i am newbie here so do not me harmed by this topic and just please help me find out the right place to do this.

It's a wrong place of the forum to post an accusation against a member. Please move it to the Scam Accusations (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0) board, you will find better traffic to support your case if you are able to present good evidences of the scam that happened.

The seller was a newbie and you are a newbie too, it was wise to use an established mediator when you were doing the trade.

After you moved the thread to the scam accusations board also follow this the scam accusation format^[1] for us to understand fully your complaint.

But the thing is since the accused is just a newbie account, he can just create a new account in order to scam someone again.

OP, Please don't get offended from my statement but how can you still fall for this such very old scam techniques.

Yes you can say I'm just a newbie in the cryptocurrency but this kind of scam technique applied almost on every websites and its like almost andecade old method.

Scammers are evolving so us the users has to evolve as well or else we will become their prey.

It seems the thread you referring to is deleted I also tried to check it in archive.org but no record.

Do you still know which account did the scammer use?
So that some DTs here can give him a negative tag.

Next time before you deal with someone here without trust always use escrow or make sure that the seller will give you the service or the item first before you pay. There are many scammers in the goods section so always be careful since Crypto is reversible.

Obviously, the price of the promised invite looked below the market, which attracted your attention. As sad as it may sound, you will never get your money back. This lesson cost you 60 euro and I hope that you will draw the right conclusions from this lesson, otherwise you will constantly lose your money in the future.

the account is not banned this time. but I doubt he will use that account again because it already gets the negative tag. but soon there will be a new account creating a similar thread.
