Title: 5770 overheating Post by: El Cabron on December 10, 2011, 06:01:23 AM Hi, I have a 5770 that is running really really hot, gets over 105 unless I under-clock it a lot and this is with a house fan blowing directly on it. Anything else I can do? Thanks.
Title: Re: 5770 overheating Post by: likuidxd on December 10, 2011, 06:48:04 AM New thermal paste, and if it's used give it a good cleaning with alcohol and a spray bottle. If it's new check to make sure there is good contact between the core and the heat sink of the vrm and the thermal pads.
