I just visited said website...

First impressions: the GUI looks sleek and i see an R3 certificate... That's a big plus, no cloudflare MITM a lot of service fall for.

Now, what did bother me (personally) is the fact that the homepage keeps on "scrolling". When i visit a site like this one, i just want to buy or swap coins, i don't want to see a section "Featured crypto News", let alone secions about "blockchain", "NFT's" or "altcoins". You're an exchange, if i want to read crypto news, i'll visit a site that's dedicated to posting news articles.

A second (very minor) thing i saw => if you open your homepage, go to the "buy/sell crypto"- tab and then click "sell", the default values default to wanting to "sell" 3 ETH, which is over the maximum you're allowed to sell.. So just by clicking around without entering anything, i'm faced with a warning message... Not a big problem at all, just something you might want to look at?

An other thing i see: you indicate "no extra fees", but the help-box makes it clear this means that the amount indicated is the amount i'll receive... You do add some fees (which is normal, you're a business afterall). Maybe it would be nice to indicate that you do charge a fee (maybe even tell us what the fee is?).

I was checking your headers and suddenly noticed something... Is it correct you're running apache 2.4.6 (released in 2013)?

When it comes to security headers... It might be a good idear to check the following (not all of them might apply to your case)

• Strict-Transport-Security
• Content-Security-Policy
• X-Frame-Options
• X-Content-Type-Options
• Referrer-Policy

I figured out that the color riot on the home page is not user friendly; having green,black and white arranged in that manner may not hold a user to further navigate the site. I think White should be the general background color then black for texts, just like the white section for swapping currency. Another thing is the news scattered around the homepage, they should be a menu for news on the navigation bar then the currencies section hidden under the exchange drop menu should be on the section where news are. Since its an exchange people should be able to see the rate of currencies first, reading blog can come handy after the trader is done trading.

- The site is very similar to Changenow and I'm guessing you're using their API and you're one of their partners? You should probably change the site's design, this can be seen as a phishing attempt.

- UX: You should ask for the payout address on the home page when the user is filling in the amount, instead of opening the same window again, and asking him for extra details.
- I tried to exchange BTC for BTC. This shouldn't be possible to do, and yet, I was given an address to deposit funds.
- The address validation is not working properly. The address can be invalid, and you would still get the green checkmark. if you proceed to the next step, you get this error:


Which is bad, because the user can't know that the problem is coming from the address and not something else, especially when you confirmed that the address is "good" in the previous step.

When I sell crypto for fiat (ETH to EUR), it says that the maximum exchange rate is (eg) 1.2533274 on the alert, and when it is clicked then another alert will appear with a different maximum exchange rate. I clicked three times so in the end it failed to fetch the current amount (showing "- EUR"; see photo). I think you don't set a tolerance range for exchange rates even just a few cents, while you always take the latest price every new input.

OP, you need to make a final decision, what will be the main topic of your page?
is it an exchanger or a blog site, price ticker...? first, this scrolling bar with the current prices of some tokens and coins is entirely useless and tiring. has anyone done an analysis, are there any people who use it and want to see it?

Next, someone is already writing this, but again why do you have news on your front page if you are focused on coin exchange? you can have a blog section if you want to improve SEO for your site, but news that has already been published elsewhere will not contribute to a better ranking of your site.

finally, since you are now using the Changenow widget, if you gain confidence over time, do you plan to switch to your own service? it could be complicated because you will gain your trust using someone else service, not yours. the possibility of abuse opens up here.

but that can open another problem over time.

I realize that it's not illegal but when both the widget and home page look similar, some people might see it that way. I think it'd be wiser to change the frontend a bit.

Yes, you're right. it can seem confusing.
if it doesn't change the appearance he can write somewhere that he uses an external service for that. taking some affiliate percentage is quite ok. but still, they suggest that it be evaluated on Trustpilot, although it has no influence on the exchange service itself.
as I said in the previous post, this can be like gathering a positive reputation by using someone's service to later perform with his own untested service with fake feedback.

FIRST VISIT IMPRESSION

Upon visiting BitSwapNow.com, I got the impression this has a changelly.com, changenow.io touch to it which I don't mind but I felt its too dull to see some other parts of the website which might be deliberate as the attention might be directed at the exchange box itself..which is understandable.

