I am a PayPal Verified, so I guess so. The reason I am comfortable doing this is that I am not accepting paypal for bitcoins, but the other way around. I don't leave money in PayPal, so if they freeze my account, it just means I have to take this option back off Spend Bitcoins. As always, only accept PayPal if you have satisfied yourself that you trust the sender not to chargeback (check my reputation at http://bitcoinfeedback.spendbitcoins.com, http://feedback.spendbitcoins.com & http://ebay.spendbitcoins.com to make sure you trust me.)
