As a brand-new member of this community, I am really happy to have found it and eager to meet new individuals who can inform me about Bitcointalk.org.
As they say, "a single drop of water cannot make an ocean," I am eager to learn from anybody who is willing to help a brother and expose me to this platform. I recently joined Bitcointalk.org and now I realize there are many things to comprehend on this topic that I can't achieve on my own.

Welcome on board, few suggestions :
Read more post less for atleast a month, If you couldn't find what you are looking for on google or the forum search bar, go to this board (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=39.0) and read this topic (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1689727.0) try to spend a few hours there, eventually you will learn whatever is needed for newbies.

Not everybody can teach you what you want to learn. The bigger part of the learning lies with you. You have to make out time to read and make more research to develop yourself. Without that you will be constantly waiting for people to always direct your every time decision. Take up yourself and decide your faith. And anyone telling you to chat them up on any other platform is not to be trusted. Beware of them because they will want to take advantage of you.

We are here in Bitcointalk forum which many people are having discussions with different topics and there are different boards for each kind of topics like this one. Even if you don't ask for guidance from someone here in Bitcointalk yet you could still learn through reading different threads and maybe do it yourself if there is a guide that you can follow. We are all just like yoi starting from the bottom until you achieve what we have right now and also earn a little bit of crypto at the same time.

The reason why there is a need to do a lot of research first before you can finally understand bitcoin and this bitcointalk forum. And for you to be able to do that, you have to widely open your mind not only in the forum but also to the different ideas coming from different resources. And prepare yourself for a good discussion, as bitcointalk forum is not only a place to learn, but you should also be a source of good and quality information so that others will also learn from you. In short, this forum will enable everyone to learn and benefit from all members.

You are in the right tract. The people in the forum will always be happy to extend their knowledge and understanding on the different topics concerning bitcoin and cryptocurrency. But you also have to do your part. Do a lot of reading and make a good research too not only in the forum itself but even to some other resources that will give you ideas about cryptocurrency. After all, cryptocurrency is not new at all, everything are spread all over the internet but always look for legit information from viable resources.

For better learnings always read the pinned post on every section since this could help you learn something which you can get a basis on everything you want to ask and since you are here first thing you can start to read up is the sticky post on the beginners section to know what things you need to do and what are those things you can avoid.

Also there's a search bar on top which you can also use to search some information discuss by fellow forum users and its very helpful to read there opinion regarding on what they are discussing. Hopefully all of the information in this forum can help you.

Well starting reading and learning are the first steps that I can suggest.
Spend your precious time reading here in Bitcointalk and you will find out your answer in the next month after reading. Because everything will get hard if you don't understand the basic information that bitcoin has and the technology behind it.
Pinned post topics that you can find in this section will really help you, I will not post here the link because it is already pinned topics. I think most of us here no one has educated ourselves except, for your own research.
Just read the above links dropped it certainly gives and insight into bitcoin and how it will use.

All it takes is for you to spend as much time as possible here on the forum. Over time, you will find what suits your inclinations and knowledge, because the forum contains various sections. It would be good if you did not forget to review the forum rules and the various systems (trust,merit..) that regulate various activities here.

Well the beauty of this community is that everything is almost here, you used the search button if you are looking for something before you can ask questions here.

Start with a baby steps and for sure as you go along you will understand crypto and everything behind, from wallet, it's different kind to blockchain and trading. And so with that, you need to spend more time here, just go around the forum and explore and you will be good. You don't have to rush it, just take your time and educated yourself.

Welcome to forum. All I can say is just hang around and be active here. Theres a lot to learn and grasp here. Maybe youll find it difficult at first but dont worry, everyone started as a newbie and asking question here could boost your knowledge. Also try to read important links send here on this thread and also other useful one. If not yet affiliated or familiar with bitcoin, there are plenty of reference here to read. But the best one is read Satoshi's Bitcoin Whitepaper.

