Hello everyone and thanks in advance for your time.
I have the phrase and i have an old (2021) desktop wallet installation in my pc without executable (i guess i have deleted the exe file in order to avoid anyone to execute the wallet). It appears the following folders:
/chainstate
/bit
/blocks

If i find the wallet i could recover it with the phrase. But I dont know which wallet I installed (Bitcoin Core...) and i would like to know if someone can says which is this wallet. Otherwise i see spending months trying wallets and wallets and synchronizing them...

If you have a seed phrase, it's not bitcoin core. Bitcoin core doesn't support seed phrase at all.
Most wallets use the BIP39 standard for generating seed phrase. We have also electrum which uses its own algorithm for generating seed phrase and supports importing BIP39 seed phrase as well.

Download electrum from its official website (https://electrum.org/#home), verify your download (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5240594.0), create a new wallet and select "Standard wallet" and then "I already have a seed".
Enter your seed phrase and see if it allows you to click on "Next" button. If the next button is grayed out, click on "Options" and select "BIP39". If you see a message saying '"BIP39 (checksum: ok)", click on Next".

"chainstate" and "blocks" folders are common for full node software of a coin and not limited to Bitcoin.
With the addition of "bit" folder, I'd suspect that it is a data directory of an altcoin node (or you may have created it manually).

But the executable wasn't in that directory so if you want to look for it again, try the other directories.

When you say phrase, I figure you are referring to an ordered set of, typically, 12/24 words. If that is the case, you can use the procedure stated by @ hosseinimr93. If, on the other hand, by phrase you mean passphrase (i.e. a single word), then the scenario is obviously a different one.

The structure available on your disk has two of the three directories that are coincidental with Bitcoin Core’s data directory structure (https://bitcoincoredocs.com/files.html), though "/bit" isn't I believe. If you did install and use bitcoin core as a wallet though, you’d certainly remember having done so.

Do you see ,,wallet.json'' file? If yes, it may be Electrum

"wallet.json" and "wallet.aes.json" files may be for blockchain.com wallet, some wallet has similar name too.

Old Electrum wallet file on the other hand was named "electrum.dat",
otherwise it's "default_wallet" or "wallet_1" (_2...) by default or any name without an extension.

Wallet.aes.json is the only backup file of blockchain.info the wallet.json might be in a different wallet like Coinbase wallet it generates a wallet.json file you can either use the seed phrase or wallet.json file to recover the Coinbase wallet or it could be for altcoin wallet Keystore like in MEW or Polkadots wallet.

@OP do you have any record of the transaction how did you deposit it on that wallet or address? Maybe we can find some idea if what the address looks like it might be an altcoin.

wallet.json can also be an unencrypted version of blockchain.com wallet. (and also other wallet as I've mentioned)
If it doesn't have the "aes" in the name, the wallet is unencrypted by some tool.

If you are referring to the seed phrase then it's randomly generated 12/24 words from the 2048 word list which you can find here (https://github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0039/english.txt) and these are adopted by most of the wallets.

You can download the electrum wallet and it will ask you for the seed phrase and it's compatible with BIP-39 so you will be having access to your funds if it's in right order or if you have full words.

But if you are talking about something else you need to specify as @DdmrDdmr have suggested that passphrase is also there but it's for extra security of your funds and you also need to have it but it's optional only.So check once and see if works for you.

Good a thing we now have alternatives to the json file stuff. How I hated that process and still loathe it even till date.

The easiest and quickest way IMO, is to use the Ian Coleman BIP39 page offline https://iancoleman.io/bip39/ - you can also safely download it from his Github https://github.com/iancoleman/bip39/releases/latest/ - and to try common derivation paths from main wallets. Then you will just need to check the obtained addresses onto an online blockchain explorer to check if they are empty or not.
