An original creator funded LEALANA 5 litecoin. Personally funded by Smoothie in late 2013.

Condition:
Mild tarnishing on the face, hologram is in mint condition. COA is in good condition. Full public address located on COA.

The piece was carefully removed from vintage capsule for proper photos, coin was handled properly while out of the capsule.

By engaging in business with ECLIPSEPAYMENTS our client agrees to the following:

1. Shipping
Eclipse ships all merchandise no later than two days after our client makes his/her payment. For merchandise valued over $5000 package will be shipped via USPS Expedited shipping. USPS Expedited shipping is an overnight service that gets our merchandise to our clients in under 48-hours, In a secure and rapid fashion. Shipments valued under $5000 are dispatched via USPS first class mail and arrive within 2 - 5 business days. Every shipment has a tracking number provided to our client.

2. Returns
Eclipse offers no returns, all sales are final. Due to the sensitive nature of the products Eclipse brokers. Security cannot be maintained or ensured once the merchandise is in the hands of a third party not affiliated with Eclipse. Therefore, once merchandise leaves Eclipse's direct supervision items can no longer be returned.

3. Payment
If a client wins an auction and fails to make payment or cancels an order Eclipse reserves the right to offer the item to the second highest bidder. If a client bids and fails to make payment Eclipse reserves the right to cease future business with that individual or firm.

4. Privacy policy
ECLIPSEPAYMENTS values our client's privacy and anonymity. By shopping with Eclipse an individual or firm can ensure the privacy and anonymity of their transactions and shipments associated with Eclipse. Every transaction with Eclipse is considered confidential information and is kept private and anonymous. Information provided to Eclipse has a retention period of 30 days after purchase. After 30 days our client can expect the permanent deletion of his/her personal information from our systems.

Personal information as well as product identifying information is kept private and confidential. Full public keys are kept private and confidential.

By who and how has this coin been authenticated?

What constitutes "investment grade"?

1: As of now I am doing all the authentication. For what it is worth, each piece I broker had been given my personal seal of approval.

As fakes enter the market (They may already be here, who really knows). My eye has seen enough holos to determine the legit ones from the frauds.

2. "Investment grade" constitutes pieces that fit a specific benchmark. Is the coin tarnished or is it mint state? was the public key leaked in the past? Is the coin created by a trusted creator? Is the chain of ownership known?

So with that chain of ownership, would there be a PGP chain included that involves the transaction history of the coin from Lealana to you?

Whomever owned the piece in your collection before you is going to be just as important as who originally made the piece. Especially when it comes to the higher-end coins.

A verifiable chain of ownership is going to be important to verify and maintain that the owner was trustworthy, and the piece was well maintained and kept properly secure.

We are dealing with secure cryptocurrency storage instruments. These things are not to be taken lightly. Especially with this market subsegment gaining acclaim and going mainstream.

A chain of ownership will ensure a buyer that they are receiving a legitimate and secure cryptocurrency storage instrument (what these pieces are at the fundamental level).  

Who wants to buy something that otherwise has the potential to be compromised or fake? With a chain of ownership, a buyer could determine the piece was legit.

This particular coin does not have a PGP signed chain of custody.

This coin was purchased on the secondary market, and I cannot provide chain of custody information.

Sorry, i am not familiar with PGP chain of custody. Most of the coins I bought were from back in 2017, did we have this back then? Is it really a concern? The person I bought from I think is known by some OG's here. Should I be doing something to document ownership of these coins?

Who guarantees that the Maker itself doesn't scam you with the priv key?

Imo it's all about trust and not about certificates.

I am pretty sure Fc is referring to the different series of coins released by LEALANA. In this Image you can make out that the series one coins have no serial number on the hologram. As time goes on a serial number appears and then a buyer funded label, then the address window goes green.

This image is of the 1 LTC LEALANA, but I think it applies to the silver coins as well.

It could be that the coin is the one of these - thus holo would be serialized

This appears to be it.

No matter which series this came out of its an unbelievable price. 5 LTC funded Lealana for $1500. If I had the cash it would already be gone. Still trying to see if I can work some magic.

when you say "added" both coins for the 1500? or 1500 for the LTC and ?? for the XMR?

This is the most accurate information I have found regarding the LEALANA 5 LTC pieces:

5 Ltc: Approx all series cumulative total of 2,000 minted.

Ser 1, Funded, non serialized, "black label". Approx 500 minted. (no printed serial number on coin.)

Ser 2, Funded, serialized,"black label". (printed serial number on coin.) Approx 500+ minted. (This coin in question)

Ser 3, Funded, serialized, "green label". Approx 1000 minted (cumulative of funded and buyer funded.)

Ser 3, Non funded, Laser marked "buyer Funded", serialized, "green

Both of these pieces are sold.