THE GOOD, THE BAD, THE UGLY

The Good part about BitSwapNow.com is its simplicity of use , and the Trust pilot button goes to show its centered around providing good customer service will easily get people to use the service.
The Bad/Ugly- I believe not everyone is familiar with non custodial exchange services and some kind of tutorial will be helpful to newcomers to the platform. One last thing, the contract of the exchange box needs to be increased to help users know what exactly they are doing.

CONCLUSION
Overall its a clean site but I feel the news articles arent necessary as they could misdirect a potential customer away from the platform that was looking for answers from the FAQ section, all in all, good site 8/10 rating for me.

using brave browser and the website works perfectly fine, It would be better in my opinion that when I use the exchange feature non-related stuff would be gone "latest stories, images of the articles, and etc" it would be better if trading charts of the selected coins/tokens and swap feature appears on the screen because I feel like its messy in its current state

Overview
Nice UI/UX, the color combinations are so unique. The mode is cool, just like my favourite dark mode. Is there any provisions for change of mode, incase of people that don't like it dark.

The Hero Banner
The Hero banner where coins are exchanged renders even when not prompted and generate some amount of coins. I don't know the reason behind it, it would be nice to see a placeholder "0" in the input to save the user the stress of clearing the input before using.

Multi language
I may sound funny, but any site that has multiple languages gives me the impression that the company is big and multi national. This is a plus to the site.

FAQs
I was looking for FAQs until I saw this I knew there was FAQs.
I'll suggest you move it to the top or bottom of the footer and name it FAQS instead of writing it in full. FAQs is faster and more convenient to find.

first impression:

- the first time I visited bitswapnow, I was reminded of changenow, I used changenow several times and there are slight similarities in the UI and UX, but after going inside, there are many differences inside.

- bitswapnow makes the news in front of the page, and I think this is quite disturbing for my eyes, it would be better if the developer provided a special section for news that users can click on.

about the minimum exchange:

- I include 3 comparison swap sites here and I think bitswapnow has the best minimum exchange, although I haven't tried it directly

conclusion that I can draw:

- bitswapnow is a good site, although it seems new but I believe with good service then bitswap can be a strong competitor for old swap sites. then bitswap must be able to provide the best and responsive CS service.

I have used this service before it works great, the 4th Step sending crypto to the given address takes some time not sure why there is delay but everything else works great.
I think the design can be better, images and latest stories section placement
Live Crypto prices in the header did freeze on loading but works again after few seconds, not sure if it was because of my connection or the site.

My first feeling when I opened the bitswapnow.com site was that the front page looks really good, other than that the loading of the site in my browser is very fast, there are no bugs!

I have bought crypto several times using a credit card with a region from Indonesia, but I found that bitswapnow.com does not support credit cards with rupiah currency, I think in the future the developer should provide it, even though Indonesian is available on this site!

No chat box for urgent customer service response. If a customer is trying to do a transaction and get stucked how do they get swift response from Bitswapnow urgently rather than waiting for days and going through processes which causes stress and lots inconveniences why not create a customer chat box at the front swap page so as to give customers confidence and trust in your system so they could be able to communicate via the chat box for pressing transaction issues and also to get swift response to emergent transaction situation.

This is a suggestion and I think you might be interested in it. How about including option for new crypto start-ups for users to see. With this, investors would be very much interested in your website as they are really looking for where to always stay glue for Crypto start-ups and updates as regards investment. This will draw huge traffic to your site. I am talking from experience. I think you give this a thought. That option should be at the front page immediately after the swap engine for a clearer view and access.

I have some (free) advice to give you about your website.

You have a service, an instant exchanger, but you're crowding news content and tags at the bottom of the page. Don't do this. This is exactly the formula I tried and I did not succeed with that approach.

The news aggregation will not make you any money and at most it will be a burden to maintain, so I suggest you kill off that part and make a simple Blog section instead.

And this indicate that the site is peaceful and good. But the following substractions and additions should be put into consideration.
Under the marquee, let the prices of Bitcoin, Ethereum and any other two currencies should be displayed but not on Marquee. Since the site is for swapping and buying/Selling of Currencies, it will be nice if converter calculator is added in the downdrop menu so that those who want to check the currency price in Fiat currency can do that with leaving the page.

Conclusion:
Let the features come after the crypto currency exchange box and create a menu or button for the news.

The UI is user-friendly and easy to navigate and there are loads of information and articles about crypto when you scroll around the website. I've read in the comment section mentioning about the articles and I would agree that if ever I intend to read an article I would visit another website where you can get all the latest news and articles.

