What was the problem? Network anomaly?

You can continue as a visitor: https://www.binance.com/en/support

Or use their social media for it. Like Twitter: https://twitter.com/binance/status/1575515747245182982?s=09

You can also try their telegram. If that's not your thing, I suggest waiting a bit or using a VPN to check whether the site is down or not. I have no trouble accessing them btw.

From my understanding, OP isn't able to access binance website at all. If that's the case, the support page is also inaccessible. That's under the same domain.

To OP:
Have you tried accessing the website using a VPN?
Maybe, binance has been blocked in your country.

I have checked Kongxx posting history, he is from Malaysia. The government of Malaysia banned Binance. I will also advice him to use VPN.

But the VPN location should not be set to US or other restricted countries.

Binance doesn't provide email or telephone support for customer service. You can either submit a request (https://www.binance.com/en/chat) or contact Binance Support via Twitter @BinanceHelpDesk (https://twitter.com/BinanceHelpDesk).

I have difficulty accessing the site at this moment.

Have you tried using a VPN? If you are still unable to access their site, I suggest you contact them via Twitter.

I suggest giving an update in your original thread so people have a better gist of the current situation and can provide better suggestions. If you don't know where to look for VPNs, see: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5372131.0

I wonder if OP can also access binance's social media channels. I just saw a tweet saying their instagram profile is also blocked in malaysia...

If ever @OP managed to access through VPN and don't want to login, it's okay. The chat on the right side will pop and he can continue as a visitor and only has to tell his concern.

But before you continue to chat on that popup window, you have to enter your email and most likely, the email that's registered you use in Binance.

You can also try their telegram.
Even though Binance has Telegram group, they do not provide account related issue assistance there and if anyone contacts you telling that he can help, it is a scam.

@Kongxx it is much better if you ask all of your question in the original thread where you mentioned your issues, instead creating separate one for each question.

I don't know if it's too late, but I'll leave it here anyway for some future searches.

I communicated with their support through this email address support @ binance.zendesk.com. Besides robot messages, I got the answers I was looking for, I believe from a human being. the entire communication was within three days.

I don't know what the TOS of that company is when it comes to VPN, but if Malaysia is on the list of banned countries, the OP could have problems in continuing to use their services, especially if he is a verified user. By that, I mean primarily if his account is connected to the account of a bank in a banned country.

Maybe someone who is in a similar situation can say something more about it, but I personally would be careful in such a situation because it doesn't take much for them to freeze anyone's account.

This is what I see about the countries that banned VPN usage:

Our Verdict. Using a VPN is completely legal in the USA, Canada, UK, and the majority of the World. VPNs are only illegal if you live in Belarus, Iraq, North Korea or Turkmenistan. However, countries like China and Russia have laws that restrict VPN use in certain ways.

There are some countries that banned VPN usage but Malaysia do not ban nor restrict the use of VPN.

Is a VPN illegal in Malaysia? There are no specific regulations that prohibit the use of a VPN in Malaysia. This means that you don't have to worry about breaking the law for wanting to bypass content restrictions or secure your internet connection.

I think contacting Binance customer care on Twitter would be better. But if I would do that, I may try use VPN first, but if it does not work, I can go further and contact Binance customer support. My decision is because as my account is not freezed, I am still unable to withdraw my money.

But if the service is banned in your country, then why do you insist on using it?
There are so many other alternatives

One can still access their accounts and even be able to make a withdrawal even if their country is restricted. What is not possible is making a deposit, trading, among other things. Just set up a VPN to any location in the US and try accessing your account

It is Binance.com not Binance.us. setting the VPN to US location may create more problem. He can set it up to a country that Binance is not banned or restricted. Binance.com is restricted from US users.

He failed to mention it in this topic (he did mention it in another one), but he has some coins stuck there and now can't access it.

Problem is that ban happened more than a year ago and OP just realized it now so I am not so sure that procedure is so easy. And yeah, he should definitely try accessing it using VPN, but not with US server of course.