You're pretty much describing most bitcoin/cryptocurrency communities though. What you describe doesn't solely relate to Bitcointalk — but to other communities such as Reddit and Twitter as well.

Firstly welcome to the forum, you're in the right place, consider every criticize that come later as a means of educating you. In addition to all the above users have highlighted, I'll like to encourage you to participate more in your local baord and when you're well founded with the forum you can come back to the main board. Avoid plagiarism if you want your stay here to be long and also learn to go straight to your point.

You spoke about things you can't achieve on your own and didn't mention them, it'll make more sense if you had mention them so people here can help you with resources that'll help you understand those things. Good start, OP. Despite the fact that the new year has not yet begun, you can set a goal for yourself for 2023 to learn Bitcoin. I like that you are open to communication; this forum contains a lot of information, and there are also a lot of interesting participants.
But based on your statement about one drop, do not forget that one drop is also enough to overflow the cup. Therefore, please do not try to deceive the forum or copy someone else's content here. Be natural, and you will be amazed at how soon you will change your outlook on life.

Though I am also a newbie like you but I have small knowledge which I can also share to those who have no knowledge it bitcoin. I would say that the most important thing you can do is to stay active on here and make quality contributions to quality threads. There seems to be a lot of valuable knowledge on here from people who have been in Bitcoin for more than 10 years. Learn as much as you can from them.

If you don't know what you are looking for, you end with a lot that you don't. Search on forum/create a topic if there is no such discussion prior — about whatever questions you might have and you will do fine.

You alone can filter the information you need. not everything that people say here is the words of experts. more is a personal view.

You are welcome, there are two ways you can learn here faster. Number one is reading. If you are here and really to learn as you claim, you have to read Omnivoresly. You're right, this forum provides so much information, sharing, and also many things that you may expect to get. What you need to do is by reading more about some information that you need. You are here on the Beginners & Help board and have been good here. You can find some information similar to your thread here and you can find information on what to do. However, it is on the pinned message of this board. At least, you need to read every pinned thread on some boards.

Your goal in this forum probably will help you to have some goals in cryptocurrency. We don't deny that we can gain some benefits here and also in the crypto business. So, probably after learning more about this forum, you can set and manage your goal being here.

While there are lots of people on here who are extremely knowledgeable on bitcoin and in general, Cryptocurrencies. There are also people that claim to be knowledgeable and instead spread misinformation and outright lies on here. Hence the need to do your own research and be selective on the information gotten in here and everywhere else.

You’re right about the need to grow a tough skin on here as people could be a little harsh with words. But if your aim is get as knowledgeable as possible, then words can’t hurt you(sticks and stones?)

While on our journey to being more knowledgeable and enlightened, we should know that not everyone on here that corrects us when wrong is a “friend”.

First and foremost, welcome to the forum. Well, it would be really hard as a newbie here if you don’t have previous ideas on cryptocurrency and how it works in the market. This will really take a lot of struggling learning all of those but no worries, as we got your back and we’ll help you learn and earn in the process. For now, DYOR first and research more on bitcoin and altcoins as we have to deal them when we start with crypto investing.

We are all newbies once upon a time, my advice is you should take your time to read the forum rules to avoid getting banned, if you are new to crypto I suggest you do your own research using google and if you have some parts that are unclear to you then create topics about them on the forum for users to drop their opinions, I bet you will be fine and you will get used to the forum as time goes by.

not many newbies actually take advantage of the search bar, because on average they just ask the same question all the time. new people who come to this forum certainly have different goals, those who only have the goal of earning money certainly won't be able to do it that easily, but for those who come to this forum to get education about cryptocurrencies and bitcoin, this is the most appropriate forum. beginners can develop well in this forum depending on their initial goals here.

The best way to learn in this forum is to enjoy every discussion presented. occasionally take part in a discussion. whether it's to issue an opinion that contains insight or just ask if there is something that is not understood or not understood.
the point is enjoy and live it. as time goes by and the more often you interact and read in this forum I think your insight will increase.

