Stablecoin is not a normal token anyone can just pull off because they can make a token or a coin. That requires some next level resources.
And why would anyone build you anything for free? Especially when you are not even explaining what you need.

I don't understand the rush though, it might take some time for someone to make this mobile app of yours because it might not easy as it sound. Obviously it will have to be tested to make sure that everything is working as design.

Also if you find a freelancer, just be careful about those newbies, not saying that they are scammer, but don't pay first or at least put the money in an escrow to be safe on both of you.

You'll do the marketing? It's too ambitious to think of this plan and making it look like easy in executing it. The reality is you'll take time in doing it and you'll have to spend in all of it, how much budget you've got? Sorry to say but plans like this will remain a plan if you don't know where to start and where you're going to get your budget for funding it. Making project these days are easy if you've got money but making it known is harder and the hardest is to maintain it if ever you've got bunch of users and you're starting to get famous.

Also with the stable coin, how? Stable coins are usually under the control of government or simply, fiat-based. Another thing is capital if OP is really serious with this one. You have to be practical; money and time would be consumed and his part of just promoting it won't be enough. I also agree with the procedures to be not as easy as 1,2,3. Things should be well planned and be mindful of the risk on not succeeding. If we would think of how many projects are being released on a monthly ,basis, the ratio of projects succeeding over projects which are failing, has a huge difference.

An app would be done easily but creating a 'chai' would be another story. I suggest studying project procedures before coming to a vague idea if you are really that interested of creating one. Just my cents.

Sure, busd has 10+ billion  U.S. Treasury bills on their reserves and what was it again? Maybe 1 billion un USD. I can issue a high marketcap stablecoin if you give half of that for rhe reserves

Short answer is no. You are not getting your own stablecoin by asking. You will only get scammed if you get offers for that.

The requirement you stated is not detailed enough and vague. Try to explain more the concept of your ideas so the concept is clearly addressed, in addition, you might be able to get a somewhat some market research through the discussion in this thread. Otherwise, if your thoughts are that a simple one coin and one app are enough to build the next-gen cryptocurrency platform, you are on the wrong board.

He thinks that it's an easy task to make his own stable coin and then he'll just withdraw real money from it. If this is done before, I think he might give it a true shot to it and there's a chance that he'll successful when the market wasn't yet too regulated at all.
The government won't think anything on him and his project even it will be named after a fiat or his local currency. But today, it's just too different to look at because the government's eyes are over it.

Who is going to pay the interest generated to users staking on your app? This income must come from somewhere. How are you going to earn money with this app?

These ideas seem too simplistic at this point we are in cryptocurrency, where there are many exchanges and staking platforms accepting hundreds of different cryptocurrencies, besides the fact there isn't a clear indicative on how it's going to be profitable for you, as the app operator.

What OP want is, create a coin and an app. That app will have function as staking, buying & sell that coin. People who staking that coin will get the reward and OP will heavily advertize that coin.

The problem is that kind of staking is already lot there. Just like Defi, which booming on 2021 but now it's almost dead. Hoping that coin could stable also very very hard, as the reward from staking, people will dump or sell it on market, so in the long run, that coin price will keep low and lower.

First, You must understand the difference between a token and a coin. A coin has its own blockchain, while a token does not have its own blockchain. For example, eth is a coin, and mana and sandbox are tokens

The token is easy to create even a kid can create it. You don't need to learn solidity language for this you can take source codes from the internet. While creating a blockchain is difficult and you need to hire a dev who can do this for you.

Second, building a mobile application costs between $25,000
to $40,000 ( according to some sites) and you think after spending so much money someone will hand over to you his project for marketing? C'mon bro.
