Looking for suggestions of interesting niches that maybe I haven't discovered yet.

Personally I'm always drawn toward

- humorous gamers (Xpert Thief, graystillplays, NerdCubed)
- scambaiters (Scammer Revolts, Kitboga, Jim Browning)
- car crash compilations
- plane crash breakdowns
- caving & diving gone wrong
- pretty much any kind of historical storytelling that involves mass casualties

but I'm looking to find new stuff to be interested in.

Crypto videos are mostly terrible, and when turning on the 'Tube I'm usually looking for an escape from thinking about crypto stuff.

What are your favorite genres of YouTube videos?

Anything "Instant Karma" or "Win Stupid Prizes"  ;D

My go to Youtubers are Mr Beast, Mark Rober and PewDiePie.

If you are interested in general entertainment, go Pewdiepie.

I'm a person who is always busy working, but when I have free time I always watch YouTube, and on YouTube I like to watch old movies like 1980's films and so on. and also I always see funny videos, which make me laugh.

The videos recommended on youtube to me these days are all about carpet washing videos :D That videos are so satisfying but i can't pass without saying this: It's like they're keeping these carpets in the mud for a day or they record the carpets used by the dirtiest people in the world.

I sometimes always watch the Korean variety show, Running Man. There are many funny and entertaining scenes. When I'm tired, I always see something funny. or sometimes I see random videos on YouTube.

Yep, I like these as well... Especially the ones where an idiot driver does something dumb and then immediately gets pulled over by the cops.


This is hilarious and exactly what I was hoping for... Who would have guessed there was a whole genre of carpet cleaning videos on YouTube. Some videos have several million views, too.

I like to watch funny videos that make me happy. Now watching videos on the Internet has long been a way of entertainment for young people. When I am tired, this kind of funny stuff can always relieve my fatigue.

Nothing specific to be honest but I often use it to find out how to do certain DIY home tasks. I’ve figured out how to do a lot of stuff around the house like fixing leaks. I mean, I watch music videos & nature type, animal videos too. What I’ve been using it for mostly the last couple years is home DIY.

I like to listen to music on YouTube and watch some music MVs.

On YouTube, I like listening to music more. I love tracks with a good beat and bass. Well for me I do like to watch music videos on youtube. And when a new song does come out I can watch that on youtube.

And I watch some help videos to help my nephews win their video games. They are not good at doing that so when they can not advance a level or mission I will go on youtube.
