Title: Decoin SCAM
Post by: Mikadodu13 on September 28, 2022, 05:54:41 AM
hello, I create this topic concerning the decoin scam project
I would like to know if anyone else has lost money on decoin?
the platform has been inactive for 15 days, it is impossible to reach them by email, 100 emails in 15 days, I guess the project is dead..

by the way there is the same decoin team working on this project "https://www.muskotiers.com/" I went to their telegram to ask for explanations... the answer was clear "ban"..
here I am creating this topic in prevention..
good day to all ..

Is there something they owe you you want to get back?
You should try asking the msko team member/members about it privately. So far I notice one member who is/was part of the decoin team.

I'd advise you to move this thread to Scam Accusations section here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 ,  will follow the case there

If decoin scammed, you create a proper scam accusation in the board suggested to you by one of the members.

If you have strong proof linking Decoin to MSKO you can also create a free scam accusation about them with all the evidence so that members can stay away from both projects. It's the best thing you can do right now.

I have proof, it's not a problem.. linking mr shay perry, decoin to msko is not very difficult.. he doesn't even hide.. linking members of their teams who are also in the 'team' decoin, it's not difficult too.. .. i even have a telegram message with an msko admin who offers me to try to solve the problem with decoin, then who is not even in the team decoin.. I will wait a little longer to see where this discussion will with this person before making a complete summary of the situation..

Again if you have proof that the project or the people behind it is a scam then post it on the Scam Accusation board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0.

And maybe we will see someone from their group to answer your queries. But in any case, I would advise that you should treat your money as gone already.

But giving the community a warning about this project could prevent others to fall for their trick.

yes I consider this money already lost .. even if this scam remains incomprehensible in view of what I got from this platform compared to what I lost .. (20k in 2 years, for 2k lost ..)
but it's not the lost money that bothers me, it's especially that I don't see any people complaining about this scam..
a platform which crashes in the middle of the day is which then becomes inactive, which cuts all dialogue at once, nobody worries about it .. in short, I will wait for the weekend to see how the discussion with the msko administrator is going , dst following what will tell me, I will make a complete summary with more direct accusations..

Part of my role is to help you recover what they owe you, but if you already considered it gone then there is little I can do to help except advising others to beware of scams.
If it's a genuinely scam company/organization I believe there will be punishment unless they give people back their funds/assets. Apology maybe accepted if the victims forgive them.

You should conclude your conversation with the Msko administrator, let's see what he has to say or whether he can be of any help.

Hello, I think the money is lost.
It's now been 3 weeks since the platform has given any sign of life..
I am trying to chat with a msko admin who is trying to contact the founders of the decoin project, because it is the same CEO as on decoin, there are also 2 other decoin people in the msko project..
I give them until Sunday to find a solution, if no agreement is found, I will make a more complete summary of the situation on Monday..

What solution are you trying to find exactly? If it's about the lost money then don't give up so easily. Your desire to recover it will also determine how fast or how possibly it's recovered

hello, having contacted an msko admin, he told me that he was trying to reach the members of the decoin team to find out more because I explained that I would not let go the case is that I will continue to put messages on all the projects where a member of the decoin team is in it is that it could harm the project on which my message will be deposited, it would be a shame for them if I continued to bombard their twitter / telegram / Facebook message asking for a explanation on the decoin scam, especially if on their side they have nothing to reproach themselves with (the msko administrator with whom I am discussing seems to be quite well known from my research and he looks legitimate, I hope that a solution will be found with him..) I will be more tomorrow, he is aware that a post on bitcointalk has been opened and depending on the turn of events, I will go to the direct accusations and this will also harm msko projects too. .

hello, I create this topic concerning the decoin scam project is "surely msko the next one"
I would like to know if anyone else has lost money on decoin?
I can't confirm if it's a scam or not, but when I tried to open a Decoin exchange, I didn't receive a confirmation email to login, so I couldn't enter the exchange. I'm sure this exchange is in trouble, at least they have an error in setting the confirmation email.

