My cat was poisoned yesterday and died today morning. I know this isn't relevant with the forum but I don't have anyone to talk to in order to let it out. Second day of 2023 and everything seems to be going great..

Sorry about your cat. I remember when my parent dog died, it was painful and I do not wish to get a dog because of that. But this thread supposed to be in off-topic.

I'm very sorry to hear that. One of my cats died for a year ago so I know how it feels. But I'm lucky - I still have five healthy cats in my house.   :)

a very bad person who has the heart to poison your cat, even though what's wrong with your cat, if you have something wrong, it's also an animal, don't overdo it until you poison it.
they also have life, have life, and they are also creations of Allah, so don't judge animals arbitrarily.

Does your house have any CCTV that managed to capture the face of whoever that poisoned it?

I used to have a cat and it died from poison, and it makes me sad..

If you are sure it was poisoned (deliberately) you could get the one who poisoned it to give you another one and probably pay for the feeding until it grows up to the one that is said to be dead. People have no right to murder animals that don't deserve to be murderd.

I am so so sorry to hear that your cat was poisoned. That story really makes me feel real mad and I hope the person that did it will have horrible karma coming his way.

Losing a family pet is always such a sad time for the family. That’s what they are, a genuine member of the family.
You will be very upset for quite a while but just be aware that things will get better. Time is a good healer.

In the future you will be able to reminisce about the good times that you had with your cat. Nobody can take those memories from you, cherish them because they will stay with you forever.

This forum is a good place, full of mostly good people. You can be confident to come here & share real life feelings with us & you will get mostly good advice from the caring, genuine people here.

Is always heartbreaking to lose a pet that's has already form part of your life, I am once a victim of it I'm telling you I know what you are passing through. Just big heart and move on

Sorry about your cat. I remember what happend to my aquarium. In one night all my fish died because of powercut. Ahh that is the main thing that keep my mind clam while i was stress out.
