I'm a broker for a businessman who's looking to purchase $40M worth of either USDT or BTC and it's start cause there's another one in need of a large scale too.

Terms:

- Deal will be done in Dubai.
- Money can be transferred through a bank or cash in person in a public place but either way we will meetup and settle the deal up.
- A discount on the amount is a must.
- There's a commission for me from both sides the seller & the buyer, also willing to share commission to a broker but he must be the direct one of the seller.

It's funny how "buyers" put conditions when it's a SELLER'S market or they think it's a one way street. 99% of the time when buyer put conditions to the seller is a red flag and at the end it is understood that this potential "buyer" is actually a scammer/fisherman.

Try to transfer 5M dollars to your bank account in the UAE? Most likely, the account will be frozen and you will be contacted to verify the source of the funds, let alone about 40M. It is a sufficient crime to imprison you for about ten years if the second party is unknown (and if you can prove that you are trying to sell bitcoin)
As for cash, it is absurd to be discussed in a public place.

In general, can a person with 40M ask in an anonymous forum on the Internet? What accounts create such topics?

Brother your terms are so much serious and it looks a lie. If you want to buy such heavy amount than use Peer to peer trading in Biggest exchanges like
1. Binance
2. Kucoin
3. Houbi.pro
4. MEXC
In this way this large amount could get exposure and also a lot of Scammers can turn to you and also law enforcement. Cause they can ask what are you doing with so much money and how you got it.

Your story seems very strange to me.  Because I don't think to meet face to face with such a big wealth.  Here's how you'll meet the seller with $40 million.  It can be a crime.