I am waiting to see the discussion with the msko admin today is further to what will tell me, I will open a more complete scam report on decoin..
ps/ it's not that I refuse to report a scam, it's that it takes time to translate the report into English to try to be understood as best as possible..

I think that you will not be able to get your money back. Nevertheless, I am interested in the question, for what reason did you choose this exchange? That they offered you that you entrusted them with your money, while there are many centralized and decentralized exchanges with a good reputation.

I never heard of this exchange, and others might also barely know it. Contrary to the FTX which has a lot of popularity and shill way before its insolvency, surely the public are concerned so does the media. FTX was also one of the exchanges that has a big trading volume. That explains the example of why its fall down is a contagion to the cryptocurrency ecosystem.

Back to the Decoin, I don't know how popular this exchange was, and how many users are affected. There is a reason why the media does not bring up this news. If you are affected and think the general cryptocurrency user should consider this theft or scam allegation, you should be the one who informed the communities in regard to it, after then it is up to the community whether they will resonate with the news or not.

This platform was one of the ICO projects that succeeded in collecting significant funds from investors to establish the platform. The platform has an official announcement here on the forum, and it has also launched a Bounty campaign to introduce the ICO program. What is interesting is that the platform has been operating since 2018, and it seems that it has real problems that were addressed in one of the discussions on Reddit, but there are no other discussions or many reviews about it.

If we are talking about this Decoin (https://coinmarketcap.com/ru/currencies/decoin/), reports of the scam began a month ago, in November. Then users reported problems with withdrawal of funds and complete ignoring of emails. I tried to go to the project site itself, there hangs an error 503. It is possible that the team made a trivial exit scam.

As for me, I did not lose my money because I did not trust this exchange before or its currency, after looking at the feedback of DECOIN customers, I see that there are many who lost thousands of dollars because this exchange blocked their accounts and did not even answer their emails to this day, and also the DTEP currency of this exchange when investors bought it, they were unable to sell it. The currency team is the one that manipulates its price and its source code. We have to know that scammers are everywhere around us, so these exchange platforms are less reliable, so staying away from them will be the solution, so why risk our funds in unknown exchange platforms and currencies like this?

It's caused by most of people in here were not using decoin. That's why people rarely talked about that. The site gone offline and nothing can be expected to be returned by scammer. The only possible thing to track the identity from the owner and then take legal action against them but the problem since those scammers might be on abroad and then you will be so difficult to catch them all. The scammer has been erasing everything now.

It's become even harder to track where the money was going on. I didn't know why stupid people keep used this garbage exchange site when it was still alive.

What do you expect from shitcoins and shit platforms like this? their sole aim is to make quick bucks from naive investors and from the look of things, they have achieved their goal. You shouldn't be surprised the platform is inactive, their target has been achieved, and now they are denying users access.
They are long gone so don't waste your energy sending emails, they are probably already putting up a new project to scam a new set of investors, why do you think most of them prefer to be anonymous always?  :-\

Decoin exchange is an unpopular one, tbh i haven't heard about it before this thread, i guess it is one of the smaller and riskier cryptocurrency exchanges out there, thus i wonder why people even use them and worse why they keep their money in there with the exchange, there are bigger exchanges out there with better liquidity and volume, what exactly is the advantage of using Decoin exchange, for those who had used it before their collapse?

Having said that, this is definitely the end of them, they must have closed up when they were able to amass as much funds as they wanted. Using centralized exchanges is bad enough, but it's worse when you use small and untrusted ones and leave your funds in their platform.

The risk of investors in cryptocurrencies such as being exposed to scams is common, there is nothing we can do unless we can only think positively again, of course this is an important lesson for us that we must be aware of any coins, what happens to luna is of course a surprise bigger because Luna entered the top 10 ranking.
