no one will know to what extent the price of bitcoin will drop, but for sure now is the time to buy bitcoin, because this is a great opportunity for people who want to invest in it. and my prediction in the next few days the price of bitcoin will rise again, so don't miss this great opportunity to buy bitcoin.

if you truly wanted to invest or re enter market ? or at least add some more in your bag? then this is the perfect timing .

Buying at lowering market is the best chance than buying in growing , because we are talking at least semi long term here and not Pump and dump movement that only happens in shitcoins.

Clearly, times like these are ideal for buying. People get rich by buying cheap and holding, instead of selling out of panic or out of need for liquidity at this time, as many retail investors do.

To be honest those are newly want to enter in Bitcoin world this is a chance for them to accumulate. Though there are chances more down who knows exactly? Almost year we see this price range. If still, people worried to invest then they have to buy on the green market. I know people become panicky when they see the red market and are worried to buy. But those who like to play have to take the risk. It's a high risk to be honest if compare with the last few months.

This is the best chance to make a good choice to be part of those that will earn well from Bitcoin investment when the price rise higher in the market, and the price has reduced down to a level were poor people can be part of this opportunity to buy low and hold for the price to change positively before they can sell to earn well. I don't think, people will still experiencing $10k before the price will increase higher for people to start celebrating in the community for the bull season, which the bull season will surely happen next month for those that prepared well to receive favour from their investment.

Ideal as it may feel, many people are not going to start buying as the price is low: 16,447. Like we know when there is a huge drop like this people do not see it as an ideal time to buy, when it is fomo time and the price is surging is when the multitude consider it ideal to buy BTC because they have failed to understand the cycle and are here only to find a way to get rich very fast.

I don't think BTC will fall to 10k USD, but no one knows and it can happen, it will surely take away many weak hands who are surely going to panic and sell if we get to that price, but funny enough they would still be the same set of people running to buy back so as not to miss the train when the bull run begins, these are the people who invest in BTC, but do not understand a thing about their investment :'(.

seeing the bitcoin price drop yesterday made my heart flutter a little seeing the panic everywhere and it sucks too much panic too even the price is going down i don't know what the real low price of bitcoin is

Bitcoin can fall to any price as it's volatile, no matter how many whales tell to hold and exchanges to have different issues. It won't change the fact that it remains volatile regardless of that.

It can fall to $10k if this thing keeps on existing and most retail speculators and traders are still active on the market. Well, they're all active but it's different this time when such news exists about ftx and binance is there.

When Mt Gox collapsed the Bitcoin price begun its new price rising, now after Coinbase and Binance collapsed the Bitcoin price will begin to rise back again. Therefore, just buy and buy  without hesitation. There will no more chance next year, because "Satoshi" will recite his Bitcoin magic mantra again on the 25 December 2022 and 16 March 2023 then finally 5 April 2023. After these dates Bitcoin price will not be controlled buy those Bitcoin Whales it will grow naturally with Financial Climate Chance (FCC).

Many corporations are entering in the Bitcoin Space. Just HODL Bit and HODL Bit.

Over the past few days, the FTX crash has sent the market into a state of panic once again and no one knows what will happen next causing the market to go down again. Bitcoin can fall further is unpredictable and does not matter if we invest for the long term, but remember one thing, invest within your means, do not borrow, do not invest with money that cannot be lost.
Coinbase and Binance haven't crashed yet and don't expect or get excited if they do. They will not kill bitcoin, but they will push the market into the worst crisis and it will take a very long time to recover everything.

It is good time to buy in some BTC now, but price might go down more.

This is always "bad" advice if you don't use or understand the depth of what it means to have bitcoin and when you need it, i.e. "I bought bitcoin" advisors they forget explanation it.

I hope that something close to the current price or perhaps 10% less will be the bottom, but of course Bitcoin can go lower than that, and stay low for months. There's nothing to guarantee Bitcoin's pump by the end of the year, either. December 2021 was the time of Bitcoin falling from $56k to $46k. December 2020 was the time of rising from $19k to $28k. December 2019 was uneventful as Bitcoin kind of remained in a dip between $6k+ and below $8k. In 2018 Bitcoin fell from $4k to $3k but recovered to $4k by the end of the month. Bottom line is, Bitcoin behaves very differently in December depending on a year, so I don't see why this time we'd be graced with a jump.

That's the mindset of someone who doesn't want to take the risk and hold until you see the price jump high

Imagine thinking it will go down more which possibly you might be correct but how sure are you to know when the price will jump up..

So if you want to buy, now is a good opportunity to stock as much BTC you can get your hands on and hold for the  bull market

Problem is that those who are new are usually too scared to buy during bear market and during times like these they have a feeling that bitcoin will never recover, or they are even selling with a loss. People who are mainly buying now are those who went through several bear markets and know that this is nothing new.

That way you don't have to waste your time by trying to time the bottom (which has more to do with luck rather than skill) and instead you just keep buying more bitcoin in regular intervals.

I think you started well OP by how you begin the discussion but the end of it all at the last paragraph talks about doubt on the certainty of what you have been saying all this while, just as we all know that bitcoin is volatile, there's massive dumping by the whales, the current fall in price and many more factors could be observed in this present time with bitcoin price but that does not change the fact that bitcoin remains a profitable investment and a currency and this serves the best entry point for new participants to invest with bitcoin not minding how low it could further go.

This is why DCA is the right approach.

Since all of us are unsure if this is going to be the bottom, we just have to keep on buying while we see it go down for more.

