Secondly you should have mentioned more details in the OP, like what major games are available, which major currency you can accept etc.
Also is there any restrictions regarding player’s country? Please mention that also.
What’s the max bet limit? Or in short what’s the bankroll of the site.

I like the site's design, and the background color, white and blue, gives a new experience seeing the new casino have that color. I see that you plan to add software for iPhone and Android, while I also see an app installation to integrate with the browser. Perhaps, by giving an app to the gamblers, it will ease playing gambling on your site without visiting the site and accessing their dashboard.

Your casino domain already exists for 6 months I would like to know if are you going to get a license for your casino since you are asking for KYC and you claimed to be compliant what kind of license are you going to get, so far you've done the right thing of getting a copper account but the design still needs a lot of improvement, I'm sure you are aware of signature campaign, I don't recommend it this early if you don't have the budget for this, but getting more active and addressing issues will gain the trust of the community.

I checked your terms and conditions, I find you have a rule about mandatory KYC. What's the reason you have such rule when your casino didn't even have gambling license? The reason why casinos have mandatory KYC rule is due to license, while casinos without license are have option to not have mandatory KYC rule.

However I see you have a lot providers and games that I've not played before, I might interested to create a new account on your casino if there's a good promotion.

Asking KYC without a license means they are not registered to conduct such thing. I will definitely hesitate to provide KYC if there’s no legal proof that they are eligible for conducting that part. I believe there ToS is prepared for there upcoming license but definitely not on this current state.

I like that you have support for Bitcoin Lightning Network with instant deposits and lower fees, but I would like to play games without passing any kyc verification if possible.

I don't see information about this supported coins anywhere on main page, only for Lightning Network.
Maybe you should add more info about that in page bottom.

I think its a way for him to check the sign-ups and the clicks but if he is the developer of the project and he has access to the dashboard he can check traffic stats where it's coming and dates per visit, no need to post referral link it also made us think that he is not an official representative but an affiliate, you don't do that if you are the webmaster of your own site.

Why, there is a winning limit for players for 24 hours?

There's no mention of upcoming license they should say so if they are planning to get one, the terms I noticed is written in a way like all the other casinos but those casinos in which they patterned their terms are with license since they are asking for KYC and compliancy from their users, I agree that they also show compliance to authorities that governed gambling, you don't show up your casino then ask your players and would-be players to be compliant to their terms when you can't show one that you are also compliant.

It is a bit strange term obviously, perhaps it is the first time I hear a casino has a winning limit for players based on a time frame. Most other casinos may have a limit on how much to withdraw in daily basis or per 24 hours, but max winning is just non senses for me. The terms can be reasonable if players win the amount in an in-house game but it is not reasonable if the players win it in 3rd party games. I wonder how if someone win lets say €50,000 on 3rd party game? Where the other €25,000 go while basically it should be for player, will the casino take the other €25,000 and give the €25,000 for players or players will get the other €25,000 in the next day?

Coinzino does not request KYC documents from players who use crypto only. Players who use card deposits may be required to provide KYC documents to the card processor.

Hello and welcome , is there any chance to answer the concern above? about that limit in winning? I do believe that there are some cases that Sportsbook limit the bets of those players that constantly wins meaning they prevent that luck from the said players but limiting the winning?

Not really, there's few casinos can built their reputation without any license. Can you give me a reason why casinos need a license except to make the casino is willing to spend more money and the gamblers are more comfortable. Let's say the casino turn become scam, can you make a report to the license and ask them to investigate the casino to return your money? nope. Gambling license is pointless since it doesn't have any advantage or benefit for the gamblers.

It's better to include these as part of your announcement thread, these are important parts that gamblers will ask you over and over again, but if they see these two then things will be clear about the KYC and about your gambling license, I recommend but its excusable if you can create a well designed and professionally looking announcement thread this is if you want to be competitive in an industry where the competition is very tight.

The OP here needs some pictures to show that the features in the main site is okay. And also the background color of the main site is not bright. You would have using some simple brighter colors. I don't know if that is your company color. Then I am also using mobile phone and I don't know if the features in the site would not displaying the same pattern on PC . On the mobile phone the gallery displayed horizontal not in  vertical.  

The site delays in loading. The site logo is just blinking for almost 30 seconds before it opened.

Why did you ignore what I asked you? I asked you why are you running to operate this casino while you still don't have a license? what is your hurry? How do you expect your customers to respect your casino's TOS when you don't have a license to operate? Do you know that the fact that you don't have a license makes a casino illegal? so an illegal casino will ask for KYC with what right? I don't see how it's possible that you're asking for KYC and even want people to respect your TOS when you're not cool either. another question that you didn't answer me was why would you ask for proof of funding? knowing that credit cards that people use to buy cryptos are issued by banks and we all know that banks are strict to have a bank account, so I see no reason to ask for proof of funding

Have you thought about doing good marketing? maybe on social networks and why not, a good signature campaign? so that they are better known here in the forum? of course and I would also like to know if you can make contests that make the casino with the most demand move much more, what keeps a casino alive the most is its customers, its players, having them active, and they can start with a good contest for Halloween , which is very close, it would be excellent if they could prepare themselves in that sense.

I doubt you'll get any response from the team because they haven't even logged into their account since this year.

It might be better for the OP to submit a complaint at Askgamblers.com and if possible send a message to their email directly if he can get response from them. He should try different methods and not just rely on bitcointalk alone if he wants to improe the possibility of them (coinZino team) to respond to him.

I do not think reaching out to the coinzino team would be a problem if they not here.  Although their presence here matters too because it would be very easier for a faster and more amicable resolution to the both parties involved in this case or complaints but I am still curious as to why their representative here has not been active for quite a long time and the casino does not even bother to do something about it so as I make their presence here noted.

It is possible for them to be mailed attached with a link to their profile and the complaints so they can act on it either by calling their representative to attend to it or they do that themselves. This will help further the resolution of this complaints at hand.

I think you should never have bumped it, the thread is dead, and the representative is inactive, I doubt you'll get a response from him. it would have been better to recommend the complainant to other platforms(like casino.guru or AskGamblers) that actively contact the casino to resolve the issue if someone posted a complaint against a casino.