Another thing I noticed is when you click the dropdown button for "cryptocurrencies" and choose a currency for example "CARDANO (ADA) Crypto exchange" it gives out information about ADA or whatever cryptocurrency you choose using the dropdown button. However, if you use the small exchange window on the webpage and switch to a different currency it will not show information about the currency. I guess it would be better if there is consistency with the interface, if you want to show information about the currency, make it also visible when you switch currency using the exchange window not just by using the drop-down button for exchange.

I am not a techy person so I cannot give in-depth review about your site, but I hope this helps.

Again thank you all for the kind words and great feedback. This has been super useful. I have not forgot and have read every reply and will take it into consideration in the coming week to make some big changes. I think the homepage totally does need a revamp and the news section which was originally thought of as a one stop for all kind of thing i think i will move to a separate header menu. The main thing is to convert swap buy sell ect so i think that should be the main page as a lander for sure. I know some had some issues with the color scheme but i do personally love it an it seems some others do and dont. With that said i liked the one idea to offer a completely different color scheme like white with a dark option ect. All the other comments and UI issues i have taken note of. Been a little busy so i will be getting back to it tomorrow. I have Opened this Website using an Android Phone and want to give a review of my experience.
Interface:
Very good interface especially for Mobile users. At the top Coins price change bar is so useful to guess the current market situation.
Suggestion:
There should be a button for easy scroll down to the end or scroll up to the top.

Exchange:
The exchange option on the main page is a good option. It's very easy for newbies to easily exchange tokens without going to any other page.

Someone here gave suggestions that the default value should be zero but it will not be useful because the main purpose of this option is to   attract exchangers through the current market price.

Best Features:
Minimum buy sell amount is very low as compared to big exchanges which is a very good option. Token estimated arrival  time is 10 minutes which is ok from my side.

Suggestion: it will be better to add Arbirtrum and Optimism chain Ethereum because of very high Usecase and demand.

The website Design is too good for both beginners and pro Users. Everything is clear and by opening a website everyone will know the purpose of this system.
The exchange rate is good and I wonder to see that we can buy Ethereum by sending Busd which is very good.
Minimum buy for Ethereum is 3$ which is I think a very good feature because there is a high fee and a high minimum withdrawal limit for Ethereum.
News in the main page is not looking good and I think it should be removed to become main page more smooth.

I love the graphics and picture quality this is a wonderful setup,it looks nice,enticing and calling on your attention to trade. The exchange rate and currencies should be displayed first not blog. Payout address should be on the homepage in other to make it easy for users to put their address, so that things don't get complicated for them. You are trading therefore everything that involves in trading should be on the homepage. Also add a tutorial guide for new comers for easy understanding on how to trade on it.

To make the site more attractive, the featured news should be on horizontal gallery not on vertical gallery not to make the site interface too bogus with news, you can insert all the crypto news inside here, and link all the news as it is. And also put all the Blockchain news inside the same thing with etc.

Since News is already in the Menu bar then remove news features from the home page though you can display the current events only. But not all the news on the home page again.

So here is my Review:

Overview:
The website Looks Good and is Easy to Navigate. the links is safe with proper SSL so no risk in opening the website for anyone. 

Trading functions are unique and not like other Defi Swaps. It is kind of a Centralized Swap but doesn't require Signing Up which is a Plus Point In my opinion. and it exchange coins directly from CEX such as Binance, Bitfinex, Huobi, etc and chooses the best available rates so it'll safe a lot of time of a trader who searches in all exchanges for good rates that's another plus point for a trader's perspective.


What Needs to Improve?
Well. I think Website's Background color is so dark it would be better if it is a bit lighter. or maybe an option to switch between Dark and Light Mods.
UI also needs some improvements. like there are 2 different sections for news "Latest Crypto News"and "Featured Crypto News" which makes website too long to scroll. that can definitely be better.


Will I use BitSwapNow?
I would say Definately. as I stated above. it saves a lot of time searching for good rates and that's exactly what I am lacking "time" so yeah. I'll definitely use it.

I am a newbie and I haven't make any exchange yet the app is looking pretty good it was somehow confusing to me at first but when I glance  through it properly I  understood it. When I will make any exchange I will give it a try and if I love the service then I will promote it.

I first noticed the black/dark theme, so I look for the toggle for light/dark or day/night mode but there is none. I think you should add it on top beside the search bar because not all end users preferred viewing the site in dark mode.