So that when it goes down longer, we still have a budget to buy for that time when it comes. People should just learn about the movement of bitcoin in the past and apply the teachings it has left to us, right now, as in.

If eventually, it happens, that bitcoin falls to $10k(not sure it will happen) lucky us then because that's the time to buy deeper. Yes, DCA is a very ideal choice for the current market situation because of the discounts that should not be wasted on increasing regular buying plans during a downturn and normalizing back when the price recovers to make a very satisfactory profit when we are quite satisfied with the long term price.
maybe those who have been in this industry for a long time really understand what to do, but for beginners there may still be fear and fear that prices will continue to fall. So we should be able to convince them that now is a very good start for future success.

This is obviously a great opportunity for all investors and crypto lovers to enter in the bear market. But high fluctuation can cause huge loss to the old investors. So to recover losses and to enter the crypto market it's the best time undoubtedly.

We know what to do and I don't want to commit the same mistake that I took for granted during the past bear markets and corrections.

Even though Bitcoin falls to that particular amount, I still see it as an opportunity to buy more since the market does not stay in a particular direction. Yes Bitcoin cam falls lower that what we expect now but we just have to be strong and focus on what we want and how we want it. I will never be surprised if I see that marketplace going down I'm price.

You also need to consider those people who tell you during the peak of Bitcoin that they will buy once the price of Bitcoin falls below $20,000 or in any price target they said their buying zone. Because these people for sure are afraid because of what going on in the market right now.
You are right, newbie or people that want to buy Bitcoin, for me, below $20,000 price is my buying zone.

New all time low is the best buying opportunity obviously, and we have seen it around $15,xxx. So for sure there could be smart investors who buy a lot of bitcoin and hold. But for newbies, I think it's a different case, they are fearful, and when they said that they are going to bu below $20k, hmm, they might not be buying after all because again, they are afraid of what is going on the market.

Still though, at the current price of $16,xxx, good opportunity and definitely, investors still love to see the price of bitcoin along this line.
Really very difficult for us to watch how the price is being affected by the FTX collapse, but we have to take it slowly.

Fear is the same as their knowledge and experience is still lacking, meaning they need to study the market and how it works specifically about how the bitcoin price has always led the crypto market to date. $15K may not be the low this time especially if this bear market holds, there may be another low but it probably won't happen again either. We are always in two possibilities, now ATH has been going on for the last one year and will probably recover soon for the better hope.

I wish I could save more money to invest this time, but of course there will be plenty of possibilities for another low price over the rest of the year.

The only thing that a newbie lack of is experience but if they are knowledgeable, they can do a research about the history of btc and by there will found out that btc has the ability to bounce back. This should gave them confidence to invest on this dip instead of being fearful. They are here anyway which means they are willing to risk money.

A lot of us wishes for btc to reach on this level and now our wish has been granted. I think we couldn't ask for more but our wish this time is that the price will now start to recover into a new level like prices which are above $40k. That is going to be better for this upcoming December so that we can sell some and have something to celebrate the Christmas.

Each aspect of the market is affected. From new investors to daily traders and big whales, we're all seeing that effects of this crisis. We can only pray for them who really lost in this situation, though I'm convinced that it's just a matter of time until it will come back.

To be very clear, I really don't know what the future holds for this market. We're all being shaken like a bunch of ragdolls right now, and it's definitely not pleasant. Hopefully, we'll see new investors come in at lower prices, with even more money to put into the currency. With that being said, if you are looking to buy in at or around current prices, there's nothing I can tell you other than "your call." Everything is so volatile right now that predicting the next few weeks feels impossible, let alone the next month. Roll with the punches and play by your own rules until this madness has settled down a little bit.

This is pretty accurate.What has happened with bitcoin is that whales,mining farms,exchanges and developers have become the new elite so making bitcoin really no better than any other hegemonic monetary system:-(

What is the reason that prompts a person to believe that the price will rise before December 25th? Or what is special about that date?
If you are based on historical data, it has been proven that the bitcoin price historically does not repeat the same patterns accurately, meaning that following the price historically is good for knowing the future prediction, not the intraday.

OP, how did you estimated so accurately the exact date when BTC will pump ? I mean before citing an exact date, you should have mentioned at least how did you got that date ? Nevertheless, I also agree that Bitcoins increase in it's price during the end of each year, I mean we have seen the similar trend earlier, so definitely there are high chances that Bitcoins might follow this pattern this time also. Yes as the OP have said, buy as many Bitcoins as you can in this bear discounted price, as once bitcoins start gaining it's pace, it won't stop. So we need to act wisely.

Bearish season is always the best time for accumulation as you can maximize your purchase even at a not so high amount of capital. So right now is perfect to enter the market and start long term hodling. Though it’s still uncertain if the market value for bitcoin will suddenly surge high in the Christmas season, but if ever it happens, at least we will also be in good profits because we started buying at an early low bitcoin price.

I feel like there is either a drop or an increase at the end of most years, that could be a valid reason. Summers are usually cool and doesn't move all that much, whatever it gets in, that’s how it get out. Like this year it was mostly around 20k if I remember correctly, and it got in that way and got out that way as well so that’s easy to predict as well.

Most summers (not all) you can sell all your crypto in June 10th, and buy back in august 20th and you wouldn't lose much, these predictions are "easy" but they are not guaranteed, anything could happen. Same with end of the year moves, it will either crash hard, or breakout high, staying same rarely ever happens during end of year periods.
