Title: Old website to buy shares
Post by: odeemadelol on November 28, 2022, 11:41:31 PM
Hi guys, im trying to find an old website that was used for trading 'shares' in various crypto projects

I bought ASIC miner shares on it using BTC as collateral quite some time ago, during btc.e era.

I recall it having green banners and a hedge fund sounding name. Im sure it ended collapse but i thought id see if can chase something up if anyone knows of a lawsuit or something.

Looks like there's a company trading under that name or a similar name have you tried contacting them? They mention being into crypto so it might be a good place to start. Their fund doesn't preform as well as the market so far though (crypto or S&P).

I'm afraid it will be too hard for us to guess what company/service you are looking for. Are you sure you don't have anymore information about them? About suing the company, I know you can still file a case against a closed/suspended business in a certain period of time, but it's almost 4 years after they closed, so your chance of suing them and winning the case is very slim. I wonder why it take you so long to realize of filing a case or talking about them where it's years already passed.

EDIT: I just read your reply about the company.

I got some results in the search havelock investments, but how do we know that they are connected to your case?
it would be good if you could share more information. you only know part of the name and it could be anyone with the same or similar name. otherwise, green colour is most often used for branding companies that deal with money and financial services.
if you have their email, then you probably also have the domain they used then. Try searching for it in web archives and collect all the information you find, such as phone numbers, addresses, company tax IDs, contact persons, etc...
