Ops, should be an affiliate because of the code he shared along with the link which shows he is promoting his affiliate link here because if he is a member of the team and wants to create an ANN he would have shared just the website link, and also from the Image shared I can see that the withdrawal is just a small amount which is not convincing enough for someone to want to use the site even though they mentioned that no deposit is required to play on the site and that is to say the offer faucet but I also believe that will be time-consuming, so players will prefer to make a deposit and play from the deposit instead of faucet balance for time sake and to avoid some requirement such as wagering requirements for withdrawal on bets won't using the faucet bonus.

Also no one in the team would post a proof of withdrawal only people who want to earn from affiliates do that one and thread is so awful to see for a real representative to have so I really believe he's not part of the team, he just want to get money out of people been curious to play on new casino here.

Sometimes also they use that faucet word to test out how the site works for their invitees so its up for people to play what he introduce or stay on reputable one since it will be hard for us to locate the real support if we encounter an issue if we play by the suggestion of people who want to earn thru affiliates.

Although some representatives and owners are putting a tracking link to see the number of referrals coming from Bitcointalk this is to gather data some affiliate are good at manipulation and they are using usernames like register now, joinnow to make it appear that the link is not an affiliate but you will only land on a specific page, but if I am the real owner I will post the home page first for my visitors to appreciate the design first then the sign-up page.

Footing the link the OP provided for the site, he is definitely an affiliate who's trying to market his referral link but I was why he said to explain the casino like a newly created casino when it was relaunched with new management.
In the meantime, the casino appears to have an unresolved scam accusation (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5381655.msg61149140#msg61149140), and the accuser never updates the thread to know if the issue is resolved or not.

It seems that op is not an official team member of this casino because he promoted here in the casino to share his referral link and earn some money from it and he put a screenshot of his payment proof at the end of his post. This means that he is promoting this casino only for his personal gain.

From your caption,it seems this casino you are promoting is a new one though. I will applaud you for the steps you have taken to  doing so but if i may ask, what is the possibility that the casino you are promoting here are genuine and reliable because most of them are just after raking out cash and hard earned resources from unsuspecting members and at the entire end they are no where to be found.
