I want to file a complaint against MBit scammers who do not withdraw my money. I won 11,195 LTC and applied for withdrawal on August 9th. On August 10, I have already sent all the necessary documents for verification. Guess what? From the moment of sending the documents to the present day, no one answers me. I have repeatedly written to the chatbot, but they answer me the same thing: Wait for the support response to your email. They haven't answered me for more than a month! I really hope that you SCAMMERS will pay me my money. Otherwise, there will be consequences.

strange that it took a month for you to create a scam thread in bitcointalk because if it was me, a day of waiting is long enough. i will already be posting images of evidences. which is by the way what people here would need to see. that will help you get support. maybe even tag the casino as scam.

Before using a casino or other gambling sites, better to research on the gambling site. If you have resersched well, you will notice that MBit is no longer a reputable gambling site on this forum and it is advisable for everyone to stay away from the gambling site if they do not want to be scammed. There are many active gambling sites on this forum, go to gambling board (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=56.0) to check that. Use only the active ones with active official thread and account on this forum.

Mbit is already a scam casino there are already a lot of complaints and they are verified and legit complaints and accusations, but like all the others you need to provide screenshots and pieces of evidence, that's a huge amount of money don't make it hearsay follow this format, it's very unlikely that you can get your money back but your complaint can help their players to leave the casino and prevent others from playing here.

The situation is really alarming against mBit Casino. We have seen few many accusations against them since last two months, and there were more accusations in the past. However, the withdrawal issue of "ambilianburnet (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5409234.0)" has been resolved with the help of the forum members. Probably it was '@efialtis (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5409234.msg60720803#msg60720803)' who has helped to resolve it. He is the owner of a crypto gambling review site (btcgosu). Try to contact him with more details. He may help you to get your withdrawal by contacting with the casino team.

would you mind sharing evidence(screenshots of emails sent, conversations with their support, etc...) supporting your claim? the fact they haven't contacted you for more than a month regarding your case is very concerning. 11k LTC is a lot of money, if I were you I would try contacting their license provider regarding your case.

Always pay keen attention to a service you are going to use to avoid such disappointments. The suspected fraudulent casino has scam accusations stretching all the way from 2018. Had you looked up a few scam accusations, I don't think you would have deposited any money to them.
The fact that support has not responded to you for that long only means one thing, you have been scammed.

hi, thank you all so much for the answers. why didn't I immediately post a complaint here? Well, I was waiting for the casino's response, I placed complaints on various sites, I already went here out of desperation. now all my efforts are aimed at contacting casino representatives and withdrawing my winnings. It's a lot of money for me, too, and I was damn glad when I won it. unfortunately, I saw only good reviews on MBit and did not immediately realize that it was just fake.

Been a long time for them doing some activities here and unfortunately it seems that they don't have plans to pay their past users who encounter problem on their casino since its like they have plan to scam you guys. Just be careful trusting anyone claiming that they are mbit casino representative since some scammers use this incident to scam the investors again. I guess for this issue if you have time you can seek help for legal authorities who's expert to handle crypto scamming cases in your country.

If you have nothing to lose, I would suggest contacting SoftSwiss as well. They provide the software that mBit is using. mBit owns a Curacao gaming license. I doubt the Curacao regulators care, but you could try and get in contact with the companies mentioned here (https://www.mbitcasino.io/about/gaming-license). Have you posted about this case on CasinoGuru?

The time has come for you to post proof that what you are saying is true. Do it in the OP please.

You cannot expect that from a newbie, who doesn't even know bitcointalk exist because if he is, he shouldn't got there knowing that mbit is know scam here. Probably just got here after searching reviews online about the casino which is unfortunately won't do something to fix about his case.

Also, to OP, please provide enough information even just screenshots of all necessary things you have mentioned, just blurred those confidentials.

Firstly, how strange is it that you think that scammers will pay you the money back? They won't. If they had to pay back, they would not scam in the first place.
Secondly, what will you do if they don't reply and return your money? You can't do anything when it comes to online casinos as you will never be able to reach them or lodge any legal complaint against them ???

Can you tell us which other sites you placed the complaints about them? I am interested to know which other platform exists for gambling discussions other than bitointalk.
Also, we are waiting for you to show the screenshot of 11,195 LTC that you won. How much LTC did you deposit by the way?

Would you mind sharing with us the site where you read the good reviews from/ Was it Trustpilot or one of those sites that posts casino reviews?

Pro-tip; When carrying out due diligence, do not relied only on reviews from random sites, some of them make good reviews for even scam sites because they are under affiliate program. They want you to sign up so that they get rewarded.

If in doubt, you can always try to ask in gambling forums like on reddit or here on bitcointalk about the legitimacy of a site. People will be willing to help you out.

Alas, I have not been able to achieve great results so far, but I do not lose hope. I noticed that there have recently been many complaints on MBit about the refusal to withdraw money for various reasons. I think this is a great reason to conclude not to gamble there.

Since you have already provided them with your identity documents and they can see who you are, there is no reason to not want to do a video verification over Skype. They will unfortunately keep referring to their TOS that says they have the right to request this from you. Don't give them a reason to say we didn't pay the player because he refused to follow our verification instructions.

Forum users already know the reputation of this casino since for the series of accusations posted against them for sure it gives weight to the people to decide not to gamble their anymore. We have lots of choices to choose from and to avoid mbit is totally not a problem anymore.

Better you should move on in this issue since getting stressed for things which have slight chance to resolve is not worth it anymore.

You are right, there's really no difference and OP will just strengthen his case that he wants his case to resolve, if they still don't allow you to withdraw we can establish again that MBIT is not paying really paying their players even if they follow the verification procedure and this will be a big warning for players not to play here, there are a lot of complaints on MBIT now they will soon equal 1XBIT on the number of complaints.

And till this one month interval there is no respond from the customer care service then then have scammed you.
OP,  You have to provide some information about the accusation. And also if the casino has an account (ANN) and a signature campaign here, you can pm them and lay the complain

if you are going to advertise a casino, you better do it properly and not just post it on some random scam accusation thread. we have a gambling board where you can properly advertise the Casino and get proper exposure from members of the forum and gamblers visiting that board.
