 I have received the advice I was looking for, and now I'm looking for
 someone with programming skills that can help me write a script.

Ideally, it would be great if you have worked with blockchain.info's api before.

I can pay in Bitcoin or Paypal.

P.S.  I understand the concept of Bitcoin as I have done a lot of reading and have purchased
 and sent a few Bitcoins already as well. Meaning, i'm not a complete newbie.
You are not a Newbie you are BRAND NEW  ;D
No need to pay for such stuffs you can get informating free if you feel free then post your skypeID or PM me or any Sr. member in our forum so you can get information about what you want to know.

You do not need to pay for such service! That is why we are here ! The bitcoin community is for that to help you and help each other, of course there are a lot of scammers out there, but htere are also good persons who are ready to help you!