You can stick to using the UPPER CASE for all the coin/token symbols and as I highlighted in the screenshot, and in all other pages.

This is my review:
The website loads very quickly and there are no problems about the loads.
When trying to see the exchange rate from BTC to altcoins and changing them to others coin the website updates very quickly.
But don't really understand about notif the no extra fee, whether the fee for this exchange is the result of a different rate from the live price or whatever, and a suggestion to explain because of course this exchange will take a commission for operating costs and profits, this makes it clear to users.
The bottom news is not needed because this is an exchange or you can just put it in the blog tab section.
Having a live chat will be very helpful if there is a users that have questions and really need answers quickly.

Thanks to all again for their contributions and opinions. I have made a little list of everyone's opinions and concerns and will be working on them. A few to start.

1) Remove News and Revamp Main Page
2) Make FAQ and Tutorial Easier to find on Main page
3) Add Live Chat Plugin to site
4) Dark Mode and Light Mode Addition
5) Rename Frequently Asked Questions and Place in footer/header

Have a lot more work to do but again i appreciate the positive feedback. Have already begun to change and update some things.

- Removed most news and working on main page.
- Added FAQ and help right under the main exchange.
- Also a section about non-custodial linking to a blog explaining this for new users.
- Added all security headers that were mentioned before. And apache is CentOS version so no it is not from 2013. This is a much newer and stable version working on CentOS.
- Fixed a few capitalization's, colors header text ect.

Will be adding live chat support soon and working on the rest.

FAQ is important for those who will visit the site. The site looks average or normal and I also don't like seeing news on the front page that's why most of the reviews are about news since the site is an exchange. There's nothing wrong with an exchange with news as long as it is a different page like you have to click a hyperlink before it will redirect you to another page that is all news only. Much like clicking on FAQ which will redirect you to FAQ section. However, I did not see any reviews on the site and use mobile devices to check the site. Here's what I noticed since the site is also mobile friendly. Not that it matters to me but who knows that others might not like what they saw. When you try to open the menu ny using the hamburger button or triple bar, you will see that there is a logo of Facebook, Instagram and twitter and all of it will redirect to bitswap in a new window and also when you try to buy or exchange then you will see this in the wallet address text box.

Removed news sections from main page. Also added a live chat support widget that is on every page. Has some generic responses and work flows which is cool. Also will work on this more. Thanks for pointing out the mobile design and issues there as this is major also.

There are still the Latest Crypto Industry News articles on the home page with a page counter. Put them all in the blog section linked in the main menu.

Try to avoid black font on dark background. It's pretty hard to read.

Thought to have some of the latest news at the very bottom wouldn't be terrible. What browser are you using and also did you clear your cache? This is on firefox desktop. Also Safari mobile on iphone showing green font as well.

Hmm thats very odd but on chrome which i know most users use it is showing as black still...and its the same CSS file. I am stumped on this one lol.

Ya im stumped if you use the inspect tool it shows #111 color for black on Chrome but also if you click through to the said style.css sheet and search for the h3 tag that is the code for that styling then it shows the green hex code. Also on firefox and iphone mobile safari // chrome it shows green. I have cleared and purged all cache on my server and my CDN. Still cant see why google chrome desktop is showing the black font on home page. Can anyone else please check this ?

All browsers (Opera, Firefox, Brave, Edge) work fine, only on desktop chrome still black font.
it is possible that he pulled something from earlier because I was opening your site a few days ago. Unfortunately, I can't clear the cache right now due to some other app in m browser.

I think it was the global 10 hr server cache as now google chrome desktop is showing the same green font. ALAS we can all rejoice and not squint any longer. Although its over for what its worth as others stated maybe removing the news completely from the home page. The design is sleek and professional. The color scheme is different and as one user said a day and night theme would be nice to switch to a white background in the future. The service is great and i tried with just a simple swap of 5$ and had my eth in a quick time. I think building out the swap pages and some sort of better linkng structure would help.

Thank you @hashfreak for the kind comments. We continue to plan and revise and work on marketing and promoting the service. If anyone has any ideas or help in that direction it would be appreciated. Any expertise in social media outreach ect. Also word of mouth is strong so please tell a friend! Small run services like ours are more important than ever now with the crazy centralized exchanges burning users and destroying funds. DEX and swap services may start to flourish but time shall tell.
