Title: How do I get to know about Bitcoin as a novice Post by: Jfeat on November 03, 2022, 08:03:56 PM Some years ago I have heard about Bitcoin and it's great impact,but I did not have interest on it,but now I have come to develop interest on it.
As a novice I just want to know little or more about Bitcoin and how it can help and add value to life,as a matter of fact I humble myself not to know anything,and am here to learn as a beginner.I believe that it will also impact my life in the later. First of all, welcome to bitcointalk forum, there’s no better bitcoin community on the internet to start your crypto journey. The forum is over a decade old and there are lots of guides and useful information that are available here for free. It will be to your advantage to learn how to use the forum search engine, so you can easily find threads that will help answer most of your newbie questions. You can also source for materials and information about bitcoin outside the forum, but be careful about crypto investments. When searching for bitcoin YouTube videos or podcast, I suggest you first take a look at Andreas Antonopoulos videos and online books. I know from your experience you've heard a lot about bitcoin and how it works so what i would like to suggest is to carefully devote your time study around the forum most especially bitcoin discussion section there are more to learn over there and i believe any forms of question and technical issues is over there so you don't need to spam this sections by asking a repeated question rather i would advised you to read maybe if it happens you don't find your questions before you could raise a thread of discussion otherwise it maybe considered as spamming and your post or thread might got deleted. If you love educational videos, you can watch them on Youtube channels
Make sure you download legit Bitcoin wallets - but don't forget to verify wallet before storing your bitcoin in it. In addition, make sure what you buy is real Bitcoin, not Bitcoin forks, not Bitcoin Testnet.

Especially very early on, you're honestly better off taking in information off-forums. Good decision, two things got me interested about your post, first you've come to learn and secondly you choose right with bitcoin, there's no argument about how newbies got distracted by other cryptocurrencies in a bid to search for the best and recommendable one for an investment, while coming to this forum is also a good advantage to serve you a learning ground to build up yourself with bitcoin knowledge, try to read and study discussions from the bitcoin boards and follow the recommendations given as well through links to learn more. Not knowing much of bitcoin aside from the fact that, I've heard it on the lips of a few forks, seen it on a couple of flyers and the few times it made the news which is always on the negative. Not until I picked interest based on certain constraints i observed in the life of someone I knew all too well.
Coming down to the forum, I was blank, knowing not what to place importance or how to follow up on discussions but I did. Slowly but steady it all kept coming together. I picked in on the terminologies, concepts and my knowledge on crypto got better and better. How, I became more involved on the forum and tried to be interested in discussions I could understand, asked a few questions and did little researches off forum. Am still on that part though and I feel if you tread that way, it might help your understanding too. Everybody that are here all started as a newbie just like you,it means if you desire to have the knowledge, you will have it. Take things easy when reading and also make research on your own in order to learn more or faster. You have made up your mind to learn Bitcoin, I bet you won't regret it in future. I just want to say that pick any of that resources and focus on them so that you won't get confused and read them so that you'll have the idea of those topics that you're reading.

You are highly welcome op, just believe you have come to the right place especially when it turn to time of help about Bitcoin or cryptocurrency generally. Try to read those materials given to you and make sure you start from page one and don't try to jump any page and will so helpful and if don't understand any step don't be shine to ask questions, everybody is here to learn. Know that you can't understand everything over a short period of time, so take your time and study it well so you can also be answering some few questions you understand in this forum and that will surely increases you knowledge about Bitcoin. Always try to do alot of research by also watching some YouTube tutorials. I also started like you and I am very excited with my current journey because am here to provide more security to my Bitcoin and that is why I don't ask questions always but always follow this forum and actually see what people are saying about Bitcoin. |
