As the crypto currency market gets dipper, there would be lots of wallet hackings in the nearest Future, your BANK wallet is your guarantee not to be a Victim, start moving your valuable tokens to your bank wallet now please.

If you don't have a bank wallet yet, hurry up and create one as soon as possible.

A bank wallet is still your crypto currency wallet, like wallets from trust, metamask, trezor or ledger etc. I call it a BANK WALLET to illustrate its importance. The bank wallet will be a special wallet you will never use to connect dapp browsers. All you have to do is just send your funds there and keep.

Bank wallet? The term sounds weird and you're probably the first one to use that one. I thought it's some custodial wallet from the name alone but it's similar to a cold storage like Paper wallets the way you described it. You could also just use hardware wallets for your long-term assets and store them properly in a safe or secure place.

Maybe a hard wallet where you can have the control over it?
I'm not familiar with that thing called bank wallet, but if it's more about a centralized bank then I think it's still not advisable. Hard wallet seems to be the most effective way to secure your cryptos, you just need to protect your private keys and you can be good. Connecting it online though is still fine, hard wallet are more secured since it needs the approval of the physical wallet itself, and it will be hard to get hacked.

Wow bank wallet. what is this? is this a new kind of crap wallet? This seems like another centralized wallet. People didn't need bank wallet but they need decentralized wallet that can secure their money. They can keep their money on their hands. There's no need to dictate them about that.
your suggestion is a very bad suggestion that i have ever seen. Bank wallet sounds like a crap wallet developed by scammers.

Any suggestion on which bank wallet to use?
I'm not totally aware of this since we are more focus about crypto wallet and there's a lot of wallet where you can have the control over it, but the most suggested wallet for security is the hard wallet. Now if there's a new wallet and we are open to hear more of that. Maybe you just need to elaborate this one and suggest any if you are already using it.

You mentioned the basic definition of a bank wallet but you didn't provide some examples of it for us to have a clear view of what you are saying.

That sounds like a custodial wallet.

It's better to own a hardware wallet that supports those cryptos that you're holding and you're at peace of mind while you keep it there.

Whatever is that bank wallet that you keep and where it came from, what you have said is true about keeping the private keys safe. You have to keep it to a place that's not reachable or accessible by random people.

Bank wallet? The concept of Crypto is to be your own bank.
Honestly, this is the first time I will hear something about a Bank wallet. Do you by means refer to paper and hardware wallets?


No crypto wallet can guarantee total security and even if the wallet is secure human error still need to be avoided before the crypto in the wallet can be true safe from attackers.

This is a wallet where you own your private keys and nobody has control of it.

I think calling it a bank wallet is not appropriate. However, just to give you some clarifications connecting your Metamask to other sites is not risky as long as you are not throwing your private keys elsewhere.

It's good that we hold our coins in our own hands. That was necessary if our goal is long-term holding.

I'd keep my funds on me all the time, thank you. It's better this way than to let some other entity hold my funds for me and charge a fee that I wouldn't have gotten in the first place if I did not employ their services. It's also way easier to keep track of your fund too this way since you don't have to jump from one platform to another just to check.

People be using crypto and still pushing the idea of banks. Pretty weird.

I have never heard of this concept, can you provide more information? When I read your post I thought you were talking about cold wallets but when I got here I started thinking I was wrong. The cold wallet cannot be created, we have to spend money to buy it. For me no matter what wallet it is but if generated from a website all is not as secure as cold wallet. Hardware wallets are considered the safest bank for you to keep your assets.

Which bank wallet do you mean and can you give me a link that directs me to that wallet because so far I have never heard of a banking wallet that can store crypto assets, actually we don't really need a banking wallet to store crypto assets because until now we are still it is very convenient to store it with a cold wallet or with a hot wallet.

Bank wallet? it's new to my ears, to be honest. What I do know is that I have a local app wallet here in the country where I am located, which is considered like a bank and can withdraw my crypto at any time I want. Or Digital bank that I heard is approved by our government here to operate legally, but Bank wallet? I don't hear anything like that, just now in the post you made.

What do you mean by that? Do you want to promote a bank wallet? because it's not very clear in my understanding.

This is probably what the OP means, a cold wallet is a must these days, hackers are so abundant in this market that if you make a single mistake that can be more than enough to lose your coins which you have worked so hard to obtain, fortunately this can be easily avoided by using a cold wallet, this can be in the form of a paper wallet or a hardware wallet, and while some people do not like hardware wallets as they have a cost, the few dollars that you use to buy it are a very low price to pay to secure your coins properly in a device that is almost impossible to hack.

