I am running macOS version of it, and it shows zero active connections and states that my wallet is 17 week behind. I was advised to turn upnp in wallet settings, but that does not have any effect. I have decided to set wallet on a different OS, but did not find any option to get seed, private key or something of that kind to migrate current wallet address to a new wallet. Looking for help.