Welcome to the forum community @OP and I was checking through your profile and it seem you were last active since the second of this month and I hope all is well with you because you spoke so much about learning and getting help on scaling your way through here and I want to assume that you are busy with getting yourself acquainted with the links tye previous posters have shown to you and I aso want to advice that you do away with the mindset that you can't scale through without others pointing things out to you because alot of people did everything on their own over here and I also want to tell you that nothing is hard over here except earning merits because you need the merits to scale up so as the enjoy most of the benefits associated with ranking up over here and you should also note that merit seems difficult for people who seem desperate and the moment you make quality post, the merits are sure to come and you should focus more on kearn from the forum and let the merits come with time at the right time.

There are alot of things to hold on to if you must sojourn the forum successfully... One of which is compartly the rules in here.
It seems too familiar to everyone since it's been said overtime but I'm afraid it's the same thing you'll have to do if you must be successful in here. Avoid plagiarism - that's been a slogan in here for the noble ones, although we' still got a lot of peeps that goes against the bar, just to earn themselves a name, the fame or material substances like merits and trust scores -- which, most times, it turns out the other way for them.
Read every Sticky note on all the relevant boards and watch yourself grow in knowledge in a few months.

One of the reasons why bitcointalk got my attention so deep was because it has the ability to educate one more on what he or she did not know.There are so many things that I didn't know concerning Bitcoin,but when I entered this forum for the first time,what I read,the boards I saw were so educative that I felt I have found the perfect place for me,and indeed,this forum is the perfect place for anyone who is confused about Bitcoin and other matters because this forum is so wide,it doesn't only talk about Bitcoin,it also deals with other areas of life.We are not done learning yet,we are still learning,that's why we are still here.

Initially am a new member here and i guess there forum has make me understand what bitcoin it and what it all about.
Now you need to make your own research about what you in to it what you getting yourself involved.
Learning apart of our life and we need to always,you need to make your own research on google or these forum to gain more about bitcoin, because we can only tell you but you are not practicing what you are been told that mean you cannot understand it. Bitcoin is not what you get into and you just get your gain like that, you need to study and learn they way and patten of bitcoin or any cryptocurrency.
I guess you just give a try to ask google and you ready what it all about or you go to the past post or topics so you can get a clue about bitcoin and cryptocurrences.

Drops of water can make large stones hollow if they keep dripping in the same place. This is what you need to understand, the learning process in forums takes time and patience to reach a good level of forum understanding. We can't teach you every time, but you can ask questions here about something you don't know, the kind people in the forum will help you answer your questions.

Welcome to bitcointalk.org, the best community for Bitcoin and other related topics. Read other people's posts for at least a few weeks so you can learn from what they are saying. If you have any questions, feel free to ask but don't plagiarize. Just keep it cool and be yourself for now, because a lot of newbies are mostly concerned with ranking, so they post a lot of nonsense and even flood the forum with irrelevant topics. Take the time to write a good post, and you will be rewarded for it.

The forum alone is to gather enough information as a beginner, you will get what you need as a first timer but if you want to further your knowledge, there are other resources out there especially the technical aspects. I use learnmeabitcoin.com those times and its self explanatory piece helped me in technical situations.

He should also learn to open threads with questions if there is need, beginners and help, development and technical discussions are few places that best help newbies about bitcoin.

Welcome to bitcointalk, I believe and I am sure you are in the right place to build all the knowledge you require for a successful crypto journey, bitcoin/cryptocurrency is a wide subject that is made up of many components and branches and only the forum alone can't give you everything you want to know so you will need to make an extra effort toward making more research on every information you get from this forum and in doing so you should also pay more attention to the following point.
-wallet security and how to protect your personal information as such is not required in all cases with cryptocurrency.
-never to trust any information that is not backed up with data and facts and not just assumptions and try to compare information before making your judgments on key investment decisions.