It's same in bull markets, just the sentiment would be like, 'since there is lots of money flowing into crypto, there would be lots of hackings...'  :P

If I understand you correctly, you're want an insurance project that will gave full insurance if sudden hack happen? You don't need an insurance or new project because centralized coins transactions are reversible. Actually the CEO and the team can froze any transactions if they want.

Be your own bank phrase isn't for cryptocurrency, but it's for Bitcoin because most of altcoins are centralized. The casino token that you promoted under your signature is also centralized and you don't have full control over the token.

How can people need bank wallet while they have their own wallet even in their phone? i guess if you are drunk. That idea is not working. That's bullshit man. This is crypto and you don't need to create a thing like central bank for crypto users.  :D
Crypto users have freedom to use their own wallet. There are so many good wallet in the market too.

Wallet software is supposed to provide details about their service.
I doubt it will be a cold wallet if it offers a variety of cryptocurrencies in one application. I think it's just like Trust Wallet. But let's see once OP provided more information.

I think you both have mixed it up, a bank wallet is simply a crypto currency wallet that you make sure not to connect to any dapp browser (to prevent hacks), all you have to do with the wallet is send your usdt, and top tokens there for top safety; while using other wallets to connect to dapp browsers.

Seems most suggested wallets are hardware wallets which are also good for me, and very advisable. There are lot of another ways to create a secure wallet that separates from your day-to-day use. Just create a separate wallet from a machine that is malware-free, before creating anything, make sure your device is secured and you are connected to a secure network.

I think you misunderstood what he said. There will be no samples because he isn't introducing a project but he is only saying that each of us must have our own separate wallet. The best would be offline wallets (i.e old computers, laptops, and phones) or hardware wallets.

Before I enter the thread I think the op is talking about a wallet which are related to banks so I got curious to check this out but even if my thoughts are correct, I still don't think they are necessary because btc/crypto is already our own bank and we all know how risky it was to use a bank right now. There are left and right news about bank users whose money are trap inside the banks.

So firstly you just made up the name Bank Wallet, whatever that means but since you mention Trezor and Ledger I would assume you are referring to non-custodian wallets which are actually the best for you to hodl your crypto assets, you say it is something that you will never connect to meta-mask or dapp browsers and still mention matemask below is  :-[

You just completely make people confused with what you have said when you use the words bank wallet. There's no need to say bank wallet to let people know that you can create a wallet that you don't have to connect to any platform that you have mentioned. In short, you need to create different wallet which the first one is for storing crypto only and the second wallet is to do different things like what you have mentioned such as connect to dapl browsers. Simple as that.

I have several bank wallets, as you mentioned such as Trust wallet, Metamask, Trezor or Ledger etc. And I don't need another wallet I have never even heard of or used. I prefer the wallets you mentioned over using the new one but unfortunately, you didn't mention the name of the app you want to use.

You should be careful if you want to use a wallet that is new or not widely known by people because we do not know much about the wallet.

Nope not at all 🤣 I don't need any bank account for Freelancing or any international Survices i have the access of the BTC and Alts too so that i can use any Dex, Defi Survices in one click payment haha and even anonymously. Banks are dead for me as they didn't provided any facilities to me when needed now i know more then banks.

I guess he means about something like act as a central bank but that will be based on the crypto. that means if people might store their money into centralized crypto banking like when ordinary person store their money into the centralized banking system in our real life. I guess he means about that, i don't see any suitable example other than it. that's why it's pointless. Crypto doesn't even need it to exist

maybe what is meant is a crypto wallet, not a bank wallet, usually storing a wallet is safer than on an exchange because there are usually hacks on exchange sites during bear markets, just yesterday there was news that the BNB network was hacked too, that's why it's important to keep all coins us on crypto wallets like TW or Metamask

i don't know the project you're talking about, but if people read his post, he edited it. what he means is a multi wallet as trust wallet or bitkeep wallet, it contains many different blockchains, many coins in the same wallet, he used his own terminology to confuse people

perhaps we crypto investors are too sensitive to the word "bank", i see people overreacting every time someone mentions the bank. banks are not comparable to bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in some respects but cannot hate it because before bitcoin was created we still used banks, its use should be limited, not eliminated

glad to read that you do understand, i have tried out so much to find another term to coin the safety word "bank", but cannot find any yet. Any wallets that houses funds should not be connected to any website at all either quality or not
