I'm trying to steer clear of bounties unless they escrow the tokens and a decent amount of cash as well. Too many scam bounties launching and I'm tired of the participants getting nothing for their work. So, if you aren't willing to escrow some cash, please find someone else.

You did well for clearing the air in as much you want a project to be managed you are also protecting the interest of the bounty hunters aslso scraping away scam project.
