the marketing that you're part of and many are hoping that you'll escalate this to the tech and finance department or any department that you're working with.

I suggest the moderator to locked this thread to avoid being spammed. There will be lot of reply with same answered post which is not advisable or probable this thread should be deleted to avoid further damages since the fake website is already associate over here anyone might get connected with the site unknowingly.

Thay already got red trust on there bitcointalk account . Even though this account is a newbie, Red Trust will indicate that the site is a scam . They have not posted any kind of protest till now.  So I think this is completely scam site

That is what will happen, there's the report to moderator button to report this to them and have them decide to lock it. But the staff is active and has replied to the thread so, I don't think that they'll lock it.

IMO, it's better remain to have it seen by everyone that has accusations against them and it compared about the legitimate and fake one. But needless to say, there are scam accusations about the said casino.

You have the point, it could be just someone riding the problem and wanting to deal more damage to the said casino. But if he's a legimate part of the team, then they have a lot of work to do.

He already gained Red Tag according to what Mbit team is facing from the accusation and there is a recent one that seems to be a claim of legit funds inside their site.
I'm not sure that this will be locked since the spamming is what will help people here in forum to be more aware about this site, this will help players to prevent from playing and possible victim of scamming .

We can hardly call mBit Casino a "newly casino site". Their first forum thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=500697.0) dates back to 2014, and the domain "MbitCasino.com" was registered at the end of 2013, making them probably one of the oldest casino sites here.


Of course, that doesn't mean this thread is legit or that the OP is actually an official representative of the casino, as he claims.

He just pop up out of nowhere and didn't give any clear identification if he really part of that shady casino and his intention is quit suspicious so most provably what people commented about his intention might true. And he didn't cleared out the doubts so provably he's not really part of mbit and just want to attempt another shady activities by using that casino here.

Yes A scam complaint was received against them and in that context they were given Red Trust, the complaint was that they scammed 63.9 BTC. The Report (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5046526.msg46669430#msg46669430). And still this problem is solved yet . In my opinion I also think that it's better to avoid playing in this casino.

I also wouldn't want to recommend this to people who want to gamble in an online casino and I also don't want to play with a casino that has a scam accusation that is not solved yet but if it's solved then it's fine for me but we can't forget that solving a scam accusation is slow or bad but at least they tried their best to solved if ever that's what happen which is not. This is bad as the complaints are adding up. Now many are going to be convinced that this casino is not be trusted with our hard earned money. This casino reminds me of another scam gambling site called 1xbit that despite of the complaints that they are getting they will just ignore it and continue doing their business.

Getting red trust doesn't mean they are guilty. If they don't want to resolve th accusation then that means they deserve to get red trust from DT members as it is considered as a scam. It is bad for them but it is good for those who aren't getting paid that they will now have a bad reputation which is not paying their gamblers when they requested a withdrawal especially those who won huge amount. A legit casino would resolve this as fast they could if they feel guilty.

Yes , even prominent account here in Forum sometimes received Red Tags but that does not mean they are deserving , sometimes DT put a tag on them so they will act accordingly to what is called upon them.
there are several cases that red tags turns out to be a victim in the end but I don't wanna conclude here , what i see is that the site is not willing to clear their name and besides they are hiding from forum members for long now
if they will continue with those act then they will certainly proven to be guilty of scamming .
